Unfortunately, within the first 75 miles of the journey, my check engine light came on. After scanning the code at O'Reilly Auto Parts, it turned out to be a faulty NOX sensor--the same issue that was supposed to be addressed by another dealership during previous warranty work. Along the way, I reached out to multiple dealerships. My experiences ranged from getting the runaround in Temecula to unreturned calls in Las Vegas. Each place seemed eager to charge me a $270 diagnostic fee without the assurance it would be covered, despite this clearly being an emissions-related issue. That's when I finally connected with Phil at Mercedes-Benz of St. George, Utah. From the first conversation, he was respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. For the first time, a service advisor reassured me that if the NOX sensor was the issue, it should indeed be covered under warranty. His calm demeanor immediately gave me confidence. Even though my check engine light had turned off by the time I reached Las Vegas, Phil encouraged me to continue to St. George so they could ensure my van was road-ready. He personally promised to have a technician ready when I arrived. True to his word, as soon as I pulled in, it felt like a NASCAR pit crew in action--Phil started the paperwork while Josh, the technician, immediately began scanning my van. Josh confirmed the codes had cleared (likely from a prior scan at O'Reilly's), but he went above and beyond by resetting the NOX sensor adaptations, ADBLUE metering valve, and fluid levels. He explained everything clearly, reassured me, and had me back on the road with confidence. The result? My Sprinter drove better than ever. I noticed improved fuel efficiency (15-16 mpg), stronger performance climbing grades and driving at elevation, and smooth performance throughout the rest of my trip. From Bryce Canyon to Frisco, Moab, Lake Powell, and Sedona, the van ran flawlessly. This experience showed me the difference a truly customer-focused service center can make. Phil and Josh treated me with respect, prioritized my time, and ensured I could continue my trip safely. I would gladly drive 600 miles from San Diego to St. George for future service, especially warranty work. I can't recommend Mercedes-Benz of St. George enough--Phil and Josh turned a stressful situation into a memorable and positive service experience.

Our journey started with a drive from Southern California to Las Vegas, where we purchased a vehicle for my wife at Findlay Land Rover of Las Vegas. While there, our Land Rover salesperson, Chris Fisher, located the Jeep through Findlay's dealer inventory network. That led us to make the two-hour drive to St. George to see and test-drive it in person. From the very first phone call to meeting us at the dealership, Tyler went above and beyond. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful at every step of the process. Although we attempted to complete the purchase that evening, we encountered some frustration with the finance representative on duty and ultimately returned to Las Vegas. The next morning, Maria--an outstanding Finance Manager at Findlay Kia--personally reached out to address our concerns. She made the financing process smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Working with Tyler and Maria felt far more like dealing with trusted friends than buying a vehicle. George auto Gallery 1081 E. 700 S.) is the absolute worst!!!! First off they were INSISTENT on me leaving a good review for them as far as calling me several days after to make sure I was going to ... 6 days after I got my vehicle, it was towed because the starter went out and ever since then it just has gone down from there. The transmission is bad. Turbos going out was told soon after I got the car. The air conditioner went out less than a year of having it. radiator is bad. I had to have it towed again after only a couple months of having the vehicle because the plastic reservoir that the antifreeze goes in cracked and had to be replaced because of it overheating due to the radiator and they refuse to help me. The only reason why I traded in my car with the only issue that it had was the power steering. Everything else was perfect on my car!! I just wanted something bigger. I had zero problems with my car. 7 days after I had the car I got from this joke car lot towed I went in because I wanted to get a different vehicle and I thought there was such thing as a lemon law and they told me that wasn't true and that they couldn't help us they've done nothing to try to work with us. When I went into get this vehicle that I currently still have I was concerned about a dent on the driver side door and he told me that the exterior didn't matter and It was how good the car was ...WELL my guy ..the car is a POS. There has been over $4000 put into this car..they should be ashamed of themselves selling a car like this to somebody just for their gain. I would not recommend going to these people at all! after I got the vehicle they let me spin a wheel and win a prize. well the prize that it landed on they didn't have it in stock so I got a bucket full of car cleaning stuff... Thanks for that!! Makes up for the POS that you sold me right? I will find every place where I can leave a review and let it be known how horrible this company is and my situation that I've had with them! The car also has other issues that I'm still trying to figure out that I've been having problems with since day one. And also, they were really nice when I was in there buying a car, but then their attitude changed towards me when I came in showing the problems and letting them know that they sold me a crappy car.. The friendliness went out the window
