I called before 4th of July 2024 to ask when I could bring my car in for repairs. They informed me that they would be closed for the entire week of 4th of July. I called that following Monday and nobody was there. I took the car in Tuesday, was told they would work on it the next day in the morning. Then I was told they would work on it in the afternoon. Got a call telling me they could not find anything wrong. When I asked if he tried to check the codes so he could find out what the issue is. He said he didn't try. I called before they closed to let him know that I would be picking my car up today after 4pm closing time and asked if my car was outside. He said that it was outside, he was already working on another vehicle and I didn't owe anything. How about when I took an Uber to get there, my car Was nowhere to be found. I should call the police. I will NOT be coming back to this shop. Did they drive my car home...where is it! read more

Gosh! I was treated with utter disrespect! Downright worst experience at any shop!! When I told him you'll be reading about my bad experience online, the man goes "I d BT care I have thousands of reviews" with a smirk on his face, not caring that I came twice to their place first day spent 30$ to Uber home then he couldn't finish the Job as promised and asked me to come next day which I did and found them closed for lunch 12:03pm was high is obviously my mistake but I said the day prior I be coming 11ish and I wasn't even told about lunch closing so I roamed about their place for 1 whole hour because I live 3 miles away and when they finally opened he said too late man I told you come early and I promise he didn't!! Last time at this shop, Very bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am so sad because I actually had work done on a car before and didn't know that their customer service can be that bad!! read more

Tyler was amazing and honest with me concerning my vehicle. The Hyundai dealership originally quoted me over $3000 for a catalytic converter and Tyler was able to replace the part necessary and not pretend like everything needed to be replaced/overhauled when it worked just fine. ABSOLUTELY the best!! I'd highly recommend them to anyone! As a former business owner myself I know you can't please everyone all the time, so if you read a negative review about these guys, rest assured that came from one of those customers. I took my car to them on a Monday around noon, I knew they'd be closed for lunch because they told me that upfront, but I left my car there for them to check when they came back from lunch. Around 3pm Monday they called and told me what I would need to get done and how much it would cost. Which was wwwaaaaaaayyyyyy less than the dealership or anyone else! I told them to fix it. On Tuesday just before 1pm they called to say the car was fixed, faster than they promised! They did more than I thought they were gonna do, but did it for the price they quoted! I can't think of any better experience anywhere from any shop ever! (and my dad and brother were mechanics, lol). If you need muffler, catalytic convertor or brake work done.. APS is the ONLY place you should go!! read more

Terrible shop had them run exhaust on my truck, ran the tips right next to my leaf springs so when ever I hit a pothole my hangers brake every time. I told them this and they said they cant fix it until after Christmas. terrible shop I will never let them touch my vehicle again. read more
