I've never been so disappointed by service in a restaurant as much as I was last night. My servers name was Pervis and to say how upset I am would be an understatement! I went last night for an anniversary dinner and was ignored basically the entire time while we watched other tables surrounding us get phenomenal service. Never once were we asked if our food came out ok ( which it didn't) never once did we get refills on our waters. We ordered drinks and had to ask for refills. He told us he would bring them right out and I was brought out my check before my drinks. I never asked for my check or was I even close to being done. read more

1st time to this location & probably the last time ! When food arrived (we didn't wait too long) The boneless wings were Cold Chicken tenders were old & like Rubber , Waitress looked at us like we were blaming her & had a nasty look on her face ! We feel it wasn't her fault ! The place needs a good cleaning & repairs . Food is Frozen & NOT Fresh . FYI garbage food for the $$$ so many other places to eat around this area . We still tipped the waitress cash . She should smile & communicate better, but seems to not care like she is used to this happening regularly . No Manager ever visited our table to speak with us ? I did not go inside this time, I wanted to try their carside service. I ordered the Mai tai mocktail(new), French onion soup, oriental chicken salad, and the quesadilla chicken salad(new). They were pretty busy, but no other cars in carside. Someone came out to get our name pretty quickly. We did sit there for longer than the estimated time but I thought that was a bit too fast for the food to be ready to be honest. It said 15 minutes which was the time it took to get there, I think we sat there for around 5-7. The mocktail was good definitely on the the sweet side, by the time I got home my quesadillas were cold but that's to be expected since they cool down so fast, the portion for the quesadilla salad was so big though I definitely had to split it in half just to mix it. Gwen was an amazing waitress. She always knows our drinks before we even sit down. Our food is always git and great and if by chance it's nit Gwen jumps in to fix it quickly. Service was good, server was nice. Atmosphere was fine and place looked clean. Restrooms were clean. I had the Big Meal deal. Which was a cheeseburger, all you can eat fries and a drink. My husband had the chicken sandwich and fries. His was great. My burger was way over salted and the fries were barely lukewarm. Burger had a good flavor and the bun was great. Just way too salty. Dining with my son at the newer Applebee's in town while we were out and about. In the old Ruby Tuesday building with plenty of parking, we walked in a were sat immediately. We ordered the chicken wonton tacos - crispy and delicious! We inhaled them and THEN I remembered the pic.... I ordered the chicken tortilla soup - pretty tasty, I'd say your average version. Son had the salmon with broccoli and asparagus (or was it green beans?) - did not get a pic, but he said the center part of the salmon was moist but the smaller/thinner ends were dry. He ate every bite though so... I tried the Four cheese Mac with honey pepper chicken tenders. Thought I would be getting a balance of spicy and sweet - nope- just sweet (deep sigh) plus the cheese sauce on the Mac was very bland, so there was no richness to cut through the sweet. I ordered the perfect margarita. It has always been wonderful from Applebee's. This time it was awful tastes like it was all lemon juice mix very very tart. You know they don't take drinks back anymore so you have to suck it up when you order a drink. Would not recommend by any alcohol from this restaurant read more

Open seating bar never lets me down. Unlike some locations that seem to cut corners for the 2 for $25 or lunch menus this one does not. The bartender Taylor was very on top of taking care of everyone at the bar and being attentive with refills and clearing plates. read more

Probably the all time worst experience of any chain restaurant! Finally seated after a brief wait, and our server comes around. No introduction, no welcome, just drink order. I order my sweet tea and ask for my limes. Drinks arrive and no limes, I remind her again. No limes. She goes to another table where a young man and 2 kids are at. It appears from all indications she is in a relationship with this family. She lingers, placing a leg up in the booth and makes herself very comfortable. The man and children begin to leave and she goes with them to the front of the building, where she stands there for several minutes and watches as they leave. She looks our way finally and I point to my tea, and ask about my limes. Another 15 or so minutes and she brings limes. She takes our food order without a pad or device. I'm thinking this going to get interesting. 25 minutes later and the food arrives. But, no silverware. Another wait .... Cut into the steak, and it's the exact opposite of the temperature I asked for. But where's the server? Nowhere to be found. I ask another server to find ours, but he steps up and takes control. He agrees my steak is not medium rare, not even medium well but well done. He takes it along with my silverware. Another 25 minutes and another steak. Would someone please bring me silverware, again!!! Had to get it to go, the others were finished eating by then. We get our checks and pay. But our server is disappeared once again. Finally, she comes by, picks up my check and cash, then asks the wrong question... Do I want change? I tell her to keep the change not because she was deserving of any outstanding tip of or in my opinion and the others, any tip, but I was tired of waiting and waiting and waiting. Problem is simple, management lacks in many areas. No supervision of staff, no customer care, no checks on the expedition of food. Just a disaster tonight. 3 & 1/2 hours because of total lack of management!!!!! read more

Food was good, waitress was friendly. We almost left because of the hostess. This was Saturday 10/09/24 at 11:15 am. She seemed annoyed by everyone who came in. She did not tell the waitress she had seated us, so the waitress was surprised when she saw us seating in her section. The table beside us had the same experience. I've only been three times and have never been overly impressed. Today was just pathetic. Ordered fried catfish that was well fried on the outside but the fish was undercooked jelly. They threw the fish back into the oil and cooked the hell out of it. It was inedible but considering we'd already been there an hour I ate what I could and got out of there. The staff was polite but the right thing to have done would have been to prepare a new order rather making me settle for either undercooked or fried to hell fish. The cook made the mistake...not me, but I had to pay for it. There are way too many other options and Aubrey's should not be one of them. read more

We had an amazing time here! Our waiter, Michael was absolutely incredible. He was so kind and helpful. The food was great too. My husband had the Wings and they were delicious (i took some ) and I had the Honey Tenders with Mac and it was great as well. The Bahama Mamas were delicious with the little pineapple candies, The fries were crispy and flavorful as well. The Ambiance was nice and relaxed with good music and dimmed lighting. The alcoholic beverages are good and cheap, the food is very low quality and not good flavor wise, I ordered popcorn shrimp and it gave me food poisoning. I might return for drinks but will not eat there again. read more

Terrible. Ordered half rack of ribs, with broccoli substitution for the fries. They brought the fries anyway, no broccoli. And the ribs! Absolutely embarrassing! Just gristle, no meat. Dry, inedible. UPON getting up to leave, the waiter asked if everything was ok...just look at the plate you brought me, dude! And no broccoli, only unwanted fries. The waiter then said, "I can bring your broccoli to you now", even seeing us about to leave. Really. How does a business think it can treat its customers like this??? We are staying downtown Chattanooga but had to drive over to eat at this new Applebee's Grill + Bar. We are glad we did! The food was great. My husband had the steak and he loved it! I had the strawberry salad which was also perfect! Worst experience EVER! Went with family to eat. Ordered a Whiskey Bacon Burger. Cracked a tooth on unidentified object in burger. Filed a claim. Denied claim. Never even offered money back!!! Spent hundreds of dollars at the dentist. Cracked tooth, and chipped teeth, and still having to pay out money for repair work at the dentist. A lifetime problem for a dinner at Applebee's.
