The vets were measured in the tests they ordered, knowing that my 89-year-old aunt was on a fixed income. They had a plan, x-ray 1st, which told us a bit more, then bloodwork. The shining star of this clinic is Eileen, 16 year veteran vet tech. before sending out the blood sample ($300) she did a quick blood sugar test and analyzed the blood viaually. She came to the waiting room to let us know that the dogs blood sugar was so high their machine could not register it. She indicated that we could take the dog home, but survival was unlikely, without serious medical intervention, in the hospital ($3,000). After that, we could address the kidney and liver issues. We did not ask for a urine analysis. She did it because her years of experience told her that it would be a wise move. At that point, we discussed the reality of euthanasia. Why does this matter? Because any other vet would have sent out the blood work, then we would have gone back the next day to discuss it. They did not charge us for the blood draw or urine analysis, which enabled my aunt to pay for private cremation. They stayed an hour past closing to complete the procedure. This clinic is NOT greedy. Instead, they are truly caregivers. Thank you Eileen. You are worth your weight in GOLD.

She always does a thorough job, but what stands out even more is how accommodating she is to each of our dogs' individual needs while being mindful of their comfort. She takes such great care of them, is always on time, and is consistently kind and professional during our monthly appointments. We've been so happy with our experience and highly recommend Vanity Fur Menifee--especially because of Autumn!

The haircut and bath itself was good…read more What I wasn't a fan of was the communication before the appointment. I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation. Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

I've had trouble finding a good affordable groomer and I think I've found the one:)…read more When I take my dogs to a new groomer I like to just go with a brush and a bath and maybe a cleanup trim for my corgi and terrier mix My corgi does not like to get groomed and is usually very anxious/stressed out when I pick him up but when I picked them up from this groomer he seemed happy and relaxed Both my dogs looked clean, neat and brushed. From a Longtime Customer -- Very Disappointed in How This Was Handled…read more We began using Couture Pet Grooming in December 2023 after my mother's elderly Black Labrador mix, Thunder, came to live with us in Southern California. For approximately 30 months, we were very satisfied with the grooming services Thunder received. Until this incident, I would have gladly given Couture five stars and recommended them to others. Unfortunately, our experience involving a future boarding reservation completely changed my opinion. We arranged for Couture to board Thunder for an upcoming family vacation. We were quoted $455 for seven nights plus one day of daycare, with a 50% deposit required to hold the reservation. On June 25, 2026--approximately 120 days before the scheduled boarding--I paid $255 by Zelle, which was actually more than the requested 50% deposit. Tragically, Thunder's health deteriorated significantly. At approximately 15 years old, he could no longer stand or move normally and was experiencing several age-related health problems. After consultation with family and Animal Control, we made the extremely difficult and humane decision to have Thunder put to sleep on August 3, 2026. The following day, approximately 83 days before the scheduled boarding, we notified Couture of Thunder's death, cancelled the reservation, and requested the return of our $255 deposit. We were told: "The deposit is non refundable. We keep deposit to hold dates and it is non refundable." This was extremely disappointing. In the boarding correspondence we received before paying the deposit, we were told that a 50% deposit was required to hold the dates, but we were not told that the deposit was nonrefundable. Had that condition been clearly disclosed to me beforehand, I would not have paid $255 approximately four months in advance. I subsequently requested a receipt and invoice regarding the transaction and was told one would be provided. As of the date of this review, I have not received it. This is especially difficult because we were not cancelling for convenience or because our vacation plans changed. Thunder died. We cancelled approximately 83 days before his scheduled stay. I recognize and appreciate the satisfactory grooming services Couture provided Thunder over the years. Unfortunately, the way this final matter was handled after the death of a longtime customer's pet has overshadowed those positive experiences. Our family lost a beloved companion. Under these circumstances, and based on how our $255 deposit was handled, I can no longer recommend Couture Pet Grooming.

This was my email to them of the incident:…read more Okay so the first thing I was charged the full amount when I booked 4/18/24. On 04/19/24 the appointment was in the morning between 0700-0900 hours the groomer was late and by the time she got here the appointment had to be rescheduled. I was told no problem since you already paid the full amount you'll receive an email or call back for reschedule. None of that happened so I called myself of 04/23/24 and scheduled an appointment for 1500 hours. The groomer got here early and he took my cat. Half way through the appointment he comes to the door with my cat still not fully dry and I'm told my cat was not able to be dried or completed the cut because he was "difficult" one would think you guys are the professionals hence why I booked the service. On top of that my cats tail received a laceration as you can see in the pictures attached. All in all horrible service and not what I expected by any means. I was baffled that even after that, I was told I had a "balance" of $80 something dollars for what? I paid the full amount on 04/19/24. It was confirmed on a recorded line so you should be able to replay that for confirmation. I have also attached proof of our banking statement. I hope you realize how unprofessional this whole situation is. I attached before and after pictures as well so you can use it as reference to how shitty the cut was. No groomer has ever charged me that much, hurt my pet, and on top of that demand more money.
