After a 15-minute inspection, he ordered the necessary part and said he'd be back in two days. He returned as promised (after a text) and we were back and running before THREE DAYS BEFORE the Big Name local appliance store would have even shown up for the initial inspection. Service guy was pleasant. Quick. I loved the text communication. Price was less than I expected.

We are waiting for him to get here and our time window ended at 4:00PM and he said he would be here by 5:00 PM. We have been sitting here all afternoon waiting as the original time window began at 1:00 PM.
