A A Garage/Warehouse almost in the middle of nowhere, that sells washers, dryers, refrigerators,…read moreovens, etc. At 50- 60% off list price. A landlord's paradise. Mostly everything is in fairly good shape, if not excellent condition. The owner told us that they get rejects from Best Buy, Walmart and other big box stores. They carry A LOT of Samsung appliances, which have a bad reputation of breaking down. And they also have a lot of GE (General Electric) which is not one of my favorite manufacturers, although I hear they are making a come back. There are though some LG's, Whirlpools, Frigidaires among other manufactures, but they seem to either get snatched up quickly or perhaps just rarely come in. The facility is not climate controlled AT ALL, so who knows how reliable the stuff really is after sitting in below freezing temps in January or boiling in July. Will post an update after our first purchase.

The curly haired woman working the store--unsure if it's the owner--is rude and condescending doesn't want to tell you about other locations sales or online purchasing for the better sales. I watched multiple people walk out after seeing the "sale prices" and try and go to other stores. Naperville is supposedly CLOSED CLOSED per another gentleman checking out their store also. Not worth the drive unless you only want $200 off a high ticket price item. Even the worst off damaged appliances were still pushing $1800-$1500.

I had already made 3 prior calls to other technicians and Mark was the only one that gave me what it would cost to repair my dryer. Others wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee and then if I decided to go with them, they would reduce the diagnostic fee. But after I explained to Mark what my dryer was doing, he told me exactly what it could be and how much it would cost. Mark did not cover the area I live at, but he was willing to come by me and repair my dryer. Mark used to be a technician at Sears, so I felt very comfortable with him because I had purchased my Electrolux machines from Sears in 2010. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. It took time to take my dryer apart to get to where the ignitor was. He replaced it with a new one and assembled everything back the way it was. He even gave me a Veteran's discount, which I was very pleased. Mark's price was very reasonable, but most importantly, he did a great job and repaired my dryer on the spot. I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! I brought the mower in and the staff was extremely friendly. I met a bunch of people who appear to enjoy what they do and they were professional and kind. The turn around was quick and when I returned to pick up the mower I saw they did additional work (tightening here and there and replacing a loose nut) so I was leaving with a mower as good as when I bought it.
