Margie the store manager was very knowledgeable and experienced. Promised and delivered without exception. The delivery team was great "both times" All items delivered in factory boxes, if you notice a portion of the box damaged, they had no issues unboxing for all to inspect. Be prepared to wait a little bit when you place your order. Worked well for us because we were in remodeling mode. We recommend Novak and Parker and the Orland Park Store. * have not experienced their service department because there was no need to call them.

We packaged it up and drove it back to get a refund only for the toilet to drop while loading it onto the dolly at the store and shatter. The business STILL gave us a refund given the drop was not our fault. They truly went above and beyond. We will absolutely be purchasing from them again when we redo our four upstairs bathrooms if for no reason other than to recognize an ethical business.

The builder, Ken, comes out and TOTALLY nails it. This guy was amazing not only in his craftsmanship but also his thoughtfulness in customer service. This has got to be one of the best customer service experiences I've ever received. He went above and beyond expectation....So my wife and I recently had a mold issue due to a water leak in our bathroom so she's been extra vigilant in looking out for mold. Some of the 2x4's on the frame had these gray streaks on it and she was concerned - turns out it's nothing to worry about as it's just a natural effect of the wood (blue beetle pine). But Ken! He rebuilds the frame with unmarked wood anyway just so my wife would have not a single doubt. Incredible. He also cut out some of the baseboard he removed to give us a design idea we hadn't thought of which was to put it around the base of the fireplace. We initially were neutral to the idea but he cut them anyway and placed it so we could see what it looks like and we love it! We never would've done it this way if he hadn't suggested it. When I first reached out they immediately followed up with me and were able to get their tech over to my place the same day to assess the issues I was having with my with my NordicTrack treadmill. Communication and follow through were top notch throughout the repair process, and the tech, Justin, is a really knowledgeable, easy going, solid guy. Simply put, he's someone you'll immediately feel comfortable leaving unsupervised in your home. And importantly, when their initial repair attempt didn't solve the problem, they dug in to see what else might be happening and attempted another repair, but this time they said they wouldn't charge me for the parts or labor for it unless it worked. Unfortunately, it also didn't work, despite them putting a lot of time/effort into it, so the next option was to replace by my entire console, including the screen! Not a cheap option, but again, Huff-n-Puff stepped up got the cost down way lower than it normally would have been for that due to the extenuating circumstances. And so far so good with the new console installed. Yay! I believe you can often tell more about a vendor when things don't go quite according to plan than when they do. Huff-n-Puff treated me very fairly, went above and beyond, and didn't give up until my repair was closed out. I really felt like a valued customer and that they genuinely cared about having a successful outcome. Two thumbs up!
