We had an excellent dinner at this location. It was basically everything we were craving. It was quiet, not a ton of tables taken, when we came in. There was some sort of trivia game going on, which I guess is a normal occurrence on a monday night. It was a little odd, but it didn't really bother us. T was our waiter, and he was super attentive and great. First, we ordered pretzels with cheese. They were sooo good! They came out hot and perfect, and they weren't greasy at all. The beer cheese was equally great and nice and warm. My fiance and I both did impossible burgers. Both of them came out perfectly cooked, and the french fries were spot on. I honestly would've liked my burger a bit warmer, as the cheese wasn't melted much. It was tasty though, and I definitely ate way too much. My oft dining companion has a low bar for what is good - love them but sometimes they drag me into places like AB's and other chains. I go for the company and not the food, as was the case this time. It's microwaved hospital cafeteria food. Bland, cooked poorly, and tastes like a Healthy Choice microwave meal while not being healthy nor something I'd choose unless I'm sick and it was hiding in the freezer. The onions were undercooked. The grilled cheese burger, served with fries and tomato soup was a lovely mashup. My chicken skillet was advertised with waffle fries, but I was able to get mashed potatoes. It was a decent meal! if i could leave zero stars i would. me and my friends attended here on 4/25. We ordered an appetizer of the loaded fries which had no cheese, and was about 5 fries. We then ordered the nachos and the burger. The burger was BEYOND burnt. The nachos, all the chips were black, burnt to a crisp. When we brought this to the server's attention, she was very rude. Our server MoMo was the sweetest! The other wait staff and greeters were not! They didn't open the doors upon our arrival seeing some of my party had adaptive equipment they didn't acknowledge when my consumers greeted them due to us being in a larger group they set us in the same area but at different times ( took half of our party to be seated while the other half stood at the entrance while they mumbled under their breath about who knows what for 10 mina because Lucus definitely can't speak..seated us then continued to bring the wrong food to the wrong table serving food to a consumer dropping it off at the table then when told that was not their order picking it up and j serving it to our other table. A staff member with my party an African American reported her food was cold and the staff not MoMo but her backhand said I'm sorry about that and walked away.. a different staff in our party that is white made the same comment to the backhand and was given a free dessert for the inconvenience. The manager Lucus clearly should have used pto that day! (1-4-25) Attitude was trash! no hello at the door didn't respond when my consumes greeted him! If there is ever a wait it goes super fast. The service can be a little slow sometimes but it's nothing too crazy. The grilled oriental chicken salad is my fav and it's always delicious. I will never give this Applebee's any of my hard earned money again. On Valentine's Day, I placed a to-go order at 1:30 PM for a 6:10 PM pickup. My intention was to pick up the order and have a nice dinner at home with my wife. We showed up at 6:15 only to be told the food was not ready. So, we wasted 15 minutes for the 6:10 PM ETA to finally be ready at 6:30 PM. When the hostess brought us our order, we noticed one of the drinks was only filled 3/4 of the way. My wife politely asked the hostess if she could fill the cup the rest of the way. The hostess gave a blank look, looked at the cup, then said "They are really busy in the back". Mind you, the dining room was not exactly hopping, not that it matters. The bottom line is that if they are "too busy" to provide a paying customer with a baseline level of service (aka giving us what we paid for), then I am too busy to give you any more of my hard-earned money. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I can about my experience. I didn't bother asking for a manager, because there is nothing at that point that could redeem the service. I opted not to go "Karen" on this hostess because I wouldn't trust getting my drink topped off properly at this point (I prefer my drinks without a side of spit in it). No they will never be on diners drive-Ins and dives, but every time my family eats there we get great service, the restaurant is clean and their offerings are always prepared well. It was mostly chewy, gristly meat-like substance, and the whole thing was slathered in what tasted like movie theatre butter with half a bottle of seasoned salt mixed in. Same with the boneless "garlic parmesan" wings. All way over-seasoned and oily. The menu is not very vegetarian friendly (that takes away one star) The drinks were not that strong (which is good for me because I drank 4 of them!) and the flavor was pretty typical of a pre-mix margarita and it wasn't that bad. My husband wasn't that hungry and so he had some appetizers and my co-worker had wings and a salad. The food came fast- and was delivered to our table by quite a few servers. The drink refills were not as fast, (I took another star off for this) and when you are offering $1 drinks the refills should be readily available.
