Fast forward a few days and they cashed the check despite the fact that they completed no work. Now I'm fighting to get a refund and am beyond livid at this experience of feeling taken advantage of.

Steve was the technician. He arrived well within the promised "window," and went right to work diagnosing the problem. In just a few minutes, he confirmed that we had a failed waste water pump, which the Error Code on the digital display had indicated. Steve was very efficient and quite competent. He explained the process as he did the repair. He had the part in his vehicle, so was able to do the repair on-the-spot. In about 1.5 hours, the repair was completed, the dishwasher re-installed, and we did a successful test run. Elite had given me an estimate for the total cost of the repair before I even scheduled the visit, and the amount I paid was actually less than their estimate. Upon completion of the work, I got an immediate follow-up call from Lana, to make sure I was satisfied with their service! As with any household appliance, we hope not to have to make repairs. But in the future, when I need any appliance repairs done, I will definitely call Elite Appliance!

He took his time when he visited and ensured he explained what he was looking at and what was going on. He gave me options and didn't pressure me to get all the work done right away. And again, when I asked him if he could connect my fridge to a water line, he looked at the situation and said yes - when another plumber told me no (even though I knew it had to be possible). I called 303 and was told they could send someone tomorrow but there was a slim chance that I could be serviced same day. A couple hours later, the office called and said that Jerett (spelling?) was on his way and would be there within an hour. He showed up and fixed all of my faulty outlets in less than 30 minutes. The office was extremely professional. So much so, I thought I was talking to an automated system at first. Jerett knew his stuff and explained what went wrong and how to fix the outlets in the future should I ever come across the same issue again. Needless to say, I will be using 303 for any and all electrical issues in the future and I will also be utilizing their services in the future for anything that needs done at my investment properties.
