The drum spins, but not with clothes or anything in it. The coupler or clutch is slipping. Anyone could turn it on and watch it turn without actually putting a load of laundry in it. The video does not diagnose or show a repair of the problem. More importantly - nobody from the company attempted to call or reply in the last 48 hrs....and my card was charged for parts that were not provided, installed, or left behind.
