Eric helped us right away, and let me just say he is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. There was zero pressure, just honest answers and efficient service. It took us about 5 minutes to pick the fridge we wanted, and another 5 minutes in the office with Eric to go over delivery details. That was it, in and out in about 10 minutes total. Delivery was just as smooth. For reference, delivery was $50 and haul away of the old fridge was $35, which is incredibly convenient and reasonable. Our new fridge arrived the very next morning, and Steven, who handled the delivery, was amazing. He hauled away our old fridge, set up the new one, and even connected the water line for the ice and water. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress free. From start to finish, this experience was efficient, honest, and reliable, exactly what you want when dealing with an appliance emergency. This is officially the only place I'll shop for appliances moving forward. I highly recommend checking here before going to the big name retailers. & only if they don't have what you need would I even consider looking elsewhere. So convenient, so honest, and so reliable. Both the owner, Mr. Huy, and his staff assured me: "Don't worry. If you're not satisfied within 14 days, just bring it back and we'll give you a full 100% refund. After 14 days, you can contact the manufacturer directly. But this is a high-quality product, and it sells very fast, so you won't have any problems." Because of that assurance, I decided to make the purchase. However, after paying, I never received any confirmation email or shipping information, as I had been promised. After several days with no updates, I returned to the store on April 20 to ask about my order. They told me it was delayed due to the holiday and assured me they would follow up. On April 21, I finally received an email saying the mattress would be delivered on Friday, April 25. But that night, when I opened the package and used the mattress, I discovered it was defective - the heating function was malfunctioning, causing extreme heat on my back, which made it impossible to sleep. On April 29, I returned to the store to report the issue and request a refund. Instead of showing any concern or support, the manager, Jimmy, was dismissive and even aggressive, refusing to refund me simply because the product had been opened - despite it being clearly defective. When I asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Huy, again, he told me: "I'm no longer in charge - the manager decides now," and then refused to come downstairs to speak with me. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I'm sharing my experience not to cause conflict, but to warn other customers to be extremely careful when shopping at TELETRON, especially at 13818 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA. They made big promises before the sale, but once there's a problem, they ignore the customer and take no responsibility. I truly hope the store will reconsider how they treat customers in the future. Pacific Sales explained I would pay the $400 fee directly to the delivery company upon delivery. They accept credit cards. The transaction went through as expected. The one star is because West Coast Appliance just charged my credit card AGAIN for $400, a month later. There are really only two reasons for this. Either this was an intentional, dishonest action, in the hopes the customer wouldn't catch it. Or it was an unintentional, innocent mistake, because the company has inept people/processes where charging a customer twice - a month apart - is possible.
