My wife and I have been to this Applebee's many times and we go with the expectation of being at a bar & grill. That considered, we found the atmosphere clean and comfortable. The food and service are both very good. The staff is very friendly and polite. The only negative is that it takes a little while for drinks. We usually visit this Applebee's on those nights where we don't feel like cooking or takeout. Judged in that light, this is a great place for casual dining. read more

Advertising WORKS! I saw a commercial for 1/2-price appetizers so after probably not going here for 7-8 years, I went in! It will be another 7-8 before I go back! First, I got what I expected, I mean c'mon... but, in order to get the 1/2-price apps, you have to sit at the bar! UGH! Surprisingly, this bar is a calling card for local derelicts! Way more 'regulars' than I ever would have expected that converse with the bartender and keep her from doing her job (which was done quite POORLY mind you!)! So a friend group and ordered out (late night) -- so this review has 3 people's opinions. We had ordered 2 different bacon burgers, one impossible burger, boneless buffalo wings, a Caesar salad, and 3 drinks. First, the food was ready very quick and picking up inside was pretty easy. When it comes to the food, the burgers were so good -- the perfect combo of sauce to toppings ratio! The person who got the impossible burger said that it was pretty flavorful and cooked well. The salad was pretty simple (but got the job done) and the wings were tasty (although they were slightly less firm than I'd like, but still good regardless). The drinks were sweet; however, if you are getting them for the alcohol content, there's very little alcohol to taste in the drinks (if that matters to you). Overall, it was a very nice surprise when trying to order late at night from a place that somehow has a lot of bad reviews? Would totally order again soon :) read more

I had not been to an Applebee's in years and cannot imagine going back. The Artichoke Dips had no cheese, the Ribs that were advertised as being tender were disgustingly overcooked and was like leather and the Chicken Pasta Dish had no flavor and it was the consistency of Cheese Water. The prices are definitely on the higher side which would not have bothered me if it was edible. I spent over $150 for a dinner for 3 without any alcohol and I feel robbed due to the quality of the food. I'm sorry that I made such a bad decision by picking this place. read more

We went in for a quick lunch and were surprised to see that they now offer breakfast. Not a large menu but enough choices for me to view and not get confused. Sadly the restaurant was empty due to the covid situation but the staff had everything covered. I was pleasantly surprised at the food and the portions. Two stars only because our server was so sweet. Do not eat here. The food tastes like hospital food. I got the tilapia with broccoli and a side salad. The salad was primarily old lettuce, wilted, and unappetizing. The tilapia wasn't cooked all the way, and the broccoli was soggy. My friend got a bacon burger and mozzarella sticks. Oh my goodness the waitress was very pleasant and very helpful and constantly coming over. We went with nine people no one had a problem at all with service or food. I was amazed how good the food was I had a combination of shrimp chicken potatoes and broccoli the potatoes tasted like the puffs the broccoli was really good the shrimp was basically fried and tasted fresh. the chicken wasn't dry so it was cooked just enough. When you think a place can't get any worse and it does. Where to begin, they keep the chicken and waffles on the menu, and over six months, my wife continues to order it, and they continue not to be able to serve it. The waffle maker has been out of order for six months, or they don't make them. And even after getting NEW menus they still keep waffles on the list - but they don't or refuse to make it. Just take them off the list! While there were only two tables in service and customers patiently waiting for five minutes at the door, it took a customer to walk to the back to bring it to the staff's attention that people were waiting to be seated. As I write this review, we are still waiting for water that was ordered over ten minutes ago and fighting off the fly that keeps circling our food. This will be our last visit to Applebees or at least this Applebees management needs to do something. read more

Of I could give it less one star I would. This place has been always been hit it miss but tonight it out did itself in awfulness. We sat in the bar area. We are greeted by a server, no introduction but has a long list of beers they don't have. I order a Blue Moon. She comes back to tell me they don't have that either. I ask for an unsweetened iced tea with Splenda. She brings me the iced tea with a few pink packages. Now I say this is not Splenda and she tells me it is Applebee's brand of Splenda my friend looks in the sugar/Splenda/Equal/sweet n low holder and finds the yellow Splenda.the servers response is, well that's what they gave me. At that point I asked if she was new to Applebee's she said no.Maybe she is new to the planet. I proceed to drink the "iced tea"and it has no flavor. It's just cold water with Splenda. We ordered the boneless chicken wings with buffalo sauce and Asian zing in the side, ordered burgers and substitute a salad for the for the fries and were told it would be 99 cent us extra. we said fine. I ordered a cheeseburger RARE. My friend order a burger no cheese medium. Server comes back to say The substitution is 1.99 they just changed The menu. I to!d her fine but that after all these issues I wouldn't be coming back. The boneless wings came and didn't have any sauce and we were told the server didn't order any sauce. They brought us the sauces and we began to eat, the wings were hard and dry. Burgers come, mine is medium well and my friends was rare. There was a gentleman there who said he was not the manager but tries to help. We didn't bother to send the food back because at that point I just wanted out of there. You would think one of them would have mentioned to the manager that a table was having issues? We still left the awful server a 20% tip and her thanks was to complain to her co-worker about us ... it was obvious when the co-worker looked at us. I have been in this restaurant numbers of time and today was the worst day. The food was ok but the service was 0. We stand at the host station for 5 mnts and ready to leave then a guy shows up and took us to the booth. We ordered food and drinks came out on good time but we had to look our server for Tobasco waited waited she was gone, then had to walk to the bartender. This is really bad for the management those servers and host were talking @ Bar all the time. We been watching them. Sometime later customers ( party of 3 ) walked inn waiting 10 mnts for seated but no one is greeting , they were looking around for host but she was busy chatting and phoning. If I was the manager or owner of this establishment I would fired all of them and make sure they serve their customers in the best manner. Without customers it is impossible to run any businesses or they would have been jobless , or go somewhere to find another job, the customers are main key to succeed the businesses and pay the bills. Waited 30 minutes when told it would be 5 -10 minute wait. Had I'd known it would've been so long of a wait I would've left. We go to the booth that was available but it was dirty. We went back to the waiting area. Still waiting, nobody knows what's going on. Waited 10 minutes longer only to be told that the table is STILL not cleaned off. Ok. So I left! Food and service was great. They had $5 blended drink specials. I recommend the strawberry margarita. We ordered the French fries with the impossible burger. They could have given us more French fries but other than that everything was great. Restaurant is huge with a smaller section outside for outdoor dinning. Parking is free in an open lot. read more

We sat at the bar and before you knew it the place was crowded service was pretty good as the bartender was very attentive Drinks were good but very limited as far as the beer they have on tap We got some shots to spice it up (Petron of course) For appetizer we got the pretzel sticks that came with a beer batter dip and a delicious Honey mustard and we also order some spicy wonton chicken tacos both were tasty and we actually ordered another round of pretzel sticks (soft and salty they were :)) They received a low mark because for some strange reason they had the heat in the restaurant and it made it feel like it was 90 degrees and one of the wait staff wasn't too pleasant as she began yelling at the bartender that was trying to find a way to lower it.. other wise food was good and we may come back read more

Really disappointed. After not having been there in a year, we went for lunch today. The "Sanitized" table we were at was sticky and had crumbs all over it. Got a new table and ordered. My burger was just ok. My husbands fettuccine was so bad he couldn't eat it. He told the waiter and the waiter came back with garlic sauce to cover the taste - REALLY? Those 2 dishes, nachos, a coke and a glass of sangria cost $72.05!!!
