APROR to the rescue again, my 20 year old 48" KitchenAid saved again by Sergey, I was experiencing severe frost build up above my ice cubes and discovered the door gasket was loose causing condensation from air being sucked into the freezer. Of course ,the gasket is impossible to replace without removing the door and removing the glued panel so I called APROR. He has kept our 17 year old KitchenAid double ovens and 48" refrigerator going through many, many repairs in addition to replacing the control panels on both appliances. He has repaired and installed dishwashers for us. Two months ago he replaced the air gap on our dishwashe. Today he repaired our dryer. We thought our old, Kenmore, gas dryer was done. It wasn't drying clothes or sheets even after having the vents, machine and hoses cleaned. Sergey who is so responsive quickly diagnosed the issue. He then grabbed the part from his car and replaced the gas heating coil. He stuck around to confirm the heat was staying on and the sheets were dry. I could be disappointed because Sergey called "time of death" on the matching washing machine about five years ago. But, for $180, a 25 minute service visit and an always on time arrival I'll live with mismatched washer and dryer another 5 years Sergey is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and fairly priced. I little late with writing this review. A couple of years ago our Bosh dishwasher stopper working. Sergey did a diagnostic for a reasonable fee and determined that the sump pump motor was bad. He was honest to point out that it was price prohibitive to hire him to fix the 14 years old machine since a new factory motor and labor was going to be more than half the price of a new unit and there could be other problems coming soon. He suggested to get an used motor and see if I can replace it myself. I did so for around $100 and spent half a day working on it but in the end it worked! Few days later I noticed that there was water at the bottom of the machine as it sat overnight. Sergey suggested that the inlet stop valve was probably leaking.
