This results in the refrigerator sounding like a lawn mower and I can't hear the TV in the next room. Mays Monroe has sent multiple repairmen to fix. Mike Monroe wants me to get a new one from Bosch. Bosch collects lots of receipts, etc, but nothing to their satisfaction and has placed me in an infinite loop of avoidance. Mike Monroe made the offer to let me buy a new refrigerator at his cost but that was still more than $3K, in fairness a few hundred less than I paid 3 years ago.

I went by yesterday to pick up my item and the trade-in system was down (I suppose?) because they couldn't process my Ps5 purchase without the attached Ps4. The store associate, a young girl (I forgot her name so sorry) was very apologetic and helped me make a plan to retrieve my item later in the week. Good service from her, but in all honesty the structure of the team there seems to fail her more than the other way around. I went today and no issues at all.
