Huge bonus: happy hour every night from 9 PM to close with half-price appetizers (yes, please). The limited time Bourbon Street menu is definitely the move right now - highly recommend the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and the chicken andouille sausage over penne. Went there on 2/4/26 and I ordered a Burger with swiss & mushrooms. My gf had the chicken marcella. Plus we had the appetizer bundle. She said the Chicken was fine and so was the appetizers. But the meat in my Burger lacked taste. The toppings were very good, and I ate most of it. Paid the bill and left a tip. That evening I felt a bit sick and when i got up the next morning I had a horrible stomach ache. No doubt the burger caused this. I was fine about 4 hours later the next day. Applebee's has been my go to take out spot lately whenever I work late and don't feel like cooking. Since I do work white a ways outta town I normally just order while I'm in their parking lot. My orders are ready anywhere between 15-20mins. I either do the car-side to go or pick up inside. Both are always smooth for me. My go tos are always the french onion soup and spinach dip. Their spinach dip always has the perfect amount of cheese and bread always. The spinach dip is always good too. Love that they also include salsa. Their chips are so light, airy and the perfect amount of salt. This time I did also get their pretzel rods which were great. Perfect amount of saltiness. Not much of a fan of their cheese sauce but loved the honey mustard. read more

A millennial hating Applebee's might sound stereotypical, but in this case the stereotype exists for a reason. I had dinner here recently and it was just not good. I ordered salmon with vegetables, all of which were bad. The piece of salmon was dry, which was bad enough but was somehow made worse by the dish's Cajun seasoning. And both side dishes - broccoli and green beans - were soggy and mushy. On the plus side, if I ate bites of the vegetables along with bites of the fish, it got easier to eat both. I had also ordered a whiskey sour, and while the restaurant charges full price for that drink they did not pour a good amount of alcohol into it at all. It was very weak and as disappointing as the main course. My table also shared a spinach/artichoke dip with chips, which I've noted to avoid in the future as the dip was runny. The chips tasted stale, too. While my dining companions seemed satisfied with their dinner, I admittedly was not. Perhaps ordering other things will lead to a better review in the future? They have an owl outside this place that sounds like a bird is literally dying. Not a live owl a plastic one that's on the roof. Weirdest thing. Anyways came here for dinner with my family. We had about a 20 minute wait before we were seated. It was pretty busy for a week day. Once we were seated we all started out with drinks. I ordered the perfect margarita but to me it was a little too sour. For my entree I ordered the bourbon street steak without the onions and mushrooms. I expected it to be a little more flavorful than it was with the name and all. My mashed potatoes were good, they had hunks of potatoes in them which I enjoy. I love me an applebee's but the one located on 1004 Trinity Cir can use a little more training in the professionalism aspect, they have some very rude waitresses who needs to learn and little respect...don't get me wrong they have some good workers but its said to see a couple bad apples spoiling the bunch. We stopped in tonight after shopping for Thanksgiving dinner supplies. Sat at the bar and greeted by the friendliest bartender, her name might be DeeDee, heard by others talking to her. Anyway, food was brought out promptly by another woman, super friendly. Food was so good, hot and just the way menu described it. My wife and I came here with Grandma when we were passing through Washington, PA. We had a good experience here, we came right at lunch time on a Saturday and we got seated right away. Applebees has half priced appetizers after 9pm on weekdays and after 10pm on the weekends. There is also a 2 appetizers for $10 deal going on right now too, however the appetizers per order aren't as big, for example if you get wings and a salad, instead of getting 10 wings, you'll get 5, plus the side salad. The food here was really good, we got wings, soup and salad. The tortilla soup was really good and so were the hot buffalo sauce wings. We really enjoyed the wings! The potato soup lacked potatos, and didn't have any onions or chives in it or anything like that, if was basically just cheese and potato, which was still good, but not the same as what it used to be. We had seriously not been to an Applebee's in many, many years but needed lunch and decided to give it a shot. We were so glad we did. They have an entire updated menu and the two of us both agreed we would have to come back because there were more things on it that we wanted to try in the future. Also, my husband loves a good strawberry lemonade! I had the new spinach and artichoke chicken cavatappi, it was delicious. There was also a huge bowl of it which could have been 2 meals, but I scarfed it down like I didn't know where my next meal was coming from. lol. Quickly stopped at this place for a bite with my mother. I have to say I loved the experience, from the dining to the service from the waiter. I got the "chicken wonton stir fry" and I have to recommend it, it honestly was such a delightful dish. My hubby & I have eaten at this Applebee's about 6 - 7 times & we'll definately return because we've been totally satisfied each time we've been there. My absolute favorite is the riblet platter, but I've also had the 8oz. sirloin steak & it was quite good also. I usually get fries & broccoli as my sides. (The fries are quite tasty !!) My hubby usually gets the 8oz. sirloin or the rack of ribs. He gets a salad & fries as his sides. We sometimes get the French Onion Soup (when we're really hungry) & it is absolutely fantastic !! The service has always been friendly & quick. I find the prices to be comparable to similar places. I'm a fan of Applebee's. But this is the worst one I have ever been too. Service was absolutely horrendous. I think we saw our waitress all of 3 times. And couldn't even get our check with out having to wave her down, the kiosk wasn't working. The manager was busy laughing and carrying on with the other girls in plain sight at the end of the bar instead of having the girls do their jobs. I had a $5 off coupon that wasn't honored. Our Hostess was very friendly, not the norm for hostess', they normally seat you, say a few words & tell you your waiter/waitress will be with you. Our waitress, Brittany, was Fantastic! Applebee's used to be a fan favorite. The previous few times we've eaten there (especially to go) has felt unwelcoming. The food has been consistently wrong. This review is stemming from my experience last night: I had been at work ALL DAY and had to work through my lunch break to handle business. I get home STARVING and we decide to order here - mistake. The chicken tenders were missing the fries. My pasta with "sauce on the side" had NO sauce. Even the dessert was terrible. Upon contacting the store we were told to stop back in and pick up the missing fries and sauce. Unacceptable. Not driving back across town when negligence on someone's part left me starving. Obviously I could not eat dry cooked pasta. I go to work every single day and do my duties 110% and after getting home while making sure every other member of the public was taken care of...someone saw to it that I should not be... No one takes pride in what they do anymore while those of us who still give a damn "have" to give our all. I feel I was beyond cheated last night and will be hard pressed to eat here anymore. This establishment is one of the worst I've been to. Tried to order one drink. The waitress stared at my PENNSYLVANIA drivers license like she was trying to understand binary code. My fiancé has an Ohio drivers license.. If our waitress couldn't figure out a license in her own state, how long do you think it took her to figure out the Ohio one. She took it from us and searched through a book to figure out if it was real.
