Didn't work same code he told me that he recommended that we replace the whole oven. Ask for a refund he told me it will take a few days for the refund. It only took 5 minutes to take the money out of my account. The oven is only 6 years old. what really got to me is that the tech didn't want to listen to anything I would suggest. I've been a mechanic for 50+ years and I know how to troubleshoot. I will not recommend this company. The best thing you can say about him is he came. But that's all!
