Made the mistake of going when school got out but the service was amazing and very attentive.. for it being so busy it was clean as were the restrooms! Food came out amazing we even got a milkshake before leaving :) The cashier guy i forgot his name it might have been Augustine? He's shorter and Hispanic was really cool and made or milkshakes ONE thing i found off when leaving the restroom.. the manager managed all the kids in the restaurant well bc they were wild but respectful for the most part.. well when leaving the bathroom a group of kids were in the booth besides and one of the girls was laying across laughing when the manager walks up and pulls her leg with both hands playfully and then stopped immediately. Update: Came in for dinner last night around 8:30 pm, after NOT COMING BACK FOR 3 MONTHS. Thinking management or employees might have changed or customer service might improve. NOT!!!! Still the same... Blond cashier service rep charged me 65 cents for additional sides of ranch EVEN THOUGH THE KETCHUP IS FREE AT THE CONDIMENTS BAR. Also it was like pulling teeth to get a refill of tropical iced tea. In house dining closes at 10 pm and they drain the tropical iced tea in the dining room and hoard it in the back room drive thru area. I have been going to the HABIT IN ANAHEIM HILLS on my way home from work and the customer service is day and night difference. They close at 9 pm which I usually arrive around 8-8:30 pm. They give me free after draining the tropical iced tea usually 3 extra large glasses and sides of ranch free usually 6 with no hesitation or reservation. Foothill Parkway is the worst. Highly recommend going to IN AND OUT BURGERS on Ontario avenue instead for your burger fix. read more

Disgusting customer service. The WORST Habit I have ever been to in my whole life. And this traumatizing experience has ruined Habit for me. Avoid at all costs LIKE THE PLAGUE. Short story, when I went to pick up my app order, I was told it had already been "picked up." I was accused of picking up my app order and coming back in to get another free burger. I was DISCRIMINATED against. I was questioned and HUMILIATED in front of staff and other customers. All over a burger. The manager refused to give me a burger. I will be escalating this to corporate and I demand an apology for how I was treated. FIRST, this place closes at 10PM. I walked in at 9PM. They were already cleaning up the whole place. There was soap everywhere, cleaning supplies, and mopping. It seems unsafe and contrary per county health codes to have cleaning products or bleach next to food prep or food prep surfaces. My mom had placed an order for her birthday charburger on the app. When I went to pick up the burger I showed them the app confirmation. I even said my mom's name. They could not find it. I mentioned it was placed an a hour ago. A man, who I later found it was the general manger KEVIN (a joke of a manager) came up to me and started questioning me. I showed him the app confirmation and he was not satisfied. He wanted the text message confirmation. I called my mom in front of him and she sent me the text confirmation which I showed him. He grabbed and touched my phone without asking me. He found our order on the sheet with the list of orders. He informed me that our order had been "picked up." I told him we had not picked it up. Someone else must have taken it. I also told him this is the third time this has happened to me including for our large paid orders. He continued to question me saying that "it's interesting that this only happens to you." No Kevin. Based on the other reviews, the consensus is that this location is horrible. As the manager, you lead by example. You are the manager, so manage. The poor service is a reflection of your management skills. AND, since we are just accusing people now, how do I know if you or someone else just took it? I was honestly shocked by the way he was treating me. He also said "who is late to pick up their own food after an hour." Disgusting. Not that I had to explain, but I stated I was at the grocery store. He keep looking at at me up and down. It was so uncomfortable. He REFUSED to make me another burger because it had already been picked up. In front of other customers and staff, this joke of a manager embarrassed me accusing me or my family of having picked up the burger and then coming back to get another one. I told him you guys have cameras, just check, and he said it could have been my family that had picked up the burger the first time. Honestly I could not care less about the burger. The food was of decent quality. That is the only reason I am not giving this restaurant 2 stars or lower. They did not greet us as we walked in. I walked up to the counter several times and no one working behind the counter even spoke to me and two different employees looked up to see me and went back to what they were doing in attempts to avoid customer service. The trash cans were over flowing in both bins. Almost falling out of the bin! The women's bathroom has a strong odor of urine or sewage. Great customer service with front cashier. There's plenty seating inside and they have a drive thru that moves pretty slowly since they make your burgers fresh. You can mobile order on the app and pick up your food inside the restaurant or they have curbside pickup. The burger tasted fresh but lacked flavor. The onion rings and green beans were cold so not sure if they were sitting out for a while. They have the best onion rings though. I love the batter they use for their onion rings, green beans, and sweet potato fries. The inside was a little dirty and I'm not sure how often they have staff go around to wipe down tables and sweep. But management definitely needs to think about having a cleanup crew because there were plastic cups left on tables, trash cans filled to the rim, and trash on the floor. It looked like they had a skeleton crew tonight, so I'm sure they are doing the best they can. My husband and I went through the drive-through last night Friday there was no one in line we placed our order. We asked for hot crispy fries and our burgers. We waited in the drive-through for about 15 minutes. Our order was taken and you could see the employees in there just talking and they didn't come back to the window to say it'll be a few minutes or anything. We finally got our order pulled around the front because my husband pulled out a fry. They were limp and cold so he went in to get some fries. There was no ketchup no napkins in the bag - we do request. He went back in because there was no pickles on my hamburger. As a few other customers were at the counter requesting fries because they were served cold fries as well. They did give him some hot fries. There was a female manager on duty very poor customer service from everyone that was behind the counter. I have been to many habit burger locations because I love the food but this is by far the worst location I have ever visited. Their customer service sucks. Everyone is rude. I am not sure why it's not like your food is cheap. I asked to get one more gummy burger candy for my kid who ordered a kids meal I was told now they charge a dollar for a gummy. Really? Honestly, I usually only go to The Habit when I'm visiting with my parents, but this time someone in our party had a hankerin', so we went on our own. It's a pretty predictable experience regardless of which one you visit - which isn't a bad thing! There are touchscreen menus at the entrance that you can totally ignore and go straight to the register. The food is a nice spin on traditional burgers (we like the Santa Barbara Char), and even though I don't consider myself a burger person I find myself enjoying it. The fried green beans are way better than regular fries, too - and don't overlook their shakes! The ambience is what you'd expect - it's like if a Chipotle had a baby with a Burger King. I have gone through the drive-through probably at least 20 times and every time has taken an hour with terrible customer service. Today was a day that made me never want to come back to this habit. I did a kiosk order and I got a text that my order was ready and immediately went up to the pick up counter and waited for my order and they kept saying it wasn't ready yet and then when I finally asked them after 20 minutes of standing at the pick up counter, they said that someone else picked up my order When I was already there for the 30 to 40 minutes. I was dealing with a road emergency last night and after getting things calmed down we went to the Habit. It's the first time I have been there in years. This location is one of the newer ones, it was upscale for a fast food place. It was clean, well staffed and I really enjoyed our visit. I got the teriyaki pineapple cheeseburger, and loved it. My fries were golden brown, and the beverage selection was probably smaller than some places but the strawberry limeade was great. In all fairness it's a little on the expensive side. I get 3 adults for just under $50. In context, the big Cali burger place would have been under $30. These guys actually have a solid selection and can easily accommodate picky eaters and people looking for a better variety. I will eat here again and definitely add it to my premium fast (ish) food rotation. read more

I really enjoy eating at Habit Burger. Food is usually always good and restaurants are clean. I mostly eat at this location since it's the closest to my house. Last year I noticed they began charging $.50 for each small sauce cup. I stopped going there for several months. I decided to try it again a couple months ago and the really nice girl working there didn't charge me for the one cup of sauce. I've been back a few times since. Well I went a few weeks ago and the assistant manager wanted to charge me $.50 for a small cup of sauce. The young girl was working and was very nice about the situation. I decided to give Habit another chance today. When I walked in I noticed the assistant manager was there. I left and am eating at Panera Bread now. I will not spend any more money at Habit until they stop charging for sauce. I'm also not a fan of the assistant manager. And based on reviews it seems like several other people aren't either. And to make it crystal clear this is ABSOLUTELY not about the money, it's the principle. Habit isn't cheap fast food. I spend close to $40 when I go with one son and around $55 with 2 boys for lunch. I can get as many sauces as I want at most other places with Chick Fil A being one example. read more

Their drive thru Isnt fast, BUT it's less of a wait than In n Out and you get more meat for a very comparable cost, that's a big plus in my book! Drive thru employees have always been kind. I love their fresh salads and the fact that you can swap out the burger bun for lettuce if you're looking for a healthier option--though I've heard from my family that the bread is just as tasty. There's been a problem with my food so unfortunately, I'm will have to stop coming to this location . Just left there about 20 minutes ago. Good customer service, wait time is expected but for the price I pay I want more , Fries were a little too extra crispy. Perhaps they gave me the bottom of the barrel and although the burger was hot. This was not a charbroiled burger! I don't know if they' ve prepared the meat ahead of time or if they're throwing the meat in the microwave. I like consistency in my life and a Habit in Corona certainly offers that on multiple levels. My wife and I are huge Habit fans however, each location is uniquely different. Some I would not go back to, however this location in Corona simply knocks it out of the ballpark. The restaurant is always clean, has ample parking, and my mail has always been high in quality, appearance and taste. One other thing I appreciate is the friendly greeting you get when you enter the restaurant which certainly makes you feel welcome. Abby has been a stand out in mini regards. She is warm, friendly, and engaging. All qualities that is rarely seen in a fast food environment. I came in today for a late lunch. I walked up to the counter but no one acknowledged after standing there for a few minutes although at least two of the cooks and another person in the prep area looked directly at me, so I had to order from the kiosk. (This happened on another occasion a few months ago.) I ordered the Steakhouse Char Melt. The patties here are small and don't fully fit the bread, so one patty is placed at each end of the bread, and a very small piece overlaps in the center and that's where they slice the sandwich to give the appearance of a double stacked patty. All my Habit location experiences have been good except this one. Went on a Sunday evening, the meal was very bland, the meat tasted unseasoned & same with the fries. Fries were hard not enjoyable. This was probably all most likely to their distracted loud cooks, knew something was off from the moment we walked in & heard all cringe laughing back there.
