I read the bad reviews but it was convenient. Sunday at 11:45 seated quickly, service fine, food was quick and not salty (read other reviews). I had American Burger and onion rings. They were fine; nothing special but not bad either. If I wanted to complain I would say a little overpriced. read more

Went to Applebee's on my 1 hr lunch break. Took 1 hr to get my order. Told server to make it to go because I had to get back to my office. Order was thrown into take out box and no carry out drinks were offered. Got to office and my order was completely wrong and tasted like pig slop. I frequented Applebee's weekly in the past and never had an issue but this one bad experience makes me swear not to go back. Did not leave server a tip and at first felt bad-but after seeing the slop I was served he doesn't deserve a tip. read more

Friend and I went last night having to leave in 1 1/2 hours later to make it to a show. Seems like plenty of time to grab a meal. Not here. We were seated 15 minutes before the waitress came for our drink order. Glad I ordered appetizer at same time ( server didn't ask if we wanted one). When we got our drinks she took our order. It took over 45 minutes to get our meal. After watching people that ordered after us (same server) get their food. By the time we got our food we had 15 minutes to eat. My medium sirloin came out rare. I've been here several times before and never had server problems but last night was bad and they weren't busy at all. read more

Les ordered the fish and chips w/ slaw and a Caesar salad; I ordered the cowboy burger (86 bbq, Med, sub rings) after 30 minutes I asked the waitress for Les's salad and got an "oh yeah" Salad was brought to the table and was fairly tasty. Another 15 minutes go by and I'm thinking "this doesn't look good it's taking way too long and they are not busy" we finally receive our meal. Les's looks good. Golden brown fish and hot fries. He picked it up and tore the piece in half...raw. yes he received raw fish after waiting an hour. So he sent it back. Now mine. I picked up an onion ring, it was warmish. "No biggie, I'm starving" then I started to put my burger together (L/O/T/P on the side) and come to find out the burger is cold. The cheese isn't even melted on the (way overdone and charred) patty. So I send my burger back. After 20-30 minutes we finally receive eatable food. Burger was still way over done and never got my onion rings, and my fries were still cold. Les's fish was cooked through and HIS fries were hot though. Had to flag down the waitress to get a refill of water because she never stopped by or looked at the table to see the empty water glass sitting on the edge of the table. As she placed the new glass of water on the table I asked for the ticket (so hopefully we aren't stranded at Applebee's all day) get the ticket. 49 bucks. Not only did she double charge us but she never even looked to see if anything was comped or adjusted. She just printed the check and dropped it at the table. We get somebody in management's attention and ask about the check, he said it was wrong and would reprint it. When he brought our now 25.72 check we paid cash and got the heck outta there.(and yes, we did pay. for the whole check. not ONE PENNY was taken off.) This is the second time we went to AppleBee's and were disappointed. I'm guessing there WON'T be a third. Heck the only reason we gave them another try was I had heard that there was new management and I wanted to give him a try. ~side note the previous time we went, i asked the waitress what the soup of the day was. and her reply.." This "business" certainly has demonstrated both inefficiency and poor customer service in the past, but tonight (12/03/16) management reached their zenith in providing a horrible experience. I am still not certain how both the general manager and the shift manager neglected to realize they had zero employees attending to the Carside-to-go service, but when asked about how an online takeaway order devolved into waiting in my car for 15 minutes, then waiting for someone to answer the phone another 5 minutes, and ultimately being asked to retrieve my order from the bar, all I was offered was, "We just called in someone and they should be here soon". While I had not expected to receive an apology straight out of the gate, it would have helped your case, sir. Mistakes happen, and no one is perfect, but come on... It has been raining for a solid 24 hours and it is a Saturday night at 6:30 in the evening. How was I the first patron to point out you had a huge gap in staffing? Thanks for the offer of a free lunch, but a stale sandwich and another waste of my time is not on my short list of next thrilling life experiences. I am not sure if the regional manager is aware of your dismal customer service, but perhaps they are part of the problem. Either way, your mediocre, dated version of American cuisine is not worth enduring your utterly laughable "management" of staff and resources. I absolutely hope you all are able to collectively fix this and other profound inefficiencies found at this business as I would hate to see that already ugly building sit vacant waiting for the next crew to attempt to provide food and service to this community. read more

After an hour searching for a place to eat, we arrived at Applebee's. I was skeptical as chains like this tend to carry a reputation for less than stellar food. I haven't been to an Applebee's in years. I was pleasantly surprised to find the menu had a number of healthy options and the service was excellent. read more

Waited 10 minutes just for the host to show up. When we were finally seated the table was dirty and garbage was on the floor. One order came out with the side missing. Another came out without vegetables for the burger. A refill of water took almost 10 minutes. When we did get all our food it was tasty. I come here almost every week and never have a problem, but this time was pretty bad. read more

went in for lunch with co-worker - sound was turned up to highest volume in our section - asked waitress to turn down - was told technician was working on it - left - ran into tech in parking lot - said it was not him - but manager said to turn volume up all way in our section ?????- place has gotten rough at night - crowd more than loud and unruly - never again read more
