We came into this appliance store late on Friday night, right before closing, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The store was fully stocked, clean, and easy to shop. Eric helped us right away, and let me just say he is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. There was zero pressure, just honest answers and efficient service. It took us about 5 minutes to pick the fridge we wanted, and another 5 minutes in the office with Eric to go over delivery details. That was it, in and out in about 10 minutes total. Delivery was just as smooth. For reference, delivery was $50 and haul away of the old fridge was $35, which is incredibly convenient and reasonable. Our new fridge arrived the very next morning, and Steven, who handled the delivery, was amazing. He hauled away our old fridge, set up the new one, and even connected the water line for the ice and water. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress free. From start to finish, this experience was efficient, honest, and reliable, exactly what you want when dealing with an appliance emergency. I was looking into some new appliances at Lowe's and one of sales people told me about Western Appliance because they have new inventory from Lowe's that have small blemishes from shipping or manufacturers. The owner left a response so I have to explain my side. The manager told me the warranty information would be mailed to my home address (not my tenants/delivery address). I even have the email to prove that he said it was no problem. The dent was not disclosed in any of the photos and I even asked several times if there were any dents or issues with the fridge. The manager said it was in great condition and even admitted to not noticing the dent when he went to see the fridge. I have emails and chats to prove everything. It is also a lie as they never followed up with me. Not even once. I have no emails or calls from them. I have, however, called them 5+ times with no ETA on when the replacement drawer will be delivered. The manager never even resolved the warranty issue. Been about a week so here is my story. Our washer broke and I was in need of clean socks and drawers. Was looking to purchase from the big box stores but decided to check out local used appliance vendors. Although Western Appliance DOES NOT sell used appliances I called and then stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. Brian was a true professional and showed me exactly what I was looking for. No pressuring. No upselling. Just showed me what I was looking for. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes. It was really a very easy and smooth transaction. The washer is great. Has been running daily for the last week with no issue other than the drum hits the front of the washer. I just need to push the dent out and this thing will be perfect. My wife even noticed it cleans much better than our last one. They do include a 1 year warranty and their prices are very fair.
