    This turned into a very unpleasant experience which is still currently ongoing. My refrigerator…read morewasn't repaired on the first visit. When the second technician finally arrived he informed me he couldn't complete the repair because the warranty company must refile the claim as re‑work. Is it just me, or does getting paid twice for the same repair that was never fixed to begin with seem morally wrong. If the problem wasn't resolved the first time charging again isn't a new service it's a failure to deliver on the first one. Payment should be tied to successful resolutions not repeated failed attempts. Nevertheless, I did as instructed and went through the warranty process again. After the appointment was re-scheduled and confirmed a window time frame was given for Monday, June 29th between 8am-5pm in which the technician failed to show up or even call to say they weren't coming! What makes this even more frustrating is that this provider relies entirely on automated Al representatives instead of human support. So when an issue falls outside the norm and actually requires critical thinking, the system simply can't understand to resolve it. This entire repair has now dragged on for more than three weeks with lots of unnecessary back‑and‑forth. I really hope my warranty company reevaluates their relationship with this service provider. The sad part is I actually used to be a fan of Sears back in the day it's unfortunate to see just how much their service has deteriorated over the years.
