Cleaned the carpets in our car and the next day it smelled like a dog pooped in our car. I've cleaned carpets professionally for over 30 years and that happens when you don't use a high quality deodorant in your rinse water. My wife politely asked him to come fix it. He never returned her request. I ended up cleaning our interior carpets the CORRECT way and now it smells fresh and clean. $200 so I can clean my own car? Steer clear of this company. read more

I took my wife's car here for PPF. We did not have a good experience and ended up with damaged paint on the car. This shop had lots of good reviews and David ( the owner ) is a friendly guy, but our experience was met with issues at every turn. Mistaken appointment times, Film not fitting, Razor cuts in the paint, you name it. The owner was very adamant about letting him attempt to fix his mistakes, but the fact that he never admitted to cutting the paint with a razor blade even after I sent videos and pictures just led me to ask for a full refund and remove the film. It was honestly not even stuck on there very well when it was removed, only the hood took any actual effort to remove. While his prices are a couple hundred bucks less then competing shops... the final product left us worse off then if we had never gone there at all. They have a cozy waiting room stocked with water and snacks, and they're *right* behind West Orange Trail so you can totally grab a walk/run or bike ride while they're detailing your vehicle to perfection. It's also within a very short walking distance to Oakland Nature Preserve which is a great place for a hike, a walk down to the lake or to see creatures inside the museum. DO NOT USE. Customer service is horrible. Treated me like I was crazy for expecting a clean car. "We'll give you a free wash next time" - well how about this time? Paying $42.87 for a wash and vac and ending up with a car that still needs a wash is a rip-off. There are lots of other detailers that will make it right the first time. read more

I had Dave, the owner detail my 2005 Lifted Excursion that is in mint condition. I have Weld Racing Chrome rims. His employee used ACID on the rims and etched them. These are $2,500.00 rims and he has paid just $200.00 in well over a year. He destroyed the rims and his attitude is OH WELL...... My poor car appeared to be the scene of a muddy murder in the backseat (it wasn't really, but melted chocolate and red mountain dew soda mixed with other misc dirt and candy give that appearance), but after having Aqua Inferno come out the car looks better than it did the day I bought it! The guys that came out were on time, super nice, easy to talk too, and more importantly efficient! I found out about Aqua Inferno from previous reviews here on Yelp and through neighbors on NextDoor and am so glad I booked with them!
