He showed me the models my wife had been interested in and explained all their capabilities and features. When my wife arrived, he answered all of our questions and let us know what discounts were available. We decided on the model we wanted, and Skylar ran us through the credit process and rang us up. STAY AWAY! They are the worst of the worst in customer service. Long delivery delays, they DO NOT COMMUNICATE accurate information. They lie to get your business, try to upsell extended warranties. But when delivery doesn't show up, no one takes accountability! Also even if you pay for haul away and install, the delivery guys do not do that saying that's not what the head off said. You have to escalate to store manager who is a complete jerk and gaslights you. Then he escalates to his Division manager who is equally worse. Does not pick up your phone or answer messages. Whirlpool Washing Machine Model WTW4957PW0: I have bought several appliances in the past without issue including a dishwasher, refrigerator and even a bed! On Saturday, a Whirlpool washer was delivered. On Monday, after attempting to start a load of laundry I noticed the water level was not sufficient; even while set for 'deep water'. I called the store and spoke with Melissa who is the store manager. She said I would receive a call to address the issue and to let her know if it couldn't be fixed; it would be replaced. The service people called twice. Each time; they advised it was a probably a water pressure issue. I advised that the last washer did not have this problem and the washer was installed by Appliance Factory. The representative advised that if it was a water pressure issue; I would be charged $120 for a service fee; let alone parts and labor. I called the store and spoke to a man. He advised the only way to get it repaired without cost would be to go through the manufacturer, Whirlpool. Be aware that even if an appliance is delivered less than 3 days prior to an issue arising; you may have to deal directly with the manufacturer for resolution instead of Appliance Factory. I admit to being naive after having had no prior issues and having developed a trust in Appliance Factory. I will not purchase any future appliances from Appliance Factory. ============ 10/7/25, Tuesday: I called Whirlpool. The representative was kind, but unfamiliar with the washer and was reading from a script. I described the problem and was told that I may have to take 'bulky' items to the laundromat. The representative offered for a service technician to come out, but was advised that if the washer was found to be functioning normally; I would be charged a fee. I might not understand how to fully operate this washer or how it works. I do understand that the service I received was always offered with the 'risk' of being charged a fee by both the Appliance Factory and Whirlpool. ============ 10/7/25, Tuesday: Today's Wash. Low water level again. ============ 10/8/25, Wednesday: Phone call from their representative. After my refrigerator went out unexpectedly, I began my search for a new refrigerator! I needed one fast. A friend recommended this store to me. Thinking that the only location was in Tri-County, I checked out their store locations on yelp and had no idea I was super close to a location in Mason. Thanks to the yelp app, I was quickly able to find a phone number and give them a call. Since I was in the area, I decided to swing by and check out all of their stock. I had to be really specific with my refrigerator, as the measurements did not allow for much wiggle room. I also needed the color black. Unfortunately, this store did not have what I needed, but a sales person was able to look up various stock to let me know if they had other options that were not located in their store. They do have a large selection of scratch and dent appliances. If you are looking for something specific, I would definitely go check their appliances out. You may be lucky to find an appliance that has a scratch or dent in an area that would not be seen or possibly would be covered by cabinets. Unfortunately, most of the appliances were still pretty expensive and had some pretty major scratches and dents. In this case, I was not able to find some thing that helped me out, but it definitely is another option to pursue for future appliances appliances. read more

Update on the washer. KitchenAid came out to look at our brand new washer. He said there is so much wrong he has to rebuild the entire washer. Unfortunately it is not their policy to replace they only fix. Do I am waiting for over a month for them to get all the parts needed to completely rebuild my washer. We called again to tell them how damaged our washer is. They thought it was great that we are getting a completely rebuilt washer. They won't even give us a scratch and dent price. Well 2 months later I still have a refurbished dishwasher and a ton of frustration. They have managed to dodge our calls this entire time. I would go in person but I'll probably yell at them and get put on tiktok as a Karen. My only recourse is the BBB because con artists know how all this works. read more

Update: Dishwasher installed on New Years Day caused a lot of damage... this is what my kitchen looks like today because manager would not uninstall damaged dishwasher...you can see water damage in the photo. If dishwasher had been uninstalled when we asked them to only hours after initial instillation, this would not have happened! We bought a used washer and it stopped working. We went in and ordered a replacement that was new. It took 7 months to get. The day of the delivery we had a time span of the delivery from 11:30 am - 2:30pm. At 2:45pm we called for a second time asking where our delivery was as we were now late for an engagement. They couldn't tell us where the delivery truck was or a time frame. They finally showed up at 3:30pm, an hour late from the latest time frame! They are great when selling you the products however when it comes to delivery and removal, that you have to pay extra for, they don't do as promised. I paid extra for delivery and removal of the old refrigerator which I didn't mind doing it was $100, fine I gladly paid it. Fast forward to day of delivery. This guy drops off the fridge doesn't even plug it in, fine I will take that because I didn't pay for set up but refused to take the old appliance that I paid to have done. He stated he only delivers and doesn't remove. I will never purchase another appliance from these people and I am in the middle of a full kitchen remodel. We ordered a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a trim kit early July and had a delivery set up for early September. September came and we never got a call saying they were not coming (I took off work). Called them and they said they did not have the refrigerator or freezer so we asked for them to deliver what they had. Scheduled new delivery for that delivery which is another time off work. Then set up delivery for refrigerator and freezer for November. November came and no call just like the first time:( so we called and they said they only had the trim kit and the refrigerator and freezer would be December so we asked to pick up the trim kit. The boxes was damaged but they said it was ok and when we opened it to our surprise it was damaged (another wasted trip and our time) best part is when we said they have had our money for almost 5 months now they told us the salesman doesn't get paid until delivered. I'm pretty sure I could have made some money off my money even in 5 months. So December delivery came and no call so another day waiting. So I took it upon myself to call Whirlpool to see availability and then checked online and wow to my surprise Best Buy has the refrigerator and said the freezer would probably be 3 weeks. So I called appliance factory (hhgregg) and they said they got it in but it was damaged. Wow they called to tell us or cancel the delivery. Did they ever think we would use it damaged until a good one came in. We have been working with a mini refrigerator for 2 months now and we are now waiting on a call from them to tell us when we can expect a delivery. I guess I should just call them because there phone only work one way. read more

I was very impressed with the salesman's (Steve) knowledge of the appliance I was looking for and his suggestions to help remedy the situation in which I found myself. The factory had some difficulties but Steve handled everything, keeping me up to date on delivery. The delivery and install went smoothly.
