CAN'T WORK ON LG FRIDGES!! I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to check my LG Fridge, it just totally stopped working without any warning. Told this to the lady on the phone and they sent someone out. The "repair guy" comes out and looks at it, runs a test and is like yea it's the compressor and HE doesn't replace them. Acts like he doesn't know how. Says he will have someone call me back about scheduling someone else to come out. So, 2 days later I don't receive a call, but a random text about rating my service. I'm like what service?? I call them back to see what happened to my follow up call. And this new lady answers the phone and proceeds to tell me they don't fix compressors for LG!!! Like what?? Gave me a sad story about how its been hard to find a good repair guy for this kind of stuff. She lacked the ability to explain why it was so hard to fix these fridges. Even though she said she had been in the business for over 10 years. Didn't explain to me why the repair guy said they could. She said she would have someone else call me to explain things better, which never happened!! She had an attitude and was just horrible! Not professional at all. I'm out $80 for a service call for someone to tell me my refrigerator is not running, like a bad 90's joke. Just like this company --A TOTAL JOKE of an operation!! I was referred to this business by American Home Shield. Which also sucks. A supposed professional came out and looked at my Samsung dryer which was smelling like burnt rubber. I assumed belt was going. A so call pro came out and was insisting on coming out knowing I had to catch a flight in 2 hours. He meandered around taking pictures and finally disassembled part of it. Moved a few things around, put back together (yes it sounded normal) and left giving me his personal number for when I returned.... Fast forward. I returned did my first load of laundry. Boom. Now I not only have a smell but I have a rattle. Call the so called pro..... I'm sorry we do not cover rattles. Call appliance network "oh no sorry that's not covered" I said he was just here and it's WORSE...... Fast forward. Again (nightmare) I pulled it apart myself and found numerous screws either missing or laying in the bottom of the machine. The problem was the motor fan tension spring that made it rattle. The result I fixed myself for 347 and change I have since cancelled AHS and highly suggest you do NOT use this company. read more

Appliance Network were assigned by American Home Shield as the contractor. I called, provided video of the dryer, provided every detail and they said they would review with their tech. When I didn't hear anything, I called back to follow-up. "The techs will be out Tues." When no one showed and no calls on Tues, I called back... "this service request has been canceled. It would take two techs and we don't have labor." They didn't even bother to call or email be to let me know. No calls, texts, or even bothered to email me back... just straight up cancelled and moved on with life. Don't ever use this company. read more

Appliance Network lacks professionalism and skilled tradespeople. It's that simple. Like others have said, the company is associated with a Home Warranty for the property I'm currently renting. I hope the owner of this property is made aware of how awful Appliance Network is and the damage they've caused to this home. I've been without a functioning dishwasher since August 2, the same day the tech came to fix it. A drain pump required replacement. Seems simple enough but apparently not. While working in my home office, I overheard the tech on the phone. He said, "Oh shit, I didn't know I wasn't supposed to splice that wire." Not a great start. When the repair was "done," he left the home a mess. He failed to close the circuit breaker box, and left water and debris all over the kitchen floor. He sped so fast out of here that I only noticed this afterward. I ran the dishwasher that evening and instead of it working properly, it flooded the basement. Water was pouring out of the basement ceiling! I stopped the dishwasher cycle and ended up filling a 5-gallon bucket about halfway with ceiling water. I had to mop the bamboo floor and set up a fan to dry it out. Oh, and I had to hand-wash a full load of dishes after the fact. Imagine what a frustrating experience that was. Days-old dried food particles and the like... Only today did I receive a call to schedule a repair. Yes, that's one day short of THREE WEEKS. I was told by my property management company that Appliance Network didn't have my information, which was hard to believe because they had contacted me prior for the initial visit to diagnose the problem and the visit to "fix" the dishwasher. After sharing the backstory with the person from Appliance Network who called today, there was absolutely no empathy or apology or acknowledgment of the damage and inconvenience caused. Shocked? You bet. The "lead tech" is supposed to come this week to fix the problem. I asked that the person who "fixed" the dishwasher on August 2 not return because I was not confident with his skill level or troubleshooting ability. He also lacked a basic level of professionalism. We'll see what happens this week. I may have a functioning dishwasher but I'll still have a water damaged ceiling that needs to be addressed, which will hopefully be handled by my property management company in conjunction with Appliance Network. Steer clear of this appliance repair company. For me, they've caused more problems than solved. read more

TLDR: Terrible service, timeliness, communication, and professionalism. Missed appointments, rude, and would not take accountability. 1 Star gives this company more credit than they deserve. They were chosen by our home warranty company and failed to fix our dishwasher for over two months. They replaced multiple parts that did nothing for the issue. Their "senior" technician basically told us "eh IDK what's wrong with it." Before he left he also made sure to blame the last tech for the issue saying he thinks he broke a wire but he doesn't work there anymore. Like it's supposed to make up for it. They tried claiming that every time they attempted to do work it was a separate claim even though they weren't fixing anything. Continuously missed appointments, made excuses, and had terrible service. The people answering the phones just want to get off the phone and definitely don't want to help you. After not being able to fix this they mysteriously never got any requests from the home warranty company when we filed to get them back out. Home warranty was trying to get a diagnosis from them which in my opinion they were not providing purposefully for some reason. In the end I tried reaching out for resolution and was told it was my problem and to call the warranty company. When I didn't agree I was told they wouldn't be assisting us by the person on the phone. Not going to stay in business operating this way. read more

Completely agree with others - this company deserves a rating of ZERO. I've waited to post this review as I was very upset when everything happened and wanted to provide a fair review to help others. I am still very disappointed in the treatment received from this company and especially their front office manager Cindy. To keep things short (which severely minimizes all the terrible things that occurred) here's my personal experience: Month 1: As many others have reported, I was paired to this company through my Home Warranty (HW) program. The initial contact was quick, we had a technician indicate he needed to order parts, we paid them $100 cash per our agreement and was told I'd receive a call to schedule the repair in 1-2 weeks. Month 2: Several weeks passed with no contact or updates from the company so I reached out to both them and HW to check in. Cindy at Appliance Network was very rude each time we spoke, apparently irritated that a paying customer might have questions or need help. She repeatedly told me following-up on service was not her job and that I and the HW were wrong about what needed to be done. Month 3: We finally were able to get the parts and have the technicians come out the week before we closed on our home (mind you we submitted this claim and were told parts would be ordered 3 months ago!!) They spent an hour installing the new parts, and then told me it was fixed. I asked for a receipt showing the work was completed as I needed to provide it in our closing documents and they told me the office could send me one. So I called and requested the documentation of work, and guess what - Cindy told me that it. wasn't. her. job. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and mocked me on the phone. I asked to speak with her manager to which she told me she was the office manager and I didn't need to speak with anyone else. THE VERY NEXT DAY - I used my appliance for the first time only to discover it was not fixed. It continued to have exact issue the claim was submitted for. Truthfully, I was too exhausted at that point to even attempt to get help from Appliance Network - for a paid repair that was not corrected, over 3 months of absurdly awful service. I decided at that point - to avoid a closing delay on our home and delay our move cross country to our new home (contingent on selling) - that I needed to just give up and purchase a new machine. In the end, I ended up paying Appliance Network $100 to consistently waste my time and cause unnecessary stress to moving while they did absolutely nothing over 3 months so that I could pay out of pocket for a brand new appliance. I did alert my HW company (who I've always had excellent service with) to please stop business with Appliance Network as they bad mouth the HW group and provide awful service to customers, misrepresenting HW. Unfortunately, after checking other reviews and the BBB, I found this is not an abnormal experience. Check it out for yourself. For almost EVERY review left, there is a snarky response from the company blaming everything on the client. We needed to get our knobs replaced on our induction cooktop. We went through our home warranty and they chose this company to do the work. They just came yesterday, 10/12/22 to fix it. The order was put in on the 22nd of June. Every time we called, they had an excuse. Then we we called the home warranty company to let them know what was going on, they called Appliance network and "Chelsea" told them they had been trying to get ahold of us, because the parts were in. That was a lie, because we both are disabled and never go anywhere. So needless to say, we went without a stove for 3 months. Don't recommend this company AT ALL. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!! They had me pay them to come tell me what is wrong with my washer and how much it would be to repai. The tech came out and completely disregarded that I told him that when I put it on the setting for normal wash it would run then it would end up throwing a few different code. He uses the quick wash setting and it was fine so he said he did a "reset" and if it does it again then to call him back. I go to use it and what do you know the code comes on so I called him and he says he knows what it is just by me telling me what it's doing. He said it was the inlet pump and it would be $400 to repair it. I wake up this morning to my hallway being completely flooded!! He knew it had a very small leak and still told me I could use it and would have no issues until the part comes in bc I won't be using it and since I drained it is doing and 1 of the codes. So I call the company today and ask for another tech to come out and see what is wrong and to see what they were going to do about my carpet and they refuse to send someone to fix it and said it's my fault it flooded when her tech is the one that told me take the little cover off the bottom and use that little hose and to pull the cork out and drain it into a pot and when it stops it's fine so I did that while on the phone with him. Now I have thrown out the diagnostic fee and have to replace carpet and padding a they refuse to help with anything bc I was upset and trying to have a conversation and they hang up on you and blame you bc you are upset like them or anyone else would be!! I try to talk and they constantly interrupted me and said I was hostile even though I'm not interrupting them and call them ma'am and asking how or what they can do to help me! She said he knows what is wrong with it bc he has been doing this for 25 years even though He hasn't tested or checked anything and only saw 1 of the codes it shows somehow?!?! This is on LG and Appliance Network in Franklin IN. My refrigerator quit cooling, so decided to call a local appliance repair shop to find out if I should buy a new one or have this one repaired. I was ask for all the information (model #, serial #, date of purchase, Address and so on) at that point Appliance Network told me it was under warranty and it would cost me $99.00. I moved forward with appliance network, they sent a tech out to look at the refrigerator, he told me it was the compressor. So then I talked to appliance network office and they confirmed again that it was under warranty and it would be $99.00. I ask them to move forward and went two weeks using a cooler for a refrigerator. A different tech came out and installed the compressor, he gave me a bill for $748.97..... I immediately told the tech that something is not right, he called his office, they had some confusion, and proceeded to tell me that I had to get the money back from LG for the compressor. That was June 24th 2022, it is now Aug 22, 2022. I made phone calls this morning to LG and Appliance network, just to hear LG say that it was appliance network who should give me back $649.97 ($748.97 - $99.00 = $649.97), Appliance network is telling me that the $748.97 is for labor and materials that was not covered under warranty!!! Appliance network should have been straight up with me from the beginning and LG should make large expensive appliances last longer than 5 years, and what good is a warranty if it doesn't cover the whole thing? Similar to others, they were contracted by my home warranty company. They couldn't properly diagnose the issue with my dishwasher and ultimately had to come out multiple times. What I can only assume is an effort to guarantee payment from the warranty company, they indicated that the singular issue was multiple issues happening at different times and in turn I had to pay my deductible multiple times. I bought a used dryer from them on 5/25/2022- they delivered it on 5/27/2022. The dryer only runs 15 minutes and then shuts off and will not start back up for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I had just returned from business trip and have alot of laundry to do. I called them the next morning which was Saturday 5/28/2022, she said there is nothing we can do until 5/31 Tuesday because of the holiday. I said I want this dryer picked up and I want a refund because I have to go get one today so I can do laundry!!!!! She said you have a 90 day warranty and I said I don't care I want a refund and I want the dryer picked up if it is doing this on first day then it will be a problem all the time. She said I would have to call back on 5/31/2022 because the manager would be there, so I did and the manager said I have to speak to the owner of the company who happens to be on vacation until 6/6/2022. So I guess I will call the owner on Monday morning!!!!! I am so mad because if you are a appliance store and you are selling used appliances you should make sure all is working on them and they are service before delivery them to a person!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have directed my home warranty company to NEVER send this company to my home again. BThis company is very deceptive and unprofessional from the nasty person answering the phone to the technician who damaged my oven in the process of repairing and then denied the damage. I have called repeatedly to get the part for the oven that was damaged. They usually say they'll call back and NEVER call back. They finally- one month later- said they couldn't obtain the part to repair the damage that they caused because it was discontinued and then said the technician denied that he caused the damage when I was standing there watching when he broke the part. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We had 2 washers on 2 properties in need of service. We had no warranty on them because they were older than the warranty. The technician came out. His body language was not positive, we should have sent him away at this point, but I wanted the washer fixed. I told him the only issue with the washer at the first house was that it was not spinning. That should have been an easy fix to level it out or change the belt and charge me the cost of coming out and the 10 minutes labor it took to fix it. But no....this guy did everything BUT fix the defective spin. He put a new gear case in a washer that only needed a belt or a level. As I did the heavier loads after the repair, the washer was still not spinning, then it would not spin the light loads. My washer was still broken. He fixed nothing!!!!!!! The second washer was next door and included a computerized dash board on it. It would not begin the cycles unless you hit the button just right, and when it did, it did not spin, either. He pulled several coins from the machine and installed a new gear case and pump in this washer. So, I go to do laundry weeks later do to a rust issue in my home water system and I find.....you guessed it....no spin. That washer was not repaired or leveled either! This guy charged us $601.25 for nothing. Now, we have gone and purchased 2 brand new washers in order to get working machines into the properties. We feel ripped off. Please DO NOT USE THIS company. The lady at Appliance Parts and Cindy at this place must be related. Because talk about lack of Cust Serv, and incompetent people trying to do work they obviously know nothing about. I wish I would have cked the BBB before I had these unqualified people come to my house. Cindy, their so called mgr was one of the WORST people in business I have ever dealt with. She could use several yrs of Cust Serv training, esp if they want to stay in business. But then again, I doubt that would help her. But based on all these complaints, hopefully it won't be long. She hung up on us 3 times, told us to that we could go somewhere else, and was VERY unprofessional in all aspects of the word. We orig called & talked to Jeff, the owner, supposedly. We told him the prob with our Samsung frig, leaking water into the crisper drawer. Which we had already prev been adv that our prob was with the heating coil inside in the back panel. Seems it is a defect with this product. However, was told there was a fix for it. 8/21 He sent out Andrew, who said no that isn't the prob, it's a drain in the bottom, back of the frig. He clipped a rubber piece, took all of 10 min chrg $100. 8/26 35 days later - water in the crisper drawer again. So when we called, we got the reprehensible treatment listed above from the so called mgr. Andrew gave us his cell # & said call him if we needed him. We've called 3 times, left messages and no callback. 8/27 - we finally got past the attitude with Cindy and made an apt for 8/27 for 10:00 - 1:00. Said she was sending the owner, Jeff out. GUESS WHAT?! 1:15 he's not here, so I called & got the attitude again & that he would call before he was coming. At 3:00 I tried calling again from cell & home - no answer, no recording. What a way to run a business, or rather way to NOT run a business. I truly do NOT see how these people are even in business. I hope that people don't make the mistake that I've made. I ALWAYS ck with BBB to see if a co has had prev complaints, but did NOT this time. I so regret this, and this horrible experience with this co. They never answered their phone or showed up. What a surprise. I called Appliance Parts in hopes to help THEM from being assoc with this place & that maybe they wouldn't want to be referring people to them. If I could rate a zero I would because they don't even deserve the one star rating they got. This company was sent to me by my home warranty company for my refrigerator. I was not home when they arrived so my son was here. Technician explained to son he needed to order part for the refrigerator but it needed to be defrosted by either unplugging it or leaving door open so my son said just unplug it. Well, what ended up happening was technician didn't think to check the ice in the ice maker so it melted and ruined hardwood floor. I called Appliance Network and he said he just assumed my son would take care of it and he usually doesn't worry about the ice maker. Really? He tried to blame it on my son because he was the one who said to unplug it. Really? He gave him option to unplug it or leave door open so either way ice would have melted. He continued to blame on my son because he kept saying they don't usually mess with that. Pathetic. What a joke for a professional. To top it off, I called my warranty company over 1 week later and they said they haven't even called in the authorization for the part! I requested change of vendor so they will not be coming back to my home. They will hear from my attorney on the floor issue. read more

This company was sent to my home by Home Warranty of America. They showed up on time for the first appointment at the end of September. They wanted their $100 payment immediately which I gave to them. Then the runaround started. They needed a part and scheduled an appt to come back. I took off work and they didn't call or show. Then we rescheduled for the same week. I took off work again. Again, no call no show. Then I called home warranty again to tell them this company was not responding. Home Warranty of America called them and Appliance Network told them that they could not fix my dryer because of a "blockage". The "blockage" is a 3 inch riser that my washer/dryer fits in. This is the first I heard of it. The home warranty company sent another company out that fixed the real problem in the same visit. I missed two days of work, didn't have a dryer for a month, and I'm out $100. DO NOT hire this company. read more
