What they did to my dog

Worst pet grooming place to exist, do not come here if you want good service. The dog groomer dropped soap on my toy poodles eye and left it awfully irritated. My poor dog has been in pain for the past few hours because of them. These insensitive people charged an extra $25 dollars because he was moving a lot even after they dropped a ton of soap on his eye. My poor toy poodle is now traumatized from this place.

She did a good job with their haircut, Im very specific when it comes to groomer, coz I want my furbabies not to get anxious when being groomed. Less stress environment and attention to details is what Im looking for a groomer, and Im glad that Jessie has it. Will come back again. Happy customer here

Oskar loved his bath. If no answer when you try to call, use the number as cell phone to text- as she may be bathing another dog. When your doggy is getting groomed she will text you when ready, she also will give updates in between if needed. She will keep door locked for safety and if one of her "clients" is not leashed at the time. Just knock and she will be right with you. We did actually go down there before we made 1st appt to see her place and show her pic of our doggy for pricing the grooming.

My baby boy Stitch after his haircut so cute

Took my yourkie Stitch to get groomed and she did a great job he looked so handsome. The tech was very nice and she explained that my dog needs to be more social because she said he was scared of the clippers cause of the noise it made so she gave good advice so next time he won't be so scared

    Relaxing at home, freshly cleaned!

Jennifer is the best! Text the number rather than calling because they do get really busy. She did such a great job with Thunder. He hasn't felt that soft or smelled so good in months! I highly recommend Loyal Paws, they're super flexible on scheduling and quick to respond as well.

Very friendly place, and the prices aren't exorbitantly high. I will definitely be going back again!

The vets were measured in the tests they ordered, knowing that my 89-year-old aunt was on a fixed income. They had a plan, x-ray 1st, which told us a bit more, then bloodwork. The shining star of this clinic is Eileen, 16 year veteran vet tech. before sending out the blood sample ($300) she did a quick blood sugar test and analyzed the blood viaually. She came to the waiting room to let us know that the dogs blood sugar was so high their machine could not register it. She indicated that we could take the dog home, but survival was unlikely, without serious medical intervention, in the hospital ($3,000). After that, we could address the kidney and liver issues. We did not ask for a urine analysis. She did it because her years of experience told her that it would be a wise move. At that point, we discussed the reality of euthanasia. Why does this matter? Because any other vet would have sent out the blood work, then we would have gone back the next day to discuss it. They did not charge us for the blood draw or urine analysis, which enabled my aunt to pay for private cremation. They stayed an hour past closing to complete the procedure. This clinic is NOT greedy. Instead, they are truly caregivers. Thank you Eileen. You are worth your weight in GOLD.

NEVER GO HERE. Absolute cash grab. They do not care about your pet!!!!!!…read moreThey gave us * False hope * Thousands in charges (2k) * A dying dog left suffering * A rushed search for another hospital * And still lost a beloved family member We came in about two weeks ago because our dog appeared to have food poisoning. The staff recommended a long list of treatments, and because this dog was family to us, we agreed to everything they suggested if it meant he had a chance to recover. Before approving nearly $2,000 worth of treatment, I repeatedly asked the veterinarian (a Hispanic male vet) what the chances were that our dog would survive with these treatments. Instead of being honest or transparent, he avoided the question every single time and refused to give any realistic expectations. They told us to come back at closing because our dog "needed extra treatment hours." We came back at 5 PM exactly as instructed. Then they pushed it again and told us to return at 7 PM because the "extra hours would really help." Naturally, we believed them. We thought our dog was improving. He wasn't. When we returned at 7 PM, the vet casually informed us that none of the treatments had worked and that we now needed to rush our dying dog to an emergency hospital to be euthanized because THEY were closing. So after wasting our entire day, draining us emotionally and financially, they suddenly decided there was nothing more they could do -- yet somehow couldn't tell us that earlier? They couldn't even provide humane end-of-life care for a suffering animal in their own clinic. To make matters worse, while my family was devastated and trying to process losing our dog, they still slipped random charges onto the bill, including a flea and tick collar that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason we came in. This place is disgusting. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and emotionally manipulative. I would never trust them with another animal, and I genuinely hope nobody else has to experience what we went through.

They did an extraction of 30 teeth. They gave us blood work and antibiotics and pain meds. Within two days she was happy and doing extremely well. It is three weeks later and she is doing great. We brought our dog, Dior, to your hospital suffering from what we were told was heat stroke. We were informed that a $1,000 deposit was required before treatment could continue. We were also told that multiple tests had been performed and that medications and treatment had already been administered. On top of that, we were charged approximately $14 per minute for oxygen therapy, leading us to believe Dior was receiving aggressive, life-saving care. We were also billed $250 for hospitalization, yet Dior was discharged around 4:30 p.m. the same day and transferred to an emergency hospital in Temecula for overnight care. From our perspective, she was never actually hospitalized at your facility despite being charged for it. When we arrived at the emergency hospital, we were presented with another estimate of approximately $3,000. What made the situation even more devastating was learning that the receiving hospital indicated Dior had not received the level of treatment we had been led to believe she had received before being transferred. Despite doing everything we could and paying $1,000 for Dior's care, she ultimately passed away. We are now left grieving the loss of our beloved family member while questioning what we paid for and whether the care she received matched what we were told. I understand that not every pet can be saved, and I recognize that emergency medicine cannot guarantee an outcome. However, I do expect honesty, transparency, accurate billing, and clear communication--especially when families are making critical medical and financial decisions. Being charged for oxygen by the minute, billed for hospitalization when Dior was not kept overnight, and then learning that the receiving hospital questioned the extent of the care she received has left us feeling deeply misled. No amount of money will ever bring Dior back. We are left without our beloved dog and out $1,000, all while wondering whether she received the emergency care we were promised. I sincerely hope this clinic reviews its billing practices, communication, and standards of care so that no other family has to endure the heartbreak we experienced.

My wife and I did what any responsible pet parents would do: administered a full‑scale COVID‑era haircut and booked a 9 AM nail‑trim appointment to finish the job. Once the shop opened, we learned the entire operation was being run by one heroic human that morning. One. A whole grooming shop held together by sheer willpower and caffeine. After we explained Sawyer's situation, this absolute saint of a groomer didn't just agree to trim his nails -- she offered to clean him up for a small fee, with the kind of patience and warmth that could calm a tornado. Minutes later, out strutted a brand‑new dog. Freshly trimmed, nails immaculate, tail wagging like he'd just won a beauty pageant. I tipped more than I planned, but honestly, it still wasn't enough. She earned every penny with her kindness, her skill, and that unwavering smile that said, "Yes, I am single‑handedly keeping this place running, and no, you will not see me break." I wish I remembered her name, but I'll never forget the impression she made. She opened the shop on June 6th and represented that establishment with pride, grit, and genuine heart -- a true gem in the grooming world. PHOTO: Sawyer and Reed
