It's a Sunday it's going to busy, we knew that coming into this. On top of it is a Football Sunday. But by the time all this happened the place was practically clearing out. I had high hopes being my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Start time 2:00pm It was about a 15-20 minute wait to be seated, fine. We asked for a booth and the host refused to give us one due to our son's car seat ( he didn't want it to touch his precious booth) So then we asked to be sat outside on the patio as there was less people and I could just set the car seat next to me. The host also had an issue with even looking to if there was seats out on the empty patio ‍ After being seated on the patio with a car seat sling (which was nice) we waited another 20-25 minutes before even being acknowledged for a drink order. We ordered the drinks and preceded to wait another 10 minutes for two beers and two waters. We had been there for at least an hour and not even placed our food ordered. We thought about getting up and just leaving before receiving the drinks. But they came and we place an order, and waited another 30 minutes .... The food was just mediocre... the Nashville hit was drenched in ranch ... fries were cold upon receiving. He said his burger was semi okay... was so cooked it was kinda hard to eat, tots were at-least hot. During our meal the waitress came back to check (our food was practically gone) she grabbed my husband's drink (half full) and took off with it to come back with a full cup .... At least she had the courtesy of that ... she never gave us napkins or ketchup, no silverware - never came by to ask - she wasn't even the one who brought the food. After our meal was finished we waited easily another 25-30 minutes just to get the bill.... She took it back to apply a discount and didn't take the card with her.... It's been another 20 minutes... she finally took the card and at least it was less than 5 minutes. The bathrooms were relatively clean.... We won't be back. And my advice don't go here if you aren't a Sunday regular ... cuz it seems if you aren't you don't matter. I say this after observing a table next to us that seemed to be regulars and the waitress was on top of her game and theirs.... Maybe it's the different in waitresses. And just incase the manager of the place reads these. Your server Chelsey needs more training or something. We left at close to 4pm. There's no reason we should have been here this long. read more

Wings were so dry didn't even look like they put any sauce on them so we decided to call and see what we could do.Because it was for a birthday party and we live an hour and a half away.They started asking us the same question and then putting us on hold we were on the phone for at least 30 minutes.We are at a birthday party we should not have to call and be play games with. Gone WAY downhill. Nobody to greet us. The bartender was the server in half the restaurant. All 4 tables kept looking around for where she was when needed something. We ordered a margarita with Grand Marnier (tried to order a cadillac margarita but she didn't know what that was). She brought us a drink with triple sec, grand Marnier & sour mix! We waited at the hostess stand for 5-10 minutes and no one ever showed up. So we found ourselves a high top table in the bar area. This place is definitely loud on college gameday. Not the place you want to be if you get headaches easily. Service was pretty slow, especially to get our check at the end. Most tables were full but there wasn't people out the door. For me, it's pretty consistent decent wings. I've had to send a couple back that seemed a bit undercooked to me. For the most part, I like grabbing a beer and wings here. Heather was our server and made the meal better then it could have been. She was friendly and timely. She bought drinks out promptly and helped me get my custom order across well. (It was confusing, even for me. I wanted a multitude of wings made a certain way for the special price they were. I did not phrase it well so she helped me and understood). She had outstanding customer service. The wings were wonderful and extra wet, just the way I ordered them. My son enjoyed the celery along with the wings and fantastic house made ranch sauce. Our food arrived fairly quickly. My Chicken Buffalitos were perfect. It was two good sized flour tortillas filed with diced grilled chicken, lettuce, house made pico de gallo, with a little sour cream and a little cheese. It was very light and tasty. Not too much cheese or sour cream, everything was well balanced. I ordered the medium sauce with it and it added just the right amount of heat. It was served with tortilla chips and salsa. My husband's black and blue burger looked amazing. He said that the flavors were great. it was messy, like all good burgers should be! Our server, Kayla, was very attentive. She kept our waters filled and checked back with us frequently. So, even though you might not be in the mood for wings, you can still find lots of options! I probably won't go here again. Restaurants like this are why I avoid chain restaurants. Little was late and the local mom and pop restaurants were closed. So, I thought I'd give the B-Dubs a chance. The food was decent and it's recognized. You know what you're going to get and there's comfort in that. But chain restaurants rest on those laurels. I'm finding more and more that while the food remains consistent, the level of service plummets. That's what happened here.. I was greeted a the door by the hostess... wearing a mask, but all of her nose and much of her mouth exposed. The look on here face said, "my job sucks, please make my time here pass." She seated me in the dinning area then, instead of returning to her place at the front she sat down in the booth next to me. Not sure why. It just looked really unprofessional. After about a minute she be-bopped off to some where else. If another guest had arrived at the door, she would not have been there for a bit. No one sanitized that table either, after her "rest", but they sure seated a family there a few minutes later. So, by now, COVID protocols are clearly not a priority here. My server was OK. He told me he was on his second day as a server. Cool, I wished him luck and, all in all, he did a good job of delivering food and checking on me and the other diners. Not great, but good. Where he lost points was in between checks, he'd head over to a corner booth in the dining area. Seated there were two young employees (wearing Buffalo Wild Wings t-shirts just like all of the servers) chugging beers. Not cool. If you are off duty, change your clothes. You don't hang out at your work establishment in uniform and drink beer. My server would hang out there and play what we used to call "grab ass" with the three folks sitting there. By now the hostess was joining them at the table. There was another girl there, too, feet up on the chair cuddled up, on her phone. It looked like a scene from Romper Room. It just did not look good. I saw a few other servers working hard. No joking, working quickly to take care of diners. If I had had one of those folks, I'd probably give a better rating. Here is why I'm not giving a good rating... I never saw a manager! Everything that was going wrong here was due to poor management. I've worked a variety of jobs and have experience in the service industry. Heck, I teach management classes. Managment handles things like this. It did not happen here. If you own this establishment, consider hiring some new managers. The servers, with proper management, are salvageable. Do it quick, though. Bottom line, food was expectantly adequate. Service and professionalism of four of your staff members leaves much to be desired. I will, once again put a plug in for the "mom and pops" restaurants. They don't rely on the national recognition. They better have great food and great service or they'll fail. That's where I'll continue to go. B-Dubs just gave me one more reason. read more

While there's no argument that Buffalo wild wings is very popular. And if you're a sports person at all you've been the one I'm sure. It is in the Walmart Shopping center so plenty of off street parking. I went there for lunch today around noon and not crowded at all. They have a lunch special for $6.99 or $7.99 which includes and entree and a side. Service was okay and I counted the number of TVs in the restaurant area and there was 17 so if you're really into sports and you have no life this could be a great place to go. I ordered the naked tenders which I thought meant they came without sauce but it really meant they are grilled. I would not have known that. I also ordered a cup of coffee which took about 10 minutes to get because they had to make it. When I asked for a refill they must've made the coffee in the Keurig because I think they used the same K-Cup for the second cup of coffee because it was basically water. I decided not to complain and just got my bill. Oh yeah apparently if you order your lunch and it doesn't come within 15 minutes it's free. Bottom line it's a typical sports bar with a large restaurant and a large bar with hightop tables with numerous TVs large and small. The food is typical bar food and they have draft beer (+1). The service was okay and it's a typical Buffalo wild wings and I give it a good solid 3+. read more

We ordered the garlic mushrooms (one of the suggestions from the bartender and featured on the specials menu) to munch on. We got 12 mushrooms (4 were so small they could have been counted as 1) for $5.49. When I mentioned the portion size for the price to the bartender, she looked in the basket, wrinkled her nose a bit and mumbled something under her breath. After waiting over an hour I called back and asked if they found it and she said "let me go find the manager and ask" then proceeded to say the card was not there, asked me where I was sitting, and I said at the bar, she then asked me with attitude "what part of the bar" I said I was sitting AT the bar.
