We are a family with pets, children, and lots of allergies. We needed a vacuum that helped with these things as well as the ability to pick up cat litter. I had a cordless Dyson animal vacuum and it gradually lost power. I called Carl and told him what I wanted and that it was important for me to purchase local so that I could get it repaired and maintained. My sister has the same vacuum and loves hers. My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money.
