Disappointing Food and Customer Service! I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately, the service and food quality fell short. The service was quite slow from the beginning, as I waited over 10 minutes for my initial drink and also experienced a long delay when asking for a refill.When the meal arrived, there were a few issues:The bread was cold and did not arrive ahead of the meal.The portion sizes felt small for the price point.The grilled shrimp were unfortunately burnt.The coconut shrimp were overcooked and dry.The most disappointing part was how the issue was handled. Because the waiter didn't check back on the table until I had already finished the rest of my meal, I asked to have the burnt grilled shrimp removed from the bill. Even though the dish cost $25, the waiter informed me they could only offer a $2.50 credit.While the staff was polite, offering such a small credit for an un-eatable main dish didn't feel right. I hope management can work on better quality control in the kitchen and more flexible service policies in the future. read more

The server and host were perfectly nice but service was not super attentive. Had to repeatedly ask for a few things and the wrong order was brought out. We were celebrating a child's birthday so it was a nice touch that they added a candle to our dessert. The food itself isn't horrible but it does lean on the salty side. The chicken in the pasta was a bit dry and tough, it really lacked that Cajun spice flavor and reminded me of those frozen chicken portions you can buy at the grocery store. I got a coupon email for my birthday and thought why not. I loved their bread. I got seated almost immediately when we walked in...that was great...and that was it. Nothing. 15 minutes later my wife and I get up and leave. We will not be back, even though I love those biscuits. read more

We took my Dad here at his request for his 90th birthday. We had a large party of 13 on a Sunday. First, the front desk team that took my reservation was so professional and polite. When we arrive on Sunday, Michael our host was again so very professional and pleasant, keeping us updated on when our large table would be ready. It only took a few minutes after our reservation time. Danielle was our server and she was amazing! From handling separate checks, to keeping everything straight - she was very professional, pleasant, and got everything right! She also offered us a variety of options. Our feed was great and served in a timely fashion. I was concerned about Red Lobster being a chain and the level of service we might encounter! Haven't been in a while, maybe approaching a year, but had a gift card from the holidays so we made time to go. There have been some changes inside, nothing drastic, but some interesting curtains added to break up the booths a bit, adding a touch of... old school something to it. Started with the mozz sticks, and old favorite of ours, mostly because we take leftovers home to the kids. ;) They were tasty as always. I could have eaten them all right then, but I didn't. Small cup of marinara was mostly enough to go with all the sticks, and definitely was less chunky than I remembered, which is a plus in my book. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken - I wasn't feeling the seafood for no reason in particular. The chicken was decent, but not spectacular. I had to add some salt to it, as it was severely lacking in that area. My husband had the Admiral's Feast, and while I felt it looked as expected, and the clams I 'stole' from his plate were tasty, he felt some of the other items also needed salt and were kind of bland. Our server was also the bartender, but they did a fantastic job bouncing between the bar patrons and us and the other tables, and was friendly, and got our drink refills in a timely fashion, extra bread [those biscuits are just as good as ever!!!] Overall, a decent experience, just needs more salt. :) read more

Brought my son for 17th Birthday celebration. He is just starting to be a seafood connoisseur. He has started to enjoy shrimp and lobster, this is the first time he chose seafood for dining. Loved the snow crab legs, though I had to explain the challenge of getting the meet out of the shell! The Lobsterita was enormous, and they made raspberry flavored as I am not a Coconut Rum fan. I went to Red lobster this past Saturday with my husband and another couple. We had reservations at 3:00 and our friends were there and we weren't there yet. But they wouldn't seat them until we were all there. Which doesn't make sense there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. So we got there they sat us our waitress was Amy. Very nice woman took our drink order took our food order. But when she brought our meals mine and my girlfriend's was wrong wasn't what we ordered but we figured it was all right we had what was brought to us before we had ordered the two lobster tails and we got the lobster Duo but we didn't say anything. It was the same price so we just figured we would have that. But then the waitress asked if we wanted more drinks I wanted a wine my girlfriend wanted another beer and that was it well she brought my husband a beer my girlfriend's husband a soda she was just all confused in our order didn't even ask if we wanted separate checks just brought us over one check. Otherwise the food was wonderful as always will definitely be back again. But will ask to sit in Sam's section next time. read more

Red lobster is a consistent seafood go to for my family! Their cheddar bay biscuits are my favorite treat here! Their food is always a classic tasty treat, I love the ultimate feast! We only go here about once a year, but have been very pleased each time. Yesterday we stopped in for dinner and was told there would be about a 35 minute wait. We were really in the mood for seafood so we sat on the bench and after 35 minutes we were seated. We ordered seafood stuffed mushrooms fir our appetizer. While we were eating the waitress brought us our drinks and some cheddar biscuits. Although they have a bit more sodium than I'd like (or should have) they were eaten within moments and they helped stave off our appetite. My boyfriend got his Caesar Salad shortly thereafter, but then it took awhile to get our appetizer. The waitress brought over drink refills and apologized for the delay. When they came out a little later she warned us about the dish being very hot. We were careful, but within moments dug in. There were 6 medium sized caps with seafood and cheese. They were tasty, but not as big as I expected for the price. Our meals, however, were very good. My boyfriend got the Lobster, Salmon, and grilled shrimp skewers. It came over rice and with a baked potato. He was most impressed by the taste of the salmon and he got his potato with the extras so he was very happy with that as well. The lobster was small, but good. The shrimp a little dry. The waitress had brought out more biscuits and he dove into them! They are one of his favorite things. I ordered the all-you-can-eat shrimp and it was a fantastic choice!! I agreed, the shrimp skewers were a little on the dry side, but still nice. The Walt's shrimp were moist and delicious. I was not sure what they would be. The were cut and fanned out and battered and they tasted wonderful on their own and with cocktail sauce. The best were the coconut shrimp with the Piña Colada sauce! Oh my!! I have never had them before and I fell in love! They were amazing!! And finally I had the shrimp scampi. The taste was phenomenal....so garlicky good!! Wow! So we were very pleased with our meal. Also, our waitress Devin, was amazing! She was super sweet. Apologized for delays and made sure we had refills at all times. The place was so short staffed that the managers were in the kitchen helping to cook! It makes such a huge difference to your overall experience when you have a friendly, helpful waitress. I would like to start off by saying. I ordered 3 meals Monday night 4/14/25. I called and made a complaint with Garrett the store manager. I made him aware of the fact we have received raw food and undercooked food. He preceded to say that door dash is responsible for the food once it leaves the restaurant. He did not want to fix the mistakes that were made with my food. I and my roommate ended up getting very sick about 4 hours later throwing up with food poisoning. I have filed a complaint with red lobster online and I am awaiting on a call back about getting this location inspected as they are servicing contaminated food. They need to be shut down. The total of the cost of the meals was 93 dollars!! Paid 93 dollars to get food poisoning!!! read more

Went in with my 2 daughters and we wanted to go because we heard about the new snow crab flavors. There was a wait when we got there and then we waited awhile and nobody called us for a table. I think they forgot. So I reminded them and then they sat us. It was busy in there but not as busy as I've seen elsewhere or even at Red Lobster in general. I'd say the waiter we had was not that helpful and the service really wasn't that great. I ordered a Sunset Passion Colada, my girls ordered smoothies. My drink took until the end to get to me. After a while of waiting we hadn't received our food nor my drink. I ordered the honey sriracha snow crab with a side of broccoli. My daughter ordered the roasted garlic butter flavor with rice. My youngest daughter ordered off of the kids menu, but also ordered a side of rice to Go with her shrimp.. we finally received our food. They forgot my youngest rice. And then I still hadn't received my Colada.. upon looking, there were two waitresses who seemed to be talking about me in the back, and every time I looked at them to get their attention they would be looking directly at me and just started talking. It was the weirdest thing, I can't say for sure, but sometimes you just get that feeling. I finally had to ask someone else where my colada was and they finally went to get it and still took some time. When the waitress came to my table she seemed nice. But also cold at the same time. I feel like for whatever reason they did not like me. We ate and we packed up over leftovers and left. I like red lobster and the food is good, but service is also super important to me. My son has been bugging me for a lobster dinner. He insisted on Red Lobster. We went around 5:30 on a Sunday. We were seated right away. Our server was great. She was very quick with everything. The famous cheddar rolls are too salty but ok. I started with a cup of clam chowder. There was not one piece of clam in it. There was one tiny piece of potato. So basically it was clam flavored broth. My son and I shared a seafood platter. It is a solid deal with 4 main choices and 2 sides. The lobster tail was very chewy but tasted ok. The grilled scallops were solid according to my boy. The garlic shrimp was very tasty. The grilled shrimp was bland. I promised my son he could have dessert, so he got a brownie sundae. Do not get it. It was solid but it was 11 dollars for vanilla ice cream and some brownie. So re-cap is average food with good service. read more

This was the second time me and friends were here. First time the lady ordered a burger well done, it was bloody in the first bite. Second time there, the waiter took our order for drinks and food but took over 10 minutes to get our drinks when there were not a dozen people there total. He forgot the straws and said he would be right back, 10 minutes later one of our group went to the bar and got them, he never did get them. A pretty good Red Lobster! The food was hot and delicious and the servers very friendly. My only problem was how long we had to wait to be seated. We waited for about 40 minutes to be seated. On a busy night like when we went, it is no big deal. The problem is that they had about 10 tables and booths cleaned and ready to be seated but they had us all waiting around. It took them just about the full 40 minutes we waited to start seating the tables. Not really sure what was going on that night but other than that it was a lovely experience. read more

Overpriced for what they offer. Fish doesn't seem fresh or prepared uniquely. It's a chain so you shouldn't expect much more.

Every time you order to go they tell you it's ready. Then you get there and tell them your here and 40 minutes later have to call and still wait. So not cooked or cold.. Finally arrived half hour late and was told they were short handed. Ok I get that then stop the food to go!!!! read more

Took my son here for a belated birthday lunch, as we have in the past. We arrived just as the location was opening and there was a single waitress doubling as the hostess as well. Her name was Cassy and she seated us promptly and immediately took out order. She took fantastic care of any of our needs as well, she was extremely patient, courteous and polite. Okay - before ANYONE judges this review - note that, I am giving this rating based against other CHAIN restaurants! Last week was my first time at Red Lobster. It happened to be Shrimp-Fest, so I was super excited to see all the options they had. Not a dingy restaurant, its fairly well-kept. I've seen some chain restaurants that are miserable to sit in. This one was pleasant. The menu was extensive so I was a little intimidated, so our waitress helped us place our order. I had the shrimp grilled tacos, my brother had the coconut shrimp, and my husband the battered shrimp. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. My grilled tacos are always on the menu. They are really tasty, and come with a great jalapeno sauce. My brother's coconut shrimp was massive of a dish. There were, I believe, 10-12 pieces. The cheddar biscuits were also a hit. None of the dishes were overpriced, and the service was great. We were not disappointed. read more
