No show for a 9 am repair to a refrigerator. They called me at 9:15 to tell me they wouldn't make it for the 9 AM appointment. The previous day we had a conversation surrounding why 9 AM was the only time that would work given that the schedule is full. Since the refrigerator was not cooling, it was important to get it done sooner than later.
