Beware not the best to buy from. i bought a beautiful washer and dryer set and it was just that beautiful. I bought the set August 4th the washer went out August 22. the washer was picked up august 23 here it is October 5 and i still have yet to get my washer back. they gave me a loner but it does not match and is not the same as what i already have. I have called over and over again i either get no answer or when they do answer i get the run around. I spent 3+ hours today looking for these folks. They have MULTIPLE stores throughout the Charlotte area (4+) and they advertise their appliances on Craigslist. BUT, try and contact them! Nobody answered the phones, at ANY one of their locations from 11AM-3PM today (Monday). I guess they don't want or care about selling any appliances! We searched all the big box stores, but found a new GE fridge here for $600 less. Jose & Alberto delivered our fridge the next day and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They even hooked up the water the day before delivery and had crushed ice right after install. I would have given them 6 stars, but 5 was the most Yelp offers. read more

Our upright freezer went out unexpectedly. We needed one fast. All of the new freezers were twice as much as what we purchased a few years ago (a small new inexpensive - which didn't last). We took a chance they may have an upright freezer in stock. We found one that was only 1.5 years old, twice the size of our old one and half the cost of brand new. They delivered and we were back in business. Very friendly staff - helped us select the one that would work for us and the location we were placing it. Asked several questions to make sure we had the optimal outlets, space, etc. Will definitely consider them first the next time we need another appliance. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst place to buy appliances. I migjt as well have went to goodwill or value village. I purchased washer in March 2018. It went out last month. I've had 4 techs come out on 4 different occasions. They don't know what their doing. Then I called again today the lady that answered was nice bit she knows the appliances are terrible. She then tells me I have to send a screenshotof proof of purchase to her cell so she can verify before sending a tech to my home. I don't understand why no one has a record of my purchase in the store. This place is a joke. Please do not buy from them. My washer and dryer stop working and I had to call this company in order to get someone to take a look at them.... The company charges 45.00 upfront for their repair guy to come out to your house but that charge goes toward any costs for repairs. I called yesterday and the representative got someone to come out today.....wow fast service. Paul the repair guy came out very professional and friendly. I would only buy the "new" items that they have. Ask questions, read the small print "no cash refunds". My personal experience wasn't the best. Whoa! Wait a minute. This place is a whole lot better than you guys are giving them credit for. I've bought washers dryers, and refrigerators here and couldn't be happier. I've bought at major appliance stores both new and floor models at discount. I've bought from individuals on craigslist. I've compared but never bought from major appliance store company outlets (In my opinion not as good a value at major company outlet stores). I've been around, so I know what to ask. If you ask you find out there is a warranty and there is an advantage if you pay for delivery. If you have a problem and you ask rather than complain to the public, you find that they are reasonable people that understand they are dealing in used products that sometimes go bad. I have had problems and been very pleased to find that they are willing to work something out. In my opinion they are hard working people who are just trying to make an honest living in the used and overstock market. At the Appliance Outlet I have always received a good price and good support and to me that equates to good value. I recommend you them. read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We had a washer for over 10 years and it started spilling out water even when the washer was off. We went into Appliance Outlet to buy a washer. We told the manager what was happening and he told we didn't even have to buy a new one we just needed to replace the water flow valve. Neither my husband or I knew anything about washers let alone the parts to one. The manager was so kind to tell us to face time him when we get home to the broken washer and he would show us via phone how to take apart our washing machine and take out the water flow valve. We were able to take it apart and he checked his store to see if he had the right kind but unfortunately he did not. He gave us a name of someone who would have the part. The manager was so knowledgeable and honest! I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else!! What amazing customer service!!! read more

Buyer beware, I bought two sets of appliances from this business. The first set had issue before six months and they came out to repair. Then less than a year there were additional issues. I considered that I had not paid very much and chalked it up to you get what you pay for. However, I made a decision to purchase another set in November. Well hear we go again the washing machine is not working and I had to go through hell in order to get them to come out. I had to bring in all this proof that I had purchased the machine from them. I finally got someone out today appointment was scheduled for 11:30 he arrived 12:30 didn't apologize for being late mind you I took time away from job to meet him. I was told that the machine would require a clutch and told I would have to pay for the part. When I claimed that I was not happy and told him that they do not sell good appliances, he told me that they would not be in business if that was the case. I am putting the word out to others not to become victims. I paid more money for the machine I have now so not only does the appliance not work customer service is also not good. read more

OK, so I basically jumped in with both feet (not reading reviews) for this company, but I'm glad that I didn't. I cannot understand why any of the previous reviewers put negative comments here. My story: After frustrating attempts to purchase a gently used appliance off of Craigslist all week, I finally made the 1-hour trek to the Appliance Outlet. I even called when we were still a half hour away, just so they would know we were coming and they were very kind and professional on the phone. Well, we did arrive, but within 5-7 minutes of closing time. We were shown the weekend specials that were advertised on Facebook and bought one right there, on the spot. The stove was tested right there for us before we loaded it up and we were shown basic operating procedures for it. The staff was friendly and courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We were given our receipt with warranty and returned home with our "new to us" stove that works perfectly. Next time I need an appliance, this is the first place I'm going to go! The person on the phone told me they didn't have any one to fix out of warranty units. Great job!! Nothing less than fantastic service! I purchased a washer and dryer from this store and paid for delivery and installation. When I arrived home, the washer and dryer had been dropped off without being installed! I immediately called the company to figure out what had happened, and they told me the delivery guys weren't sure how to install the washer hose so they gave up! They refused to return and install the appliances and refused to give me any more than a small partial refund on the installation fee. If I could give no stars I would. Went into store to buy two refrigerators, should have turned around the moment I smelled paint and saw someone spray painting the inside of a fridge, inside the store on a new item for sale. Against my better judgement and on a short time frame I purchased two used fridges and had them delivered. I was assured all used equipment would be checked out thoroughly before delivery. Upon delivery, a compressor has failed immediately while the other fridge has leaked water all over the floor. After I IMMEDIATELY contacted them I was told they would order a new seal and the other fridge's compressor would be addressed when they replaced the seal in a week. Its been a month now and not one word or follow-up. I highly recommend to AVOID these guys like the plague. They and their products should not be trusted. read more
