This place is dirty. Lots of dirty tables, no one was in a hurry to clean them up. Once we were seated it took forever to be greeted by our waiter. As we were waiting for our food, other staff got upset and was cussing and being loud to another employee & was punching a monitor screen. A door alarm went off and no one was in a hurry to turn it off. Was annoying trying to enjoy our meal with an alarm going off. Our waiter was the only guy working his butt off. I will only give it a 1star because our food was good but that's about it! Will not come back. This place has gone downhill. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went for my mothers birthday had a party of 10, we expected food to come out a little longer just because of the bigger party. But it took over an hour and and half to even get an appetizer. During this time no refills were offered all the glasses were empty as well as our alcohol which we all wanted another round. Two hours there we asked for a manager, another waiter was sent to see if there was something she could do on behalf of the manager to see how the manager could help. Took over 30 minutes for the manager to come to see what she could do, she waived the bill for our food. Half of our food was cold and Wrong orders. I hadn't been in a few years. My husband and I went for the $1.50 long island ice tea on Wednesday. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our time. The bartender, Mark did an amazing job with our drinks and service. He was being pulled left and right (bar station, kitchen station, phone calls, and customers) but handled it extremely well with professionalism and politeness. Quality of food has seriously gone downhill. Ordered the Parmesan steak and shrimp and the steak was tiny, probably close to 6 oz. Definitely not worth the $20 price tag. Also ordered a bowl of French onion soup and it was the smallest bowl of soup I have ever received. It looked like one of those ramekins you see on food network for adding spices to food. If you come at night you take the risk of hearing ratchet explicit music around your children. My 1.5 yr old son and I went on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. There were many open tables and wait staff seemed to be quite relaxed because most of them were standing near the bar chatting. After asking multiple waitresses and waiters for beverages, each one said "let me find your waiter". We waited 30 minutes and the very nice woman sitting next to us asked if we could get some service, none was had. The hostess that seated us walked by many times and did not seem to care that nothing was on the table. I could tell my child was getting upset just sitting there, so we stood up to leave. They claim they show UFC fights. I was meeting a large group of friends on 11/19/11 and they posted a sign saying cancelled due to "incliment change in weather". So I called wanting clarification and the guy who answered said it was gonna get really cold. It was hot outside at 79degress with no forecasted cold weather. I asked to speak to the manager, who was very rude and he said "oh theres a problem with the cable provider". I called him out on the sign and claimed "that a visitor must have put it up". Are you serious guy, c'mon. I love applebees food and drinks, but this manager and his staff made the establishment look bad. My whole group ended splitting up and going seperate ways. read more

We got there about 7 on a Saturday evening and the parking lot was empty, when we went to be seated they told us there's a 35 min wait, although well more than half the place was empty. We got seated and I ordered a sirloin steak dinner and my wife got a cheeseburger. When my steak arrived I cut a piece and took a good bite. It was the worst piece of beef I've ever tasted, I cut another piece just to check again. I ordered it med - rare and it looked like it was extra rare, but there was no blood. Went for my daughters birthday because she requested to go there.... But they did not have high chair seating for my youngest daughter. I do not understand why sitting a high chair at the end of a booth is a fire hazard. Especially when I have been to Apple b's so many times in the past and it has not EVER been an issue. Even at that why take us to the booth and I clearly have a young baby in my arms and then just leave us. Last night my mother and I went to applebees. And it was horrible on the only good thing was the food was good. The staff started arguing with another staff in front of customers the restaurant was filthy they are severely under staff. Management is too busy being friends with the staff and not staying on top of them. You have some customers that come in and smiling straight like marijuana this is not an atmosphere for any family with small kids are people might have asthma or allergies. I'm highly disappointed in my neighborhood Applebee's. I don't think I will be back soon. One of the worst experiences ever. Hostess sat us at a dirty table, with a big piece of uneaten fried shrimp at the foot of our table. Nearly all the staff walked right past that shrimp and never bothered to pick it up. The worse part is when our waitress "Dell" approached our table chewing food. This is a disgusting location. I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. "Dell" proceeded to throw my receipt away so I wouldn't be allowed to give her rightful survey she deserved. This is the first time in my life that I have had a Ribeye that I did not like. I actually sent it back and had them brng me a sirloin instead. I ordered it Medium and it was Medium Well and very tough. I don't know why I ever go here. I am always disappointed. I don't normally go to Applebee's. I've never been the greatest fan of their food but every time I went it was decent enough. Not sure if the chain has gone down SEVERELY over the years but from the reviews it seems like this is just a bad location. It really is. Our waitress had an obviously forced customer service tone(it's ok, I was a waitress and I remember my bad days) but the table next to us said her service was horrible and said she was "a b*tch" I had to ask the very messy bar for napkins. We got our appetizer w no appetizer plates. I've always ordered spinach and artichoke dip at Applebee's and has always came w cheese on top. I feel like they microwaved it and dropped it bc it was spilled over the side, there was melted cheese around the edges and the bowl wasn't full as it normally is. Something was off about the taste as well. Usually my family and I wipe the dip clean. We ate maybe half between two of us. My mother's burger came back incorrectly and warm along with the fries. Not hot. The chicken bowl I ordered had literal BROWN lettuce and avocado, an unnecessary heaping pile of greasy tortilla strips, the flavor overall was TERRIBLE. Didn't take more than a few bites. We both started feeling sick right after eating the dip but kept trying to give this place a chance. My mother ate not even half her burger and couldn't take it anymore. She vomited in the restroom and came home with stuff coming from the other end. My stomach is a little more tough and even I got sick after eating here. The most common complaint here is the horrible food and lack of cleanliness. This place really needs to get it together!! The waitress was nice enough to take the bowl and dip off the tab but my goodness.. This place was so DIRTY. Usually waiters are walking around sweeping, wiping tables, cleaning.. no. Not here.
