They were hours late to the appointment, and decided how to cut fur way too short without asking. Would not recommend and we still had to pay $120 for terrible service. After being told at Petco last week that they couldn't groom him because of some mats around his ears I went searching for a mobile service. My long haired Akita need her yearly shave down. Most BM groomers dont like servicing big dogs. April called me back after my request via her website. Truck showed up ...nice truck. After talking with the technicians they came up with idea to do both my Akitas at the same time. I highly recommend not going here. This women has rescheduled me a total of 3 times and constantly changing the times on me. After politely asking her and confirming our 3rd rescheduled appt she attacked me by saying why I did message her so early and then later delayed the appointment again by saying she only gives "estimate times". My dog Mac has always been really shy when approaching new people. Making sure April was aware of that beforehand, she showed up with treats for Mac and it totally got him to warm up to her immediately. She even let me sit in her mobile office just to ensure everything ran smoothly for the beginning of his haircut. Excellent service! After 15 minutes I left them to it and about an hour later April was finished. It was amazing how quick she was. Mac was trimmed, washed, nails clipped, even his tail was wagging. We are very pleased with April's work on our cat Axl. She was very quick to respond when I reached out and was able to confirm an appointment right away. On the day of the appointment she called to let us know she was arriving early. Our cat had an ingrown toenail and we were going to take him to vet after the grooming appointment, but April told us she would be able to take care of it! BAD customer service and seriously UNPROFESSIONAL for no reason. I had an emergency and had to cancel with 30 minutes notice, so I got HARASSED by text and had to block the number so "April" would leave me alone. The rude woman taking appointments texted that she wouldn't send anyone out to me ever again, and then continued to argue over it in text until I blocked her number. A proper business would handle a short-term cancellation in a less aggressive way and keep things professional. No grooming is worth being this NASTY TO POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS over an appointment that was schedule outside of their business hours the previous day. I was happily paying $140 per grooming session for my long hair Ragdoll cat. Service was mostly good. However, this last time, my cat popped up with fleas. She is a completely indoor cat and we have the central ac on so windows are never opened. I approached April about this problem and she offered a flea bath and then mentioned that it is normally more but she will honor the $140 and that her van is supposed to be bombed for fleas at the end of each day. I informed her that I am not ok paying for that as my cat never had fleas. She stated that had I called 2 to 3 days after her last grooming session it would be different. I told her a full blown infestation would have taken over 3 days and that I am fine to continue being a customer if she resolves this issue. She declined and wish me luck. So this business gave my cat fleas and has no loyalty towards loyal customers. Really too bad. read more
