Office staff was very rude, the gentleman that came out was nice and professional but did not return to repair issue which I do not feel was on him rather the office staff he reports to that failed to provide the customer service and ensure our repair was completed as PAID FOR.

I called Capitan Appliance after reading the great reviews left by other customers. Joe was the technician that responded and within a very short time my dishwasher was fixed. Joe was my hero that day. The repair cost was much less than replacing a $1,000 appliance. I really appreciate it when I get great service and I highly recommend you give them a try. I will definitely call Capitan Appliance for all my appliance repair issues.
