An actual bar with actual food, and it was good. Full bar with plenty yo choose from as well as a menu of different apps and entrees. Bartenders are fast. It's pretty spacious. Few pool tables as well. It's a fun place.

Came here after happy hour and the service was great. Amanda was an attentive bartender and super friendly. We ordered green tea shots which were made just right! This is a super chill sports bar with a ton of tvs and pool tables.

There are lots of tables and seating at the bar. We ordered two beers, wings, mozzarella sticks and flautas. The beers did not taste good. Maybe dirty lines or old beer. Definitely not an IPA craft beer crowd here. Servings are large. We weren't asked if we wanted a pint or whatever size. Wings were fatty and gross; husband didn't even finish the four in the order. flautas at first seemed ok but the more I ate them, ugh. Mozzarella sticks were $15 for 8 that clearly were thin frozen kind. Really wish we would have left on entrance. Oh well

So this spot has some exclusive games for Dallas fans, which is what lured me to coming here. The food was ok, the service was also ok. I will say they have many tvs, perfect for watching games. What really turned me off about this place is the mandatory gratuity of 20%. If the service isn't great, I shouldn't have to be forced to pay that. Frankly that really upset me because I'm a tipper, and if yougo the extra mile or my cup never runs our if water then you earned it. Good service = good tip, great service = great tip. This was ok service, had to keep calling our waitress for drinks and orders. Sadly I won't be coming back unless they take that off. I'd rather drive to the OC and watch the Dallas games there.

This place is amazing! It is a bit hidden when driving by it by its next to the ice rink. Its a great place with delicious food (pretzels are a must) and my husband loves the shrimp tacos .

I am extremely picky on what facilities I review, and this place is one that a thorough review is well deserved. My father had passed and we were in a real jam as far as time to find a venue that would accommodate our party of 60+ on short notice. I mean in less than a week. I went on yelp and read reviews and someone had mentioned that "Chuck" was the man at Events Sports Grill. So, I called, and "Chuck" the man answered. His "welcome home", "we got you and we will do our best to take care of you" positive attitude was apparent from the moment he answered the phone. Chuck gave us a deal almost too good to be true. He and his amazing staff prepared a taco bar with three meats, carne asada, chicken and pork. They also provided rice, beans, chips, salsa, guacamole and other home made hot sauces and all the fixin's. Half of our family is Mexican and the food was legit and on point! To be honest, I was expecting far less quality for the time and price. The food and service was stellar and they really did make us feel at home in their establishment. I took the time to meet and talk to Chuck personally, and he is the real deal. He cares about his surrounding community and the price point and quality of the food and drinks he serves his community. The place was clean, spacious and a sports bar dream. TVs everywhere, pool tables, darts, air hockey, foosball and touch tunes music player! We enjoyed it all! Not to mention the punching bag machine the young bucks and old heads went at it on. Pure fun and laughter. I want to apologize for anyone who came in that day for my Dads celebration of life, as we were loud, laughing and enjoying what was a very tough day for many of us. But doesn't that say it all about Chuck, his family of employees and how they took care of our family? We were so well fed and taken care of that we were afforded the luxury of letting loose and enjoying a day that I really thought would be completely the opposite. That's service at its very best! If you're reading this, you came to the right damn place. Look no further. Good times, great food and drinks and a staff that makes you feel at home. C'mon now, what more do you want!? Nothing but great things to say from me, my family and all of our friends. You have a customer and friend for life! PS. Extra shout out to Sarah our server who put up with us and kept the drinks and fun coming well past our welcome. You rock!

I really like coming to this local spot because the bartenders always give great service. My go-to order is usually the nachos, which are solid. Today I decided to try the mozzarella wedges instead, and unfortunately they were disappointing--soggy on the outside and barely warm on the inside. If you're expecting a crispy, melty cheese stick, I wouldn't recommend ordering these. I had 2 of the 5 since I was hungry.

This place motto should be, "good food, cheap drinks, good time!" Came here to play some pool, and the place was really nice. They had 6 pool tables, 3 foosball tables, darts and an air hockey table. This place also has plenty of space and they were playing good music. The owner was a real nice guy, gave us a deal on his premium table. That table was the best pool table I've ever played on. All the servers were kind and had excellent service. I ordered the pizza and the wings. Pizza was surprisingly really good for a pool/bar place and the wings had a lot of flavor. I'll definitely be back to kick my friends butt in pool again. read more

Maybe we shouldn't have went on a Monday night but there was another advertisement for Monday game night at this bar so we thought we should check it out being new to the area. Walked in with one bartender working and a few people at the bar and a group at the pool table. Vibe was off, bartender was on her personal phone call and in her own world. Our pizza and only food order took longer than expected. We asked for our pizza to go because we were ready to bounce and get tf out of there asap. Music was freaking loud for some reason and honestly not it for us. Our Parmesan cheese that they had packed with our pizza looked like it had something other than cheese in it (it was green). There was no Monday video game night there fyi. False advertisement read more

This is one of my favorite go-to bars. The music is always on point and the food is delicious. Tonight, our bartender/waitress was Jessica. Sample platter and those tots are so delicious and the chicken taquitos are moist and crunchy and yummy. Could be a really fun place but they should have their own playlist, too many times a sad person comes in and ruins the vibe by playing bad music killing what could be a fun atmosphere. Also a subwoofer would add to the overall experience, music is loud but isn't as energizing as it could be. As my local watering hole it's disappointing that it's no longer a fun place to be , the bartenders are awesome and always have good energy but the overall vibe is lacking read more

Best place in the Area. Great service and friendly staff. They go out of the way to remember your name and usually recall what you ordered last visit. That's really Kool when you're thirsty ! You won't go home hungry either! They pretty much have it all!! Sampler plates, Sliders, Butgers like the Cheese Butger and the enormous SMASH!!( my favorite!) AND .... The Fries???? They are the best! They improved the Menu to include all kinds of Tacos!! I had a Birrah(sp?) Beef and Cheese!! Wow!! Don't worry about your Favorite beer or Specialty Drink. It's been a year since I been here. First they don't sell pitchers anymore which sucks. We placed our drink order at the bar and got it quick. The bartender was nice. Decided to play pool, but no one came by to check up on us if we needed any food or refills. It was not busy. So I had to go the bar to order. The food was really good. Thank goodness. The ONLY negative experience was their restrooms HOLY S!HT! It smelled soo bad I thought someone died. my lady couldn't handle the smell and threw up! The men's restroom is no different. The owners of the restaurant were sitting near and I know they hear us, but couldn't care less. NOW I know why my friends who play at Ice Town across the way don't go there anymore and warned me about it too. Should have listen. read more

1. Black gunk all over the menus. SO GROSS!! Received the menus to order, noticed they were dirty. Broke out the wipes in my purse, wipes them down and black gunk all over them. But not before my husband touched his face and got black all over it from the menu. How dirty is your kitchen? 2. Took waited 26 minutes to come to take our order. He has a passion for leading and growing his team's potential to the fullest in customer service and hospitality. Chuck is very hands on. NOOO Thank you. Been to events a few times and was ok with it, nothing special, but went there a few weeks ago for a night out for a friends birthday who was looking to have a good time. One of the girls in the party suggested events and we all went. This place was an absolute duuuump. When we got there and tried to order drinks the bartenders were extremely rude and snappy with you. I dont mind waiting for drinks when a place is busy (and they were pretty busy) but when you walk past us a dozen times, several of which were to check your cellphone and reply to text messages, and not even acknowledge us is very upsetting. Then was the joyful experience of trying to goto the bathroom. Once you mingled through the group of guys huddled around it, you find yourself in a swamp of toilet water, towels, and toilet paper that filled the floor to the point I couldn't see what the flooring actually looked like. I felt bad for the guy who came in after me wearing sandals as he tipped toed on any dry area he could find. It was beyond disgusting. I think my first will be my last going to that place. We had such an amazing time!! The food and drinks were great, but the people are what really made our experience. Chuck, the general manager, made the whole experience even better. He was so welcoming and had such a positive energy that you could tell he genuinely cares about the guests and the atmosphere he's created. Renee was seriously one of the best servers we've ever had. She was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of the entire time. She always made sure we had everything we needed and was an absolute pleasure to be around. One little thing that really stood out was that they even handed out fans in case anyone got too hot. Such a small gesture, but it was so thoughtful and just showed how much they care about their customers being comfortable. We recently hosted a post-funeral celebration of life for our father at Events Sports Grill, and I truly can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. During such an emotional and important day, the entire team made us feel completely supported and cared for. The taco bar was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with all of our guests--exactly the kind of relaxed and comforting meal we were hoping for.
