The customer service at this location is inexcusable. We sat for 15 min before anyone came to take our drink order. The manager sat us and then went to the back. There was one waitress working the floor. The manager proceeded to stock the wine bar while we sat waiting on the waitress. There were other guests that had the exact same experience. Literally everything we ordered tasted frozen and processed. Seriously I've had better lean cuisines. I ordered stir fry. Sauce was extremely sweet- so much that after three bites I didn't want the rest. Buffalo fingers were gross and came wo celery. Husband (big eater) didn't like his cedar plank chicken. Bad experience from the start! Placed our order with no issues. When our meal arrived both of our meals baked potato was not done, still hard. Steaks had to much seasoning and one was half grizzle. Forgot one daughters salad. Took 15 minutes to get our baked potatoes replaced. Service seemed really slow. Not a good experience as most Applebee's are spot on. This is the 2nd time we have walked out because the service is so terrible. Walked in, waited 5 minutes for the hostess to come to the front, restaurant is empty. Got seated, 20 minutes later server walks by and says I'll be with you soon, 5 more minutes and then he walks by to take the order of the couple next to us who was waiting long before we were. Applebee's is always iffy in my opinion, and this new location is not any different. Our server was ok, but she wasn't as versed in the menu for questions as she should be. The music was far too loud to carry on a conversation, and we asked if they could turn it down, and was told they could, but did not. What I ordered was the 4 cheese Mac and Cheese, and while the chicken strips that came top were good, the Mac and Cheese itself was extremely bland and flavorless. It needed a lot of seasoning to get by. My husband ordered the Triple Bacon Burger. He enjoyed it however it did come out well when he asked for medium. That was my experience the last time I had a burger at Applebee's as well, in a different location. Please don't offer medium if you can't make it medium. read more

Waitress was great. Food not goid. Street borbon chix & shrimp dry, overcooked. I did ask waitress xra blue cheese dressing, she acknowledge I guess she forgot. I asked for extra bourbon sauce for potatoes, did nit make a difference. . Chip won ton appetizer was deliciously good and the best of all 3 things ordered of course salad is salad and it was decently fresh. My daughter did not eat her steak stir fry ordered. First, of all Applebees needs to put signage in this area because bushes hide signs and this is in the back area of stores. When we walked in, Larry the bartender advised us he would be with us shortly. When he came over to seat us and then said he'd be our server. Gave him our order with apps & he asked if we wanted them before our sandwich and I said "yes". Out comes the apps and sandwiches. We ended up taking apps to go, so we could eat a warm sandwich. Why ask when you don't listen. We're tired of service being poor. Bad service = bad tip. Applebees has good food but several locations have poor service. read more

went here for a date night with my boyfriend. we got seated very quickly and then after that it took about 10 minutes for us to even get drinks. it was not busy at all I saw our waitress talking to the bartender that whole time and had to flag her down so we could order food and drinks. I had an 8 ounce sirloin cooked medium well with french fries and onion rings and my boyfriend got chicken alfredo. when our food came out the food looked great. I got everything I asked for and so did he. I then cut into my steak to find out it's completely raw. I am pregnant and cannot eat raw meat and I explained that to our waitress after flagging her down from chitchatting with the bartender AGAIN. she told me I was in the wrong I said medium rare.. I did not and my boyfriend even heard me say medium well. I can see where she got confused. but still. anyways she takes it back to reheat the same steak.. that was their first mistake. she brings it back and it's cooked medium. at this point I was starving so I didn't care. but when she took my whole plate back including my french fries and onion rings which were very much still on the plate untouched when she took it back, I didn't get them back and was still charged. so I pretty much ate a tiny under cooked steak with none of my sides. my boyfriend plate was cold the chicken was dry it's was just an overall bad experience and I will not be coming back to this applebees. read more

This review represents my personal opinion. My wife and I once again attended an outing at Applebee's on Lagniappe. The only reason we did was because the nearby seafood place was packed. Despite my positive approach to another experience at this place, I was once again extremely disappointed. I got the lime chicken and it came with some kind of rice and in small quantity which was actually a good thing. The rice was very wet and just had a strange flavor. I was so hungry I ate it anyway. I had planned to go to Moe's or Chick Fil A however my 3 year old saw Applebee's and wanted to go. They didn't look too busy as they'd just opened so we went. The staff was very friendly and our server Meagan was so sweet. He didn't really eat much of his macaroni and cheese and French fries after filling up on milk. I decided to try something new and got the 4 cheese macaroni and the half of a sandwich they had on the menu. It all tasted good however after leaving I felt nauseous at our next 2 stops. My 3 year old had an upset stomach and upon returning home I vomited every last bit up. I still feel nauseous 4 hours later. The staff was great, the service was great, but after eating and getting sick from it I am scared to eat there again for fear of it happening again.... read more

I ordered take out of their 2 for $20 meal and an extra appetizer. My pick up time was supposed to be 8:26 at night on last Saturday. I got there on time, and sat until 9:30 waiting for someone to tell me they never put the order in. I just had knee surgery, so I could not go in and ask what was going on, and no one would answer the phone. When the person came out and told me I would have to wait until my meal was made, I agreed to do it because I had kids to feed at the hotel. They then came out with meals that had obviously been made an hour before that were cold. It tried to call to tell them I was angry and wanted my money back, but no one ever returned my call. Don't go to this restaurant. You may never get served. I like my local Applebees, but this one sStunk. read more

This has been my worst dining experience since I moved to Tally ten years ago! It all started the moment we walked in the door. My wife and I came in yesterday for lunch and there was no hostess. We waited for a moment and when we're approached by a waitress, we smiled and said hello and she simply looked away and walked right past us. Next, we were seated and we asked for our drinks. I informed the waitress I was not feeling well and that I would need a pitcher of water instead of a cup. She said ok, we ordered an appetizer and she left. The appetizer was brought to us by a person we weren't even convinced worked for the resturant (based on the way he was dressed). He asked if we needed anything and I again asked for water, he said ok and left. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my water, which was eventually delivered by our original waitress, not the guy who asked. Mind you, my wife and I were the only ones sitting outside and the place was mostly empty! Then there was the food. I ordered the brisket tacos (delicious) and my wife ordered the 8oz sirloin (medium rare) with broccoli and mashed potatoes. When the food was delivered, the waitress immediately told my wife to cut the steak "because she was fairly certain it wasn't cooked right". My wife cut it and it was EXTREMELY well done. My wife asked for the steak to be redone. The waitress said "absolutely and thank you for being so nice about it". At that time, I asked if I was supposed to get fries with my meal our waitress said, "Yes but I didn't want to bring your fries out since I knew her steak was probably going to be wrong." We never figured out what one had to do with the other. A few moments later, the waitress came back with my fries and another steak for my wife, which the waitress had my wife check and AGAIN it was well done. The waitress says "the guy in the kitchen doesn't know what he's doing, I'm going to go get steven." Prior to leaving, I asked for ketchup and she tells to a young lady who had come out to the patio and started eating to bring me the ketchup she was using! (maybe she worked there maybe she didnt) Low and behold, the guy dressed like he just crawled out of bed who never brought me my water was steven, THE RESTURANT MANAGER!!! My wife explains what the problem was and he's arguing with her that it's cooked correctly. My wife then cut the steak in another section and he says, "ok, I see what you mean, I'll cook this one myself." Maybe 5 minutes later, Steven comes out of the kitchen with another steak and says "I only cooked this one to 90 degrees, so there's no way it's over cooked." Well, he was right. It was so raw it was inedible. I plan to write their main office to have this matter addressed, as the people who worked this location were clearly not professional enough to assist us. read more
