a very disappointing experience at Applebee's under the management of Paige Thatcher. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that leadership and customer service were lacking. Communication was poor, staff seemed unorganized, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. It's frustrating when basic expectations -- like attentive service, respect, and problem-solving -- aren't met. As a customer, I expect management to lead their team effectively and ensure a positive dining experience. That simply did not happen here. I hope Applebee's and the management team work on improving leadership, training, and customer engagement, because this experience missed the mark. read more
