We waited probably 20 minutes to order and another 20 for our food. My pasta was a little warmer than warm and had obviously been out for a while. We arrived at 442pm, parking lot pretty empty. Upon arrival we were told for a party of 3, it would be 15 min wait which was pretty shocking since there were about 5 tables with patrons. We waited 25 minutes but during that time could see there was one waitress for one section and bartender had 2 tables in his area. It took about 8 minutes before our server addressed us, we were watching her run all around, so we were understanding. We ordered our drinks and the classic combo appetizer. Sophie came back and told us they were out of mozzerella sticks and the watermelon drink my Grandma ordered, also not available. Ok, she ordered something else and then chose more quesadillas to substitute the mozzarella sticks. When it was time to order our entrees, we were informed they also were out of broccoli. At this point it was a little frustrating now, long wait and 3 items not available. We got our appetizer and the boneless chicken wings didn't even taste like chicken. I'm not sure if they put it back in the fryer to reheat it, but it was disgusting, didn't even taste like food, cut it open and showed the waitress, pic attached. She said she could only bring out 5 new ones. At this point I didn't want to eat that so it got taken home. Sophie was great for being the only server and running around like a chicken with their head cut off but I have never experienced anything like this before. Food and service, absolutely unpleasant. This location is not busy and it is obvious why once you are there. Waited over a hour for entrees, no refills on a $5 fountain drink, spinach dip was cold and the amount extremely subpar, constantly having to ask for the bare minimum and continuously waiting. Employees reeked of cigarettes and the only cook on duty hitting up the bar while many other patrons beside myself left waiting and uninformed. We tried the unlimited wing special this day and I was very surprised with the experience... I will definitely be back for it and have been telling everyone how great it was. Like I mentioned, surprisingly the wings & food overall exceeded my expectations and they were truly unlimited. Between 3 people we had over 80 wings and could have kept going if that was possible (haha). The drinks were alright too but the highlight was definitely the wings and fries. Service is defintely not your strong suit. The last 2 times I went here you were short staffed. This time I walked in at 4:45 pm to see 5 tables full all in one area and was told there would be a 10 minute wait.( the rest of the restaraunt was empty). My wife said we will wait at the bar and have a beer. The host said that we couldn't because it would confuse the servers when it came to a tip. I told her I was paying cash for our drinks and proceeded to the bar. Guess what ? No bartender. We waited for about 5 minutes got up and left. This is not an isolated incident. The previous visit wasn't much better. On that visit we were seated quickly but waited almost 30 minutes for a server to acknowledge we were there. (short staffed again) I give your food 4 stars and your service 0 stars. You wont see me ever again at this location. I was a little leery to go here based on the recent reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. There were several other tables occupied and although we waited a few minutes for someone to seat us (and they seemed a bit understaffed), the team was clearly working hard to make it a great experience for diners. They were pleasant, attentive and courteous. They made great suggestions on the menu and were helpful with customizations to make sure we enjoyed what we ordered. Better than last visit here, by leaps and bounds. Our server was, Ashley and she was terrific, we would ask for her next time coming back. We got the 2 for $25, as we had gift card to use up. The burgers were made to near perfection and they grilled the onion with jalapenos, my favorite. The meal comes with an appetizer, so we picked onion rings, that were amazing. ALL RIGHTY HERE WE GO. After a LONG day of work, my friends and I were itching for a classic Happy-Hour-Half-App-Maybe-A-Cocktail romp. What better place to do this than Applebees? It turns out there are many better places. We were seated in quite possibly the worst booth in the restaurant. My seat had a dirty piece of faux-leather tape attached to the seat. Like, this stuff didn't even stick anymore but someone kept placing it over the seat's tear. ON TOP OF THIS, our booth was connected to the host stand?! So the host was semi-listening in on our conversation. She was lovely, but it was a bit odd. When our waitress came over to greet us, we said we were here for happy hour and were immediately bullied into buying a certain margarita that we found out WAS NOT a part of the happy hour menu, only when we were served our checks. When we tried to order from the happy hour menu, she kept telling us we were wrong and missing the "deal." I finally get my drink and what was floating in it? A bug. I would like to start off by saying the server was awesome very nice young lady. Although that's all I have nice to say about this place really. The bathroom was so sticky I almost got stuck in there and the food was horrible! When your eight-year-old son says his food taste bland with no flavor tells you a lot. I got the ribs and that was the most tough uncuttable piece of meat I had in my life, pretty sure wasn't even cooked properly. My better half got chicken and shrimp and she said it was horrible so never again will we give this place our money. Waitress was nice took off ribs from order and Bill was still over $50, definitely should've went to Texas roadhouse. The only reason I could give this restaurant is 2 is because the food was actually pretty good! The restaurant is dilapidated and extremely dirty. The bathrooms stunk and were not dusted or walls washed. The ceiling fans above us and the wallpaper are very dusty. In fact, it look like the ceiling fans had never been dusted at all. But dust was caked so very high that we feared it would fall off into our food. If this is how they maintain the dining room and the bathrooms, I can only imagine what the kitchens look like! read more

The place was empty and now I know why. We were seated right away and got our drink order right away, but it was a long time before our waitress came back to take our food order. I would like to compliment the staff and manager. It's Sweetest Day in the area, and they had drink specials, which caused an overflow of customers. They were working hard to accommodate everyone. Service was fine and no problems with our order. We came in for the buy one get one free special. There are like 5 entrees to choose from. Pasta, chicken, and salad options make up the list. No beef items. I checked nutritional values and the shrimp wonton stir fry is the only reasonable entree (580 calories). Everything else is pushing 1400 calories. I had the shrimp wonton stir fry and it was good. My boyfriend had the chicken tenders and they came served on a tiny aluminum tray that looked like something you would find in a prison dining hall. The items on the BOGO menu are regular menu items and I think that chicken tender entree is about $12. One of the biggest reasons for docking 1 star, the absolutely horrible country christmas music played throughout the restaurant. Obviously, it's that time of the year and I understand, but that was some BAD music to listen to while eating. read more

Pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. I liked the rib the most except it wasn't very meaty. The chicken Alfredo was just ok. Sirloin was a little tough but husband likes medium well so that explains that. I wanted the bourbon chicken and shrimp which was bit too salty and dry. Service was quick, the waitress checked in on us. Would we go back, possibly..... maybe just for the ribs since I'm a big fan of ribs and if we're shopping in the area and can't decide on what to eat. This is a nice family restaurant with affordable prices and decent food. The food isn't going to blow you away, but the prices are right. Currently they offer a 2 for $20 deal which provides an appetizer and two entrees for $20. The food is not super original, but you really can't ask for gourmet at these prices. The atmosphere is nice. It's a neighborhood feel and a good, clean place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problems with these two areas. My family and I came to celebrate my children winning a kindness award. Which was a free kids meal. Amaya our server was amazing. She was kind, explained everything throughly , gave us suggestions. Food was amazing. I am however completely disgusted at how awful the manager Lauren treats her staff. Lauren made a mistake marking off the kids meal from our check. Kids meals are $7 and some change yet she shorted us a few dollars off. When we asked to speak with the manager just to explain why we weren't fully compensated for the free kids meal. Per the coupon we gave. She kept Amaya in the back for a least 10minutes before coming to the floor to fix her mistake. Upsetting customers with getting no service from their server. Disrupting business . Never once coming to the table to clarify anything. Amaya came back in low spirits and took care of us anyways. Lauren made it a point to give Amaya dirty looks and it seemed as if the bar tender and a few other staff members joined in on the bullying towards Amaya. Lauren you should be ashamed of yourself, you get paid to be the manager to handle situations like this. Not mentally bully and abuse your staff. Also when a customer asks to speak to a manager, a manager should come from the back and do their job. Not send a waitress to do the job for you while making smirks at her behind her back with peers. Haven't been to this location in quite some time - nice remodel! Hostess was very nice and obliged us when needing to sit away from windows and bright light due to friend's eye sensitivity. Ericka, our server, was very quick with drinks and refills our whole visit. She took our dishes away when finished but didn't push for us to leave while we sat and chatted. Even when it took us another 20 minutes to decide if we were having dessert - she seemed to always have a smile on her face. Our appetizers came quickly and were very tasty! Lunch was great - food tasted very good, and lunch specials were greatly priced! The Chicken Penne/ house salad combo tasted very freshly made and was just the right portion size for a lunch. We came here for lunch because we had a gift card. We had our 15 month old grandson with us. The place looked like it hadn't been updated since it opened in the 80's. I ordered Fish and Chips and chicken tenders for the boy. Hubby ordered Onion soup & the 1/2 sandwich. I figured I'd share the "chips" (fries) with the boy. Thinking they'd be hot when they first made it to the table, he would have to wait. Nope! Not even warm. The fish was greasy and his chicken tenders were cooked to death and dry as dust. Hubby said the soup & sandwich were "OK". They also had one of those electronic payment contraptions on the table, which of course the boy had to examine. It was filthy!
