We went to Bob's last night which is kind of our "go to" place for reasonably priced food. We were placed way in the back at a tiny table. There were 2 large parties in the room and our waiter, Dylan, was nice but we asked for clam chowder ahead of the meals and it never came. The food was good but the wait for the clam chowder was 1/2 hour and then they brought out our meals so I passed on the chowder. Dylan apologized many times but it was not his fault. The hostess put us back there for the second consecutive visit. Lots of other people were in the main room in booths and tables. All said, it was not a positive experience so not sure when we will be back. read more

Food: I had steak and jojos with a cheddar broccoli soup. - Food was fine. Portion was generous. Ambiance: too dark. Was place in a back corner table, could barely see the food. Each section appeared to have 1 light on for every 5-6 lights out. Service: was seated immediately, didn't see my server for a good 15-20 minutes. (Lucia) Took my order (got it right) Food was brought out by another server. My server checked on me twice about 5-10 minutes after my meal came out then never again. Never received a refill of my drink even though it was empty moments after receiving my food. Waited about 20 minutes after finishing my food before a server asked me if I was finished with my plate. She immediately bussed the plate, did not offer a refill or asked if I wanted anything else. Brought my check about 10 minutes later. Pretty underwhelming experience overall. read more

Great place for high end burgers. The Ranch Burger was great; fresh, constructed well so that a firm grip allows you to eat it as a single burger (as opposed to cutting it). I actually looked up how to eat a burger with a fried egg, only to get one with a fully cooked egg (likely something to do with food borne illness with raw eggs). Still, great. I hadn't eaten in over 12 hours, so I ordered a Smash Burger as well. This was even better. Piping hot, cheese melted perfectly, and raw onion instead of cooked (and no lettuce, tomato). The fries were still sizzling and seasoned perfectly. Mathieu in the bar (who looks like Tony Stewart, btw) was incredibly efficient in running the whole section, including outdoor seating. Highly recommended restaurant and make sure to sit in the bar. read more

Came in with a group of 11, and they handed it great. Menu is fairly regular, the place the same, what stood out is the service. Promptly sat, drink order taken, really quick. Food was ok, me and my wife shared a Cuban sandwich, great flavor! This place excelled on service, and when we had to split the bill the waitress could do that on her tablet, that is a great touch!! Came here for my Brother and Sis-In-Law's 17th anniversary with their 4 children. It was right around 7 so there was a 30 minute wait which ended up being much less. There was plenty of seating even for large groups but it turns out they were shorthanded. No problem.. I pulled our waitress aside to order a dessert for the lovebirds and requested they write "Happy Anniversary" which she didn't hesitate to say yes to. She was super nice, took our orders in a timely manner, kitchen was slowing down or catching up so our food came out in a good amount of time. Except for 2 meals.. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the waitress and the kitchen but they owned up to it right away, got the last 2 meals out as quickly as they could, and even ended up comping the 2 meals. It's always nice when they go above and beyond to fix things and you don't even have to complain. I don't think any of us were going to complain anyways just understanding what they're dealing with and seeing the effort being made but their resolutions to everything really left us with a much greater experience than it might've been. They also comped the dessert I ordered and brought the kiddos out 4 scoops of ice cream and their chocolate molten cake to share. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews regarding service... We ordered the Ranch Burger, Bacon Guacamole Burger, a Club Sandwich that looked delicious, Bacon Burger, some kids meals which were pretty basic, and I ordered the Seafood Dinner. The prawns and fish were decent. I had ordered fries but ended up with onion rings which I wasn't upset over. Overall, the food is just what you would expect from a burgers and brew joint. Fair. We relocated to the Tri-Cities area about 3 years ago, and at that time, we stumbled upon Bob's. At that time, we were going there at least 2 times a week. We have been away traveling for a while and decided to go back to Bob's upon our return. What a mistake!! The service was terrible, rude server and hostess. The food was horrible, and the prices were frankly outrageous! You people have a lot of nerve gouging the public for this type of service and garbage you pass off for food. Fabulous burgers and as a first time visitor today I will be back. Danielle was our server and did an amazing job service was quick and efficient, I had the chicken ranch burger and what can I say. Truly remarkable. The flavor was perfect ingredients fresh not a half effort job with delivering the burger. Bread is soft and moist unlike many other places where the bun just feels dry or quickly thrown ontop of the grill. The fry sauce was also a big surprise to me. It carries a nice robust flavor but not so overbearing to the point it feels like you're just dunking your fries in and just eating a specific flavor. I definitely give this place a 5 star rating and two thumbs up. The cooks deserve a raise for making the food so good. Till next time thanks again. read more

Worst burger i have ever had! I ordered the sourdough burger. I am glad it was small. Thin, saltless, greasy, burger patty and 4 pieces off overcooked, dry, bacon on a couple slices of sourdough bread. All that for only $18. At least the fries were edible. read more

My brother and sister-in-law took me to Bob's Burgers & Brew for dinner last night. We were greeted and seated extremely fast for a Saturday night at 6pm. Between us we had two toddlers and one baby. The kids were given children's menus and crayons which was a big hit. Our waiter, Ethan was very nice and attentive the whole evening. He had our drinks our very quick and our food was all really good. I had the Mac & Jack's Amber which was delicious. For my entree I had the Cuban wrap with a side salad. It was all very tasty and apparently I was too hungry to snap a photo before eating my wrap. I do have a photo of the huge beer, go big or go home right? Great family friendly place with yummy food. Prices are really good too. With tip it was about $90 for the five food orders and drinks! read more

Way too overpriced for the quality of food and ingredients. A guacamole bacon burger with a side of onion rings was over $22.00 before tip. The burger patty was something that you could buy from the frozen food isle at Rite Aid. The bacon was over cooked in the microwave. The guacamole was made in a factory and shipped in a plastic toothpaste tube. The tomato was cut last week and was so soggy that it fell apart when I picked it off. The shredded lettuce was bought on clearance, also from Rite Aid. The onion rings were from the Chevron hot food box down the road. The bun was just ok. 2 stars because the service was good, otherwise it would be 1 star. A burger restaurant should have burgers made with fresh ingredients, especially for $22.00 before tip. read more

Absolutely sad that the employees here are who make the name for this restaurant. We've visited the bobs in Burlington WA and their service food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. My husband two friends and I were visiting Richland to have a weekend of riding. We stayed near by and walked to bobs for dinner. We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant the entire time we were there, right away we were treated poorly as if we were inconveniencing them. Our waitress had a poor attitude the entire time. We all ordered alcoholic drinks and they were all terrible. Poorly made and mine was just straight sugar and no hint of alcohol. Our friend actually sent his back because it was all soda and no alcohol at all. I'm a sissy and tried his and even I couldn't taste any. We got the nacho for an appetizer and received a huge plate of chips and chicken with half the cheese not melted and had to send it back to get it microwaved so it was actually nachos. Again the parking lot was empty and saw one pick up order come in. This bobs seriously needs to be retrained by the Burlington one on how customer service works and the bar tender needs to be retained on how to actually make drinks. Wish it went better because the other bobs we've visited were amazing. Oh! And we paid at the front desk, and our waitress accused us of not paying and told the two others in our party that we didn't pay. Then she went to the hostess and she told her we paid. This used to be our "place" every Saturday for lunch. We had great food and great service. Then came the menu change and cheaper products. The once great burgers are now tasteless flat disks like you'd by at Walmart. The buns change every so often and not for the good. The new menu eliminated many customer favorites in order to bring "trendy" items that just don't fit this hometown place. And several great staff members have left, leaving service spotty. I just had a big greasy delicious Bonanza Burger at Bob's and now I need a shower and a nap. I added avocado and ordered it wit JoJo's. The bun was soft and did its job to hold up to the mass of toppings and oozing deliciousness. I made it through about 2/3rd of the Bonanza Burger and the JOJO potato wedges were hardly touched. You get your money's worth here. Service was a little slow but the staff were all nice and very helpful. I liked the dining area but the lady in the booth next to me was a yackity yacker but I didn't knock any points off for that. The menu had no appetizers on it. I discover them on a flip card doohickey after I placed my order. No description of what a JOJO is. Just call them steak fries or potato wedges. What the F! Like JOJO is a world wide sign for potato wedges! That's just dumb. The dish was all JOJO and this big burger. Come here grab a burger bring your appetite and enjoy. read more
