The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program.

Samsung washer wasn't draining. Same "warranty" repair I did less than 10 months ago. Going through Samsung Service they estimated cost to replace drain pump to be over $600 on washer costing $750! Fortunately Pacific (aka American) appliance came same day and less than 1/2 of Samsung quote. Did the repair and hopefully with extra steps to prevent pump from failing again. He provided two clear options (a repair with stop leak for 800 or a full unit replacement for 8000 dollars). The technician was incredibly thorough; he used a heat gun to carefully thaw the solid ice on the coils, fixed the drain pipe, added stop leak, and recharged the refrigerant. There was no coolant so it appeared to have a leak. I was told they "might" be able to repair it or get a new unit for $9k. Neither was affordable at the time, so I have been without central air since then. Thinking I needed a new unit, I contacted two companies for estimates. First company never asked the reason for a new unit but gave me three estimate options. Carl (owner of Mannino) came out to give me an estimate. He immediately looked at the unit and said it wasn't that old and I shouldn't need a new one. He did not have on hand what was need to test for a leak so that was scheduled for another day. David was scheduled to come out on a Friday. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Very thorough, friendly, and explained things as he went. What did we discover? There was no noticeable leak! David contacted Carl and they determined it was best to leave it through the weekend, return on Monday for another pressure test and see if there was a different result. David arrived Monday as scheduled. Everything appeared to still be holding. If there is a leak, it is SUPER slow. David added the necessary coolant, turned on the unit, tested the temp, let it run, and tested again. All seems to be working fine! They will come back in a few months to check how it's holding Do I recommend this company? 1000% They could have tried to sell me a new unit but instead they were honest and fair. They assigned it to Farzad Dehghan Manshadi from Caspian Mechanical Inc and he couldn't come out till the following week. After he looked at my HVAC on March 4th, Farzad said he would write up his report and be back in touch in a week. After I didn't hear anything on March 12th I reached out to my home warranty company for an update. They advised they needed a report from Caspian Mechanical and advised they would reach out to him. Again, I heard nothing so I reached out again on March 19th. They said they had been trying to reach Farzad, but had been unsuccessful via phone and email. I asked to escalate the matter and after still not hearing from Farzad, the repair request was reassigned to another contractor on March 20th.
