There's a self serving kiosk but I crashed at some point when we were looking through our choices. We ended up having the worker help us. They helped me choose my flavor because I was debating on either smores or banana. I'm glad I ended up with banana! Banana(8/10): The cake part basically tasted like banana bread and it was quite delicious! As much as I enjoyed it, I thought the frosting was overly sweet. I would still choose that flavor if I were to choose again! Protein(0/10): I thought the whole thing was very dry and it didn't help with the frosting being overly sweet. Definitely, will not be choosing this again. Service(10/10): They were kind and helpful! I accidentally dropped my cupcake and I was devastated! I asked if they were ok with switching it out and luckily they allowed it! I was very grateful for the worker that helped us! Overall, a place worth trying especially for their service!

Across from pink clothing store and next to mango (coming soon). I had the tasty red velvet cupcake which was flaky and moist. But the garnish candy on top was too much sugar it was bad. However the cupcake and icing was mouth watering. You can order pickup which is faster. The staff are professional and can accommodate for special orders in advance if needed.

And I know that vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting is pretty easy to make, but sometimes I'd rather just buy baked goods than make them for myself, especially when I'm driving past what I thought was a popular (and presumably good) bake shop. I expected a high-quality cupcake. The cupcakes looked cute, but they were as dry as the Sahara. They should have been labeled as white cupcakes as I didn't detect any vanilla in them. I suspect that the "buttercream" was made with milk and margarine and powdered sugar.....so much powdered sugar. It was sickeningly sweet, and it was dry too. And a true bettercream doesn't even use powdered sugar. So not only were the cupcakes terrible, they were not even what they purported to be. This is like calling a cut of meat a filet mignon and serving a hamburger. Von's, Ralphs and Albertson's make better cupcakes than this for a fraction of othe price.

I have been here twice in the past, but not in a long time. Needed to buy a box of yummy cupcakes for my friend's birthday and wanted few for me and my son. Rubina, the owner being so sweet, kind, nice, and helpful helped me to choose variety of cupcakes for my friend, and also helped me to decide what my cravings were.? I went with like 6 cupcakes of different kind, and they looked AMAZING!! Got Chocolate cupcake, berry cupcake with light frosting on top, & Red Velvet Cupcake for me and my son to share. Their cupcakes are seriously addicting, in the most dangerous way!:-) They are light, fresh, yummy, and full of flavor w/out being too sweet. Simply irresistible. They have a clean shop, cute, quaint, and welcoming. They only make cupcakes. No other types of goodies. Just letting you guys know. They do deliveries and small catering for your occasions. So if you're looking for that Susie Cakes sugar rush, you won't find it here. This is for those that have an affinity for the subtle nuances in flavor profiles. The chocolate varieties taste similar to what my wife makes - you can taste the intensity of the natural chocolate flavor thanks to espresso. It's the secret to a deep, beautiful chocolate batter. The owners are lovely as well. The lady took the time to go over the flavors and explain the lack of heavy sugars. Such a cute spot tucked away in a strip mall behind Starbucks. I'll be back for a 6 pack of blueberry cupcakes soon!

As soon as I entered I felt engulfed by a cotton candy promise that felt like I had don an Elle Wood's ensemble. However, this feeling was momentary, it lasted a few pink seconds, it was not a feeling that left me colored pink. First, the shop was small. In order for me to be swirled in pink for days on end, I need to feel like I can twirl in a spot. I did not feel like I could twirl, so I could not summon the pink winds that would become lush magical upward pink waves that would change my tattered clothing into a pink ensemble fit for standing in the sombre black of the supreme court. Additionally, the pink motif was obvious and darling, undeniable really, but when one stops and views the parts of the whole, one realizes that the parts are a collection of pink and girly items that do not connect in cohesion, but rather are force-strung by pink ambition. Like imagine a found material necklace that speaks of the junkyard where its pieces came from, instead of the pieces speaking of the better and glamorous days they once did see. However, amongst the sea of pink recyclables I did see a Britney Spear's Monopoly board. Did it have an oops I did it again blvd for purchase? So I guess that I might have found the decor a bit of pink-puke but someone else might see it as pink-glitter galore. As we all know, one person's trash can be another's person's treasure. I was just giving my opinion, for what is worth. I am sure the pink panther would understand. Another item that I appreciated a lot was the fact that they had ginger bread cookies shaped as people. And we have developed societal understanding of gender inclusivity, and thus some believe that it is no longer appropriate to say gingerbread man, and instead say ginger bread person. But this bakery cut through the inclusivity debate and called their gingerbread people cookies, gingerbread friends. Boom--- a friend by definition has no gender, and these cookies reflect this notion. This might be a throwaway to some but for me it was a reminder of how the world should work, do not see people by who they are, but see them as friends and then learn how they are. As I was preparing to write this review, I learned that this bakery was a transplant from New York City and their confections and goods were meant to be Vegan, Lactose-free, and basically, just free of what makes baked goods good, and I guess bad. To be honest, I only bought a cookie for a kid, (a human kid, not a goat) and did not inquire how he enjoyed it. But I am thinking if the cookie was truly vegan and lactose-free than he would have longed for what he knows a cookie should taste like. I also saw, ding dong cupcakes that reminded me of the one's that Sprinkles sells. I also saw that they have chess games on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. so that might be an experience I one day show up for. So this place does have a lot going for it, but it seems to me, more like a tourist stop to gawk in, and not a shop to indulge in. I may be wrong, I often am, I guess I am trying to give a balanced account of my experience, and do not want to turn the place's pink promise into a pink dread for anyone. Plus, if anyone needs a pink buret in a clutch, this place has some for sale. So they have that going for them.
