This review is definitely a few years overdue, but I wanted to finally take the time to leave one. Jose came out to repair my refrigerator and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. What really stood out to me was that he also noticed an issue with the ice maker and took the time to fix it, even though I hadn't originally expected or asked him to take care of it. He really went the extra mile, and I appreciated the effort and attention to detail. The refrigerator has been working great ever since. With a previous repair done by another technician, the fix only lasted a few months to maybe a year before the problem came back. This repair, however, has continued to hold up for several years and is still working great today. That really says a lot about the quality of Jose's work. Jose is a community treasure! My Dryer stopped turning and because it was old I thought I would have to buy a new one. Jose came and replaced a part, cleaned-out the inside of the Dryer and the Dryer Vent and left my Dryer feeling like it was new! The price was so reasonable and the repair was done quickly. Then I had Jose replace the Burnt Touchpad on a Kitchen Stove that was almost 12 years old. Because the Oven was so old he had to find the part and come back. He gave me a diagnosis and was very upfront and honest about the part needed and also informed that the part could be purchased at Amazon by a fraction of the cost but that the quality want the same as whirlpool. My laundry washer was leaking hot water, and I suspected that the valve thread was stripped. I gave Jose a call and he had an opening same day. He's very friendly and knowledgable, as well as honest. He let me know that the valve definitely was stripped and gave me my options. We opted to try the cheaper option to see if he could fix it without buying a whole new part, and he did! He also let me know of some issues with the agitator and fixed those, but did warn me that it's a temporary fix and I might have to get a new part in a year or two.
