I took my dog here on 9/30, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made as a pet owner. A few days after the appointment, I noticed her fur literally falling out in clumps. Her skin was red, irritated, and she couldn't stop scratching. I rushed her to the vet, and guess what? They told me she had a skin infection and the most likely cause was whatever happened at this groomer. This was her first and LAST time here. But it gets worse. My dog, who used to let me trim her nails without even blinking, now has full-on panic attacks if I even touch her paws. She shakes, cries, and tries to hide. Whatever they did to her was not just careless, it created some PTSD. I have no idea what happened behind those doors, but something clearly went VERY wrong. My dog left with an infection, damaged fur, and new anxiety she never had before. If you love your pets, do not bring them here. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

This place is 10/10 for taking your pets to get groomed. This was our first time taking our pet to this groomer and the owner Car bringing positive vibes , and reassured our pet was in good hands! Most definitely will be coming back; total price was $45 which is very much reasonable for considering the treatment and pampering our pet Marlo received. He smells so good , they have left him fluffy more than we have ever seen through previous grooming place we have been to in the past. It appeared to be a family run business, very kind people overall. They also speak Spanish, they carry a very humbling ownership and most importantly they take pride into their work of caring for our loved furry friends!

Our girl Cha Cha loved her service only $50 including tick removal since we live in the mountains! Very fast as well we will be back 10/10!!

Came here today and met the owner Car! Great customer service to match his great service - makes you want to come back and keep supporting!! Our short haired slightly obese AKC corgi came for her first time today and didn't want to leave when we picked her up! Took a couple of hours before she was done but we had a ton of shopping to do in town so this was no big deal and seemed pretty quick!! Our pup smells great and wasn't freaking out when we picked her up like at previous groomers. We We found some ticks on her and he was happy to remove them for only $5 more!! Paid $50 for her teeth, bath, tick treatment, nails, ears and she got a cute valentines bandanna my kid loved seeding her in!! He was able to set an appointment the day we called which is hard to find also!! Will most definitely be back! Thanks Car!!

I can't rave enough about about our new groomer.. He make you feel comfortable to leave your precious Lil baby. At first glance my dogs haircut looked really good, but when i got home and got a closer look I seen my dog had a little cut in his inner thigh. Also his balls looked very irritated and red and had patches of not having hair and it looks like cut/scraped.

I found & went to this groomer by their 5+ reviews...let me say "wow" the reviews were correct! A young gentleman named Ker, that everyone raved about is awesome, my dog was nervous & Ker immediately started to acclimate himself in a way to calm my baby & to trust him...awesome! awesome! My baby pooped on the floor from being nervous, I asked for cleaning materials to clean it, Ker said, "they offer full services, which includes dog mishaps, for me to not to worry about it." My baby had her wash, anal glands done, teeth brushed, nails clipped, ears cleaned, she is short haired & doesn't shed, so she doesn't need any clipping, but they did a touch up, that made her look fresh (which other groomers did not do). I met Ker's mother when picking up my baby. They are so friendly & loving to the fur babies. Their place is clean too! This is my now forever baby's groomer!

I've known Iris for so long! I only take my babies to her at either her Pomona location or her Moreno Valley location! She loves what she does and you can tell! She is great and so are her associates! Don't ever hesitate to take your babies to her for great service! They will treat your babies as their own! My babies get so excited to see her all the time!

So I was looking for an alternative groomer cause my dog deals with major anxiety and he was always really anxious when taking him and leaving his usual spot. Stumbled upon this gem and right from the beginning Carh made my baby feel right at home. The cut came out great ! but most importantly my baby was happy and was not in a hurry to leave, he didn't seem anxious at all. The staff is really personable, they seem really caring and it comes across in how they dealt with my fur baby. They were even able to use the nail grinder on my pup which is mind blowing. I will definitely bring him back again... if the service remains the same, then they've got a lifetime customer in us.

Iris and her family are so patient and kind with my three rambunctious fur babies! They usually don't let anyone trim their nails or clean their ears but they work their magic and always come home looking and smelling amazing! This place is very unprofessional! I made a first time appointment at there earliest date today at 9:40am , took my pug they where closed called and at first she lied and said that we're closed for today the only day there closed is Sunday then apologized and said she had a emergency and she should've called me, that's so inconsiderate and professional! She did offer to bring him tomorrow and she would do it for free but I'm going out of town and was trying to get him groomed before then now I have to try to find a place today ,This place has a lot of good reviews maybe call before going in read more

I bring my two Maltese here monthly for grooming. Customer service is great! People are very friendly. My dogs are groomed very nice. Shop is very clean. Location area is a little difficult in parking and in getting in and out. Highly recommend. read more

I very particular when it comes to paying to get my critters bathed and trimmed. I've been to a few different dog groomers and haven't been very happy with the results! Than at last I came across Brush N pups. I took my best friend there a he was a bit nervous at first but when I picked him up he was calm and looked awesome they sis a scissor cut and it turned out excellent. read more

Very communicative and took into consideration what I wanted for my pups trim. I wanted to leave his length and not cut him all the way down. Other groomers in moval always return him to me looking like a rat. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know. Especially if you have a cocker spaniel. read more

My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

She looked terrible. They didn't even groom her face, and she had multiple cuts on her ears and face. To make matters worse, she was still wet when they handed her back to me. They told me my dog was aggressive, but at no point did anyone call to let me know they were unable to safely complete the grooming. Instead, they waited until I arrived and then tried to charge me extra because they said it took two people to work on her. I have a 1-year-old Maltipoo who is incredibly sweet and loving. I understand she gets anxious during grooming, which is exactly why I was upfront about her behavior from the beginning. I expected patience, communication, and professionalism--not for my dog to come home injured and with an incomplete groom. I will not be returning. Not only that, but the groomer who worked on my dog was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the owner of the shop allowed the disrespectful behavior. She repeatedly kept telling me my dog was "bad," constantly talked over me, and spoke to me in an aggressive tone when I was simply trying to explain that the additional charge should have been communicated beforehand. They had no problem calling me to ask permission to use a muzzle and informing me there would be an extra charge for that, so they should have shown the same courtesy when they decided to charge me more because two people had to work on my dog. Instead, they waited until I arrived to tell me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And then they had the nerve to try to charge me $125 for a groom that wasn't even completed. My dog's face wasn't done, she came back with cuts on her ears and face, and she was still wet when they handed her to me. Based on the way the groomer spoke to me--being rude, aggressive, and repeatedly calling my dog "bad"--I left with very little confidence that my dog was treated with the patience and care she deserved. My dog is a sweet, loving 1-year-old Maltipoo who gets anxious during grooming, and I was transparent about that from the very beginning. I expected compassion and professionalism, not poor communication, disrespect, and an incomplete groom. i wouldnt even give a star but i have to!

BEWARE!!!…read more I'm writing this review to you today because I had a really surprising and frankly, pretty disappointing experience when I brought my schnauzer in for her recent grooming. I was really hoping for a specific type of service based on our chat beforehand, but what happened wasn't at all what I expected. When I booked the appointment, we talked quite a bit about getting her that classic, breed-standard schnauzer cut. That particular style is super important for her look, and I was assured that you guys were totally skilled in doing it. That's why I felt comfortable bringing her to you - I really trusted that his unique grooming needs would be met. So, imagine how shocked and upset I was when I picked her up and found shed been completely shaved! Her signature schnauzer coat, which defines her , was just gone. It was such an unexpected change and definitely not what we had agreed upon. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of "severe matting." And honestly, I have to strongly disagree with that my dog had some matting on her chest area and spout but nothing to that extreme of completely shaving her down . But more than anything, what really threw me off was the lack of communication. If there was genuinely a problem with matting that meant you couldn't do the schnauzer cut we discussed, I really, really wish I would have got the heads up about the complete shave down and given the option to take my dog elsewhere . A quick heads-up would have allowed us to talk through options, or I could have even come to pick her up. Making such a drastic, irreversible decision without my consent is a big oversight and a bit of a disregard for what I wanted for my pet. This whole situation is more than just a styling mistake; it feels like a real letdown in trust and communication. Seeing my dog like this is quite upsetting, especially after I went out of my way to choose a specialized service. In addition I was charged 80+ for the unauthorized shave down and according to the lady I was also charged for the muzzle they used on her !! Given this rather unsatisfactory experience, I'm sad to say I won't be able to bring my dog back to Nancy's for future grooming. This review has taken me some time to post because it has been a difficult situation to process. We…read moretook our 6 year old otherwise healthy Labradoodle in due to extreme lethargy and swelling. Intake was fine, but that was the only part of the experience that was. Our dog was taken away for testing and we were left to fill out paperwork. While we were doing that, another patient was trying to make payment for their dog's sudden euthanasia. His card was not working and he was offering alternate ways to pay with no real help or feedback from reception. He felt a bit panicked...his significant other was crying in the exam room while the fact that his card declined had become a very public discussion in the lobby. While we were there an owner came in with a dog that had been hit by a car and another owner came in with a pet with a snake bite. Both were visibly rattled. I had to help one of the owners fill out the intake paperwork, as no help was offered. While we have a dog being put to sleep in one room, two frantic owners in the lobby, and me anxiously awaiting test results, the two people at the front desk talked about their weekend plans and laughed. This went on the entire time I was in the lobby. We were taken to an exam room. The doctor could not pull up the xray images. After waiting for some time, my nerves were frazzled and I ask that she simply dictate what she found, as we did not need visuals. She denied my request and left for 15-20 minutes while trying to figure out how to get the results sent to the correct computer. That wait was horrible as we had absolutely no clue as to what was going on. She finally returned and told us that there was an issue with our dog's spleen and that the surgery would be $8,000 and "probably not worth it." The other options were to take her home and simply wait for natural death, take her home with Chinese herbs that would help death come sooner but not ease the pain, or put her to sleep. At that time I asked my husband to bring our children down to say goodbye. Understand, that morning we left for work with a perfectly healthy (so we thought) 6 year old dog and this decision was absolutely unexpected. After waiting an eternity, the tech came in and administered the medication that caused her breathing to slow and eventually stop. We never saw the doctor after our decision was made. No one offered condolences or their expressed regret that we had such a heavy experience. In fact, though there were signs on two doors that said "please be quite, someone is saying goodbye to a loved one" we walked out with red, swollen faces to staff still cracking jokes behind the desk. It felt surreal. Sometime later a voicemail was left letting me know her remains were ready for pick up. Before I could call back, they placed a second call. Quite frankly, I wasn't ready to take that call knowing what it was about, but I answered. The person on the other end was very matter of fact and ended the conversation saying that if I don't come by the end of the week my dog's remains would "be disposed of." Mind you, this is the first time their office ever talked to me...it isn't like months or even weeks had passed since I was given this information. Additionally, my dog's cremation was a service that I paid several hundreds for. To act like they were doing some favor by holding her 5" x 7" box in their office until I could pick her up was unacceptable and cruel. Over the years I have had many pets that passed and I have never, ever experienced such treatment. I, unfortunately, have to drive by this location daily and every time I do I think back to the poor treatment we experienced from the time we checked in until we picked up our dog's remains. I write this as a word of caution because I would genuinely hate for another pet loving family to ever experience this.

He had been in a slow decline that suddenly turned rapid, and I knew we were at the end. What stood out most was the veterinarian's honesty. They checked his vitals, but we didn't pursue extensive diagnostics. Instead, he spoke candidly about what he was seeing--neurologically, Baxter was not himself and had clearly lost significant muscle mass. At his age, there was likely more going on than one treatable issue. The veterinarian could have easily recommended a long list of tests. Instead, he gave me real guidance. When I asked what he would do if it were his own dog, he told me he would choose euthanasia at this stage, explaining that "a day or a week too early is better than a day too late" to avoid unnecessary suffering. I had been struggling with this decision for a while, and that honesty helped me feel confident I was doing the right thing. It meant everything. Once I made the decision, the compassion from the staff was incredible. They handled everything with such care, dignity, and kindness. I've also been here before when Baxter was first diagnosed with heart failure, and had the same experience. The veterinarian literally told me it wasn't an emergency and that I could either proceed with treatment there or follow up with my regular vet the next day and save the cost of emergency care. That level of transparency really stuck with me. I'm truly grateful for this team and this office. If you're ever in a difficult situation with your pet, this is a place where you'll receive honest, compassionate care--not pressure to run unnecessary tests or take advantage of a vulnerable moment. Five stars, without hesitation.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating grooming experiences I've had. I dropped my Goldendoodle off at 1:00 PM and specifically requested a teddy bear cut and asked that he not be cut too short. I was told the groom would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. After 3 hours, my dog was still not ready, and when I arrived at the shop, I was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. My dog was not finished until nearly 4 hours after drop-off. When the groom was finally completed, an employee came out and asked how I would be paying. After I told her Zelle, she said she wasn't sure what my total was because the groomer who had checked me in was not answering his phone. Instead of helping me check out, she began working on another dog while repeatedly calling and texting him. At that point, my dog had already been there for 4 hours, and I was left waiting another 15+ minutes just to find out the price. I was ultimately charged $135 for a 25-pound Goldendoodle. I've paid less than that for my Giant Schnauzer, and even less for a mobile groomer who comes directly to my home. To make matters worse, when it was finally time to leave, staff could not locate my dog's leash or collar and had to ask me what they looked like before finding them. The biggest disappointment was the haircut itself. I specifically requested a teddy bear look and not to go too short. Instead, my dog's coat was cut extremely short, especially on the body and face, and the final result looked nothing like what I requested. The entire experience felt disorganized from start to finish. Long wait times, confusion regarding payment, misplaced belongings, and a haircut that did not match my instructions made this a very disappointing visit. read more
