I had a service tech come out to lookk at my refridgerator which had totally stopped cooling. He was on time-sent me two texts giving updates on what time he would arrive, which I really appreciated. He check the fridge out and came to the conclusion that it would be much better to replace it than repair. He gave me complete details on what was wrong, what it would take to repair it and a cost, and even apologized that he couldn't take care of it that day. He said he could pump some freon into and it would run for a few days and then fail all over again. And that honesty is really why I'm giving him a very high review. There are many services that would have done exactly that-a quick fix, told me it was fine, collected some cash and be on their way. But none of that here. Awesome service. Our cooktop went out, and needed a new one installed. I contacted them on Yelp, and they got back to me instantly with a quote that was less than everyone else. They scheduled me 2 days out with a 8-12 window. The guy who came out, texted me when he was enroute to give me an estimate, and he was right on time! Installation was smooth, and he did a very clean job of installing the cooktop, and cleaning up after himself. He even brought a new gas hose line in case we needed one. Call these guys! I am a property manager and manage over 40 homes, I've had my fare share of appliance repair techs (most not great). These guys are so professional. I have a built in large kitchen aid fridge, two different techs told me widely varying issues. I called these guys (lucky me- they specialize in built in fridges). They quickly diagnosed, ordered parts within 24 hours, and fixed the issue. Also when I sent them my initial message, they went out the next day (Sunday)! Not only did they fix it, they came by to check on the fridge 24 hours later and want to come by in one week again to make triple sure it's working. Pricing was great. OUTSTANDING Appliance Services! It is truly a blessing to have a knowledgeable, caring, helpful and trust worthy appliance service company or simply an excellent appliance service company. I have one now and it is Appliance Service Expert company! They are truly Outstanding! The word expert in their name is so proper. A few weeks ago, our 25 years old GE dishwasher started to malfunction with blinking lights and beep after each cycle and also not to stop at the right time. Also, our 10 years old LG washing machine failed to spin and gave us LE error code. We tried to reset the machines, but no luck. I called American Home Shield (AHS) and Appliance Service Expert was assigned to us. From the beginning, I had a good feeling about this company based on their very good reviews on Yelp, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. Next day, Kate from their office called me and set an appointment for us on the next day with Tony. Kate was extremely nice, friendly, courteous and helpful and also sent me a reminder text about the appointment. It was a pleasure to talk to her. Next day, Tony showed up on time and thoroughly examined the washing machine and ran some tests and determined that it needed some parts. Also, he inspected the dishwasher and ran some tests and asked us to run a cycle later and take a short video of the blinking lights and beep on the panel at the end of the cycle and text it to him. The reason was that this machine is an old GE Profile and does not generate error codes like the newer LG machine and also it would take a relatively long time to run a cycle. Tony said that based on the blinking lights on the panel and beep he will be able to determine the cause and proceed with repair. Also, the lower dish rack was completely rusted and needed to be replaced. I have to mention that Tony was extremely nice, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. Later that day, we took a video and texted it to Tony. Within an hour, he texted us back and said that the dishwasher circuit board needed to be replaced. He will report his diagnosis and recommendations to AHS and following their approval, he will proceed. A few days later, I received a call from Kate that AHS had approved all the parts and repair and they have ordered the parts. The LG washing machine part will be available within a day or two but it would take longer to get the GE dishwasher circuit board since it is a very old design and would take some effort to locate the part. Kate told me that since both repairs are on one service call, they usually will return when all the parts are available, but she made an exception in this case since she recognized we really needed the washing machine to be fixed as soon as they can. This was so nice of her and we truly appreciated that. This is great customer service. Tony came to our house next day and replaced the failed part and ran some tests and it started to spin again. He also asked us to run a cycle with clothes later and text him how it worked. And it worked beautifully. A few days ago, Kate called me and told me that they received the GE dishwasher part and scheduled Tony for next day. We also got a reminder text of the appointment. Yesterday, Tony arrived on time and replaced the machine circuit board and ran some tests and asked us to run a full cycle with dishes later and text him how it worked. And it worked very nicely with ending on time without any blinking lights and beeping. Tony is truly an appliance service expert and more importantly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make his services excellent and very satisfactory! He is punctual, friendly, professional, clean, extremely knowledgeable, trust worthy, caring and helpful. I was very impressed with his work and manners! Kate in the office is a pleasure to talk to and work with. She is also extremely nice, friendly, caring, responsive, and helpful. She provides an excellent customer service by making calls with updates, scheduling appointments as soon as available and sending reminder texts. We had an excellent experience with Tony and Kate at Appliance Service Expert and are very happy with their work and customer service! Thank you very much Tony and Kate and we really appreciate all your help with fixing our appliances! They came opened up the top of the washing machine looked inside said it was the power control board. Said that a new one is 420.00, so paid him 59.00 for the service call and he left. The next day after researching a few YouTube videos I took the top off and looked inside and saw a broken wire so I disassembled the circuit board from the panel, and had a fellow coworker resplice and resolder the wire and put on shrink tubing and he ohmed it out and said it was good, so I took it home and plugged it back in reassembled it and low and behold it's working!!! If the technician would've at least said the wire was broken but I doubt he even looked at the wires at all. I believe that I'm owed a refund for the service call! read more

Technician was nice, gave us a quick diagnostic repair quote, arrived on time and gave us a 30 min heads up before arriving. The issue is that there would only be a 30 day warranty on the repair. I'd rather buy a new dishwasher with a full warranty than be out $200+ if my dishwasher had the same issue or something else failed. 30 days isn't sufficient or fair in my opinion. read more
