Blue cheese also seemed to be homemade, I automatically ask for extra and it was worth it. I ordered the French onion soup, and the bacon cheeseburger dip which came with tricolored tortilla chips, seasoned and a perfect vehicle for the dip. Everyone was happy with the food. Upon my attempt at consuming them after returning home, I realized the meat was rare at best, undercooked for this cut of meat. The texture was of raw fatty meat that was unfit to be eaten. Sad they looked so promising other than the to rare meat. They were on the special menu I would have thought meat was prepared ahead of time, marinated and slow cook ed. Still $20 ($19.99); still delicious; but very small serving now. (Could be considered to be too big for one person and too small for two.) Drink special is wonderful. Had a couple of delicious beefeater martinis for five dollars each. Waitress Lena did a nice job. Every time I leave I remember that I did not advise the server of my Bones Club membership. It's a nice idea to have the loyalty program, but I can't understand why the wait staff isn't trained to ask the guests about it after they are seated.
