We picked the Speed Queen TR7 because of the features - and selected the Howard's folks to do the delivery & installation. It was in stock and set up for the NEXT DAY. Really? Fantastic. The install team was there exactly when they said they'd be there. In fact they were early - and it was raining! They hustled the old unit out, waited while we cleaned up the dust bunnies, and then got the unit set up, tested, balanced and running in a flash. It was in a tight corner of my garage. I was also unsure if the duct needed cleaning, as I was seeing dust/lint all around the connection plate. Service- 100/10. The friendly staff working in the garden center are truly amazing. I typically interact with Anthony, Monica, and Pantelis.
