Been here multiple times and tonight was just horrible. Got there and there was a wait which was fine. 15 minutes they said, then 20 so many couples and other party's of 4 sat before us... it's like we were forgot about (5 person party, 4 adults 1 kid). Then we were finally sat (because I asked if we were gonna get a table any time soon), it took a bit to get someone to even say hi. Ordered drinks and thankfully I ordered my son's food immediately because we got his food before our drinks even made it to the table. Finally a new waitress came to take our order, after we needed more waters and new refills. We were chatting, son finished his food, started getting antsy. Meanwhile I'm noticing people getting sat and receiving prompt service, getting their drinks and even food before us...at this point we were waiting for like 40 minutes for food. Finally we all have empty cups, the second waitress comes asking if we want more drinks. (We've been waiting almost a hour now for food) I say 'no but getting our dinner would be really nice' she responds oh it's coming it's almost here. We ordered appetizers, wings, and a burger, a table full of food that shouldn't have taken that long. A manager brings our food! But didn't mention anything about sorry about the wait or anything, silence. I could keep going, this was annoying that neither server or manager that helped us owned up to what the heck was going on. Was it server error of not putting our order in? Was it the kitchen?(I don't think so since other people's food was promptly coming out) They gave my food a 20% discount because I was visually getting upset for waiting so long. And yet not a single worker came to us to look us in the eye and say what went wrong. I was a server before, it doesn't take that much to own up to a mistake. Pretty sad experience read more

I came in sometime last week I believe. There was a shorter brown hair manager that did not seem professional at all. I had seen her yelling at employees out in the open for no foreseeable reason. It seems like she was in a bad mood the entire time. I asked for her name by my server and they said it was Desire. The waiter said that she gets like that often and that is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Besides that the food was good but took very long to come out. Absolute horrible experience. Went with my two kids and my order came out wrong. I told my waitress and she told me that I asked for grilled chicken not crispy but my kids confirmed as I told her I asked for crispy. She rolled her eyes and said she'd get the right thing. While I waited the table next to me which was a family of 4 one of them being an employee who must have gotten off of work were talking about the situation and then the waitress very loudly asked them if they wanted grilled or crispy chicken. Then my new wrap came out covered in black and brown slimy grease looking stuff all over it. After watching the waitress rolling her eyes and pointing across the restaurant, as well at the people next to us making snarky comments. I asked to talk to a manager. He offered to remake it-to go, saying that the one that was brought to me did not look good. When it came out I asked for my check. She brought it and I looked it over letting her know that the manager said he was going to take it off and she replied with "well we made you three and you're only paying for one". Then when said table next to us got their food the older lady said "should I send this back for the wrong chicken". It was all just very unprofessional. My daughter ordered a chocolate shake- she got Oreo. My son's cheeseburger was pink still. Drinks were left unfilled from the start. The manager was nice enough but the situation should have been handled differently- the only genuinely nice person working seemed to be the hostess, I wish I would have gotten her name (short blonde hair). Applebees sponsored our Boy's Volleyball Team dinner and they were so pleasant to work with. They were happy to cook for the team and they made sure they were well fed before the games. When we arrived to pick up the food, the manager assisted in taking the food to my vehicle and wished the boys good luck at the games. The food they provided was amazing! The cooked us two types of pasta, salads, dessert and provided drinks. All the boys came back for seconds, and we had enough to feed a few of the younger siblings that showed up. We already love to visit Applebee's as a family, but they will 100% get my business in the future! read more

Jubilee is the best waitress. She deserves a raise. She handled 15 of us teenagers and made it a really great night.

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in at 10pm, sat at the bar to order food. Sat there literally 10 min with multiple servers just walking right by me. I have always hated crappybees, but after traveling 2 hours for work unfortunately this was the only restaurant open. Haven't been in years and this place only confirmes why. read more

EDIT: What a terrible experience. Went in yesterday at dinner and it was a total mess. After we got seated it took over an hour to get our entrees out to us. Server dropped the ball. Sure, I get it, dinner time, it gets busy, but how do you forget to put our orders in? Took us 2 hours from start to finish, not counting drive time, and we didn't even drink any alcohol. I normally don't even like Applebees - I went because it was a decent place close by for us to get together and have dinner. I consider any Applebee's to be an "it's OK" eatery. That being said, I have never had an issue with this location. I've never had to wait unusually long for food and always received what was ordered. There is a good amount of staff and everyone is friendly and pleasant. My expectations for this experience were higher than my waitress, but only barely. My wife's drink was served with a fruit fly on the side...literally, on the side of the glass. Our waitress had an assistant, which confused me until I realized how badly she needed the assistance. I figured this was a safe bet for a decent meal with my family. Service started out good. The waitresses was nice and friendly and keep track of our table. Once the drinks arrived problems occurred. The margarita glass was salted as if the bar tender was careless and lazy. A glass is to be salted all around the rim before it can be served to the table. The appetizers came out timely between the main course so no issues with that. The food was good and tasted good but the pasta was rubber and hard like it needed to be cooked longer. When asked for salt or pepper, instead of the shakers or grinders normally presented we were given tiny packets. The staff seemed to be ill managed and unprofessional, more training might be required. More needs to be improved for this review to be 4 stars but even then I would recommend going to a different restaurant. read more
