On delivery day, a crew of only two movers arrived and was unable to complete the in-home placement. The unit was left outside. This was a direct failure to fulfill what was explicitly stated in the contract. To avoid delaying our project, we had to coordinate seven people on short notice to move the refrigerator into the house ourselves, and minor damage occurred during the process. When I raised this issue, the response was equally disappointing. After an initial reply, the salesperson stopped responding entirely. When I called the store, I was told that in-home delivery was not their responsibility and that I needed to follow up with the salesperson--despite the contract clearly stating otherwise. In other words, they neither honored the agreed terms nor took responsibility afterward. Very disappointing experience, especially for a high-end purchase.

On 10/20/22 we returned home after being gone for several days to find our freezer out and every spoiled. I asked if we could get a replacement refrigerator, "No, we're a small business we could never accommodate that request."
