Terrible service.. Very little follow up and the waitress rarely showed up. I asked the waitress for a reciept to do a survey and she said they are no longer doing surveys and its a random thing now. This explains why the service dropped. When they were doing the surveys, they were opening the doors for everyone as they came in. I watched a handicap woman almost fall trying to open the door. The door handle was so hot, it almost burned my hand. I rushed and helped her and apoligised for the poor door service and I didnt even work there. Anyway, I may never go back. I might give it one more try if they start up the survey again. They seem to be on the ball when they know your surveying them.. read more

If I could give this place "0" stars, I would! We have given this place multiple opportunities to get things right, but the bottom line is its just a poor excuse for a restaurant. On one occasion we were served vegetables still in their microwaveable steam bag. Seriously? However, our experience there yesterday really took the cake. We walked in around 3pm on 6/18. The restaurant wasn't even 1/2 full. One entire side was completely empty. We walked up to the hostess station who finally greeted us with a stank attitude. After her wandering aimlessly through the restaurant for a few minutes, she returns to tell us it'll be a 30 minute wait. Wait, what? The restaurant is literally 1/2 empty! "We only have one server right now so you'll have to wait." Um, what? Clearly management doesn't have a clue how to schedule & worse yet - they don't provide proper guest service training. Wish I didn't have to give them even one star. I've worked as a waitress for many years and I understand the kitchen can get backed up and I really have no problem with that, but when that happens your server should communicate with you, not hide from you and if they have to walk by not make eye contact with them . Just explain what's going on, and if the customer asks if there food will be out soon cause it has already been 40 min. Do not look at them and say "no it has only been 20 min. And then walk away. She was plain rude. This location has had these same problems for a while now. Might be time to clean house and teach customer service. Remember the customer is always right, at least to there face. Never snap at them, and managers need to pay attention to what's going on on the floor. This has happened to us before and we said we would never go back. Thought we would give them another chance. Service was fine, did notice employees standing around socializing though. Ordered a American Standard Burger that quoting their own menu described with "Pickles, bacon, onion, signature sauce & American cheese. " Burger came plain with cheese as the only topping. My parents went to this restaurant yesterday. They said the food was great, the service was good until the end. They gave them a one star because they were struggling with the kiosk and asked for assistance. The waiter was more then willing to help them and decided to give himself a 20% tip without my parents approval. They did not realize it till later. It is sad to know that their waiters will take advantage of people like this and people should be aware this is how they are doing business. Shame on the waiter. People be aware. read more

I would come here all the time and it is normally very good. Although soup is 5$ and the portions is worth about 2$. Anyways, I ate there last night and now I've had a horrible stomach at all day and my boyfriend has been throwing up sense hours after eating there. When we walked in we asked for for a booth that we could park a stroler next to. They then led us to a table with a very narrow walk way and asked if they could park it on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RESTAURANT. We then got 3 waters when there were 4 of us there. We asked multiple questions with the server and almost everything she answered was incorrect. 3 of us ordered alcoholic drinks and not one of us was carded even though 2 of us are under 25. When we menrioned this ti someone els she came back and told us that she didnt card because we look over 30 which we both were very upset about. We are 23 and 24. She was very rude. We ordered bone in wings and she rang in bone out at a different price. She told us the special was new and and didn't know about it. We asked 3 people for ranch, the last being the manager, all while we watched the group of employees at the front grow from 3 to 5 to 7 of them just standing around. When we got our food, mine didn't have the sauce I asked for, my husband's was burned and looked disgusting. We asked for the manager and when he came he argued with us over how many people we asked for ranch and he even said that my husband's food looked correct. We told him we weren't going to eat it and that we were leaving. He told us that we had to pay for the alcohol and we waited for the check. I payed $24 for us each to drink about half our drink and to deal with a very rude wait staff. We also tried to call the area director and left him a message. He has yet to contact us. The only bright spot was Carlos who was very kind and apologetic. You should defiantly keep him as he is probably the only one saving your customers. We left and went to cousins. Tried several times to go in here with my military friends and have been refused due to problems with severs not taking there ID's. It is very upsetting they always refuse Veterans of this country. All of them were 35+ and had two or more id's on hand and still turned out the door because of this establishments poor leaderships lack of knowledge. Other times I've come to this place the servers seem to not care for our time spent in and more about their chatting and breaks. read more

" I had horrible service, and an even worse experience. Was my 21st Birthday, went to this applebees for my first drink, and was told by the Barteneder that "he will not serve me". He never looked at my ID not explained to me why he couldnt serve me. I then processed to tell him that I was going to go to the bar down the road, and he wasnt getin service from me or the people I was with. Hour and a half later, Pasco Police Department was called on me saying "applebees called to report an underage girl with a fake". The bar told the police they had looked at my ID and saw that it was my 21st and it isnt a fake. I have sence went back to the applebees and have not gotten an explaination on Why the Police were called on me, or even a sorry for the "misunderstanding". The barteneder had never even looked at my ID to even see if it was a fake or that I WAS OF AGE. I will not from now on go to this Applebees. Have heard many other negative stories and then to experience my own, I see why. read more

It's Wednesday nite...we're new to the neighborhood, just bought a house a few blocks away...the parking lot is about 1/2 full at 530pm...we sat in the bar we were the first there...2 parties followed us in seated in 2 booths...2 hostess at the door...we sat and waited for menus... even the bartender and a person of management noticed us sitting there, remarking who the server was, who was busy waiting on the 2 tables that came in after we did...after 15 minutes we still had no menus, no recognition we were even sitting there...since when does the bartender and/or management not service a guest seated anywhere in an Applebee's? Yes, we left, drove to Kennewick Applebees... they were jammed! Still found a seat in the bar, greeted by hostesses, bartender, servers, and a bus boy! Got menus, cocktails, appetizers & water in under 15 min.? We really enjoy Applebee's...we were there (Pasco) a few weeks ago for dinner following a movie date, it was great... what happened? Pasco Applebees staff & management where awfull! We will try them again in a few weeks. read more

If it were possible i would give this place 0 stars. Absolute worst service I've ever had. Came here today with our bridal party to get some apps and drinks. Immediately walked into a hostess with a terrible attitude who was rude and snappy. It already gave us a bad vibe but decided to brush it off. We then sat down to order drinks. Being from MT our IDs have a coating on them that make them somewhat blurred. A girl in the party handed the waitress her valid id and the waitress made a huge deal that it was unacceptable. She had multiple credit cards and cards with her clear picture and name then the manager came out and made a big deal about it. If they dont want service they are doing a great job at it. Then as we walk out the same host that sat us opened the door with smuggest smile. I was disgusted with their service. Applebees really needs to rethink the people who worl on this establishment. read more
