I had my LG top load washer repaired by Khay on 1/20/26 he replaced my rotator motor. He explained to me that I need to wash in smaller loads to keep this from happening again. I guess the water came from the repair and he did not clean it up, so I thought my washer was leaking. It is not. I just ran another load in my repaired washer machine and now it is not leaking. I will keep an eye out. I got 90 days. So fair I will recommend this company for your repairs. I will update if anything happens. So far I am pleased. read more

CAUTION!!! 1st visit never opened the dryer to determine source of noise. Guessed it was drum rollers on a 2 year old dryer.(WRONG). Required to pay up front for parts. 2nd visit opened dryer determined was the motor.. Had to order motor again required to pay up front. Poor technical trouble shooting. I could have bought a new dryer for couple hundred more than I spent on repairs. read more

Hired this company to repair my refrigerator. Paid half up front, and they were suppose to come back within a few days to do the repairs. I called after I had not heard from them in awhile , and they said they didn't have the right part. When they finally came back, they still didn't have the right part. They just used the old part and tried to put it back together. The fridge was broken again within two months. read more

This place is a Complete SCAM. I made the mistake of paying partly in cash $160 and my washer is not fixed. They claim they bought parts, they did not!! . Please don't give them your money. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Came out last Monday to repair my refrigerator. Said they needed to order a part. Supposed to come fix it last Saturday. They sent an email canceling that appointment and rescheduled for yesterday. They were a no show. No texts or emails to let me know they weren't coming. Tried calling the 3 phone numbers they had listed on their website and included in their emails. All 3 are non functioning.....would immediately disconnect. They sent another email saying they were coming today. Tried to respond to that email to cancel the appointment and it won't let you do that either. Had to pay them $273 up front for service call and to order the part. Went on their chat line and finally had someone call me. Told them to cancel my appointment....so they'll probably show up today. ‍ Guess they'll sell the part, I paid for, to some other sucker. read more

Trust the bad reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring them. The initial repair was significantly more than the quoted price. The next day, we ran a load of laundry on the repaired washer. My six-year-old alerted us that the light fixtures on the first floor were leaking. I ran upstairs and discovered the drain hose had never been reconnected. The entire laundry load spilled across the second floor, causing significant water damage. I emailed the company immediately to start a paper trail but received no response. When I called, I explained the negligence and damage and was told it would cost $99 just to diagnose the problem that they caused. I was so upset that my wife called on my behalf to explain the severity of the damage caused by their technician's negligence. They responded by hanging up on her. While I noted that everyone we spoke to barely spoke English, making communication difficult, their refusal to take responsibility for the resulting water damage is unacceptable. I am currently considering hiring a lawyer to address this matter. read more

Appliance Doctor Pro is dishonest and operates like a scam. Do not use them. They came to my home to fix a broken ice maker and told me they needed to order a part. They asked me to prepay and said they would return in 3 days to install it. That was over two months ago, and they've never returned. I've called multiple times, and every time they give the same excuse: "The part will arrive in 3 days." It never does. They've taken my money, failed to complete the repair, and have not issued a refund. Avoid Appliance Doctor Pro at all costs. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. read more

Victor the manager is a great person I had the opportunity to talk to him and wao he is the men to his words, I trusted him right away. I have an issue with my dryer so Khay came out on March 30th, I was charged $275 for what was fixed. The dryer worked again until about 4 days ago which was April 7th. I reached out to the company and asked if they offered a warranty he advised that the control panel needed to be replaced (not sure why that wasn't done the first time if that was the issue) and that I would only be charged for the part and someone would be out the next morning and he would call me back with the price then hung up without me responding. They didn't show up so I called at the end of the day and he said he made an appointment that would be 6 days from then which wouldn't work since we already gave laundry piling having little kids. He said he would call the technician and see if he could break away from what he was doing then hung up again without me responding, I never received a call back. I made an appointment myself on the website that night for the next afternoon between 1-4pm and received a text at 1:24 saying the technician was 19 minutes away. At the 2 hour and 15 minute mark after receiving the text I called and asked if they were still coming, he said he would call and see where the technician was. I asked if he would actually call me back since this would now be the third call with no call back, he said he would make sure to call yet I have not received a call back. I'm now incredibly frustrated and wish I would have went with another company to begin with. read more

The Tech still has not fixed my washer machine, they stole money from me and are refusing to give it back after they said they would give me a refund. None of the employees speak any bit of English. Technician came to fix refrigerator and use hairdryer to defrost accumulating ice. After a week issue came back. Technician said he will order parts to fix it. I made 10 calls since then , only 3 were answered but didn't give me an update on the parts ordered. They tried to avoid my calls but when I use my husband phone they will answer. Answering service even promised that my issue will be relayed to the management. It's been 2 weeks and nobody reached out to me to give me any updates on how the problem will be resolved. This is a bad business. They don't care about their customers if issue arise after their service. Save your time and money and find a reputable company that will stand on their service . read more

I used this company for a washer repair. They came out, checked out the machine and told me they could fix it with a new part. They said I needed to pay for 1/2 the part up front. I argued with them about this, as i wasn't comfortable prepaying for work. They said they had customers that had them order parts, then didn't use them, so, I reluctantly paid for 1/2 the part up front. I waited a week for the part, then called them. They dodged me for a while, then eventually told me they couldn't get the part and couldn't fix the washing machine. They said they would refund the money that I paid up front for the part. They never did. They stopped taking my calls. I did a charge back with my credit card company and eventually got my money back. So, for me, this company wasn't honest. read more

Last month I had an issue with my fridge that wouldn't get cold or make ice. I called Appliance Doctor Pro and they sent Khai. He and another "in training tech" troubleshooted it and ruled out many things: the compressor, the motor, the fan, the condenser, the coil etc. After he checked "everything" and said they were not the issue he ruled them out he said it's probably low on freon or a leak in the hose but that he couldn't test it now because he didn't have freon with him and had to come back. However just to check if it's the freon or leak it's an additional $400+ but I had to pay the service charge just for showing up. So, I did. In the process of moving the fridge he removed/detached my wood floor transition and said when he came back, he'd bring something to fix it, ok I said. He came back, did some work and got the fridge to start cooling and he glued the transition. A couple days later the freezer still wouldn't make ice and the transition came off. I called them and that's when things went downhill. I left a message, no returned call. I called again multiple times. I spoke to Victor, the female receptionist, Joseph etc. The receptionist was pleasant and said someone will call me back, but they didn't. I called again, complained and they set up an appointment for the next day. Then about the time window given someone called me, Joseph I think to say no one is coming for your appointment because your problem is the condenser. Wait, What? that same condenser that your tech Khay troubleshooted and said was not the problem? I was on my way to an appointment and told him I couldn't talk more and to call me later. He never did. So, I called back "multiple" times, and the rep said the same thing: I'll have someone call you back, but no one has called me back. Meanwhile my fridge is making this weird sound when it's running as if something is stuck in there, then after a while it makes another big sound as if someone dropped something in there. I don't know if they left something in there when he took the fridge apart to get to the motor or checking on the freon or didn't close something right or what to think but the fridge wasn't making those sounds before nor when they came both times to work on it and the transition is still not fixed. This is poor service, poor customer service with the office personnel and poor follow-up. I read the reviews before I chose them thinking I'd get good service but that is far from what I got. So, I'm turning to this platform to share my experience and possibly get this fixed. read more
