We did a take out of Bluefin Toro, Hudson Valley Seared Foie Gras, Uni Risotto, Chilean Sea Bass, Hand Made Potato Gnocchi. At another time we've tried the wagyu toast, king crab lettuce cups, crispy potato caviar, kale salad, lobster pomodoro. The crispy potato caviar is quite expensive due of course to the caviar. Our server was wonderful. The caviar was good as was the champagne. The place is very cute and comfortable Unfortunately we ordered the lobster cocktail, lobster roll and the coconut shrimp. The lobster was chewy which is a hard no for me. The shrimp was good but some how the coconut was chewy. For the price vs quality I wouldn't return. With $80 dollars, I get to experience the sophistication, the dedication to passion, the elegance and hard work on the beautiful and tasty dishes in front of me. We had hamachi tartar, Alaskan cod and blackberry cheesecake with fresh like berries (aka caviar ball). Everything is great, but I'm especially impressed and enjoyed the Alaskan black cod, which was marinated in miso and soy, but perfectly paired with French yuzu beurre blanc sauce. A lot of time I'm tired of eating so called fusion dishes. However, this dish showcases the best balance of East and West without being cheap and awkward. I loved the steak tartare 2 ways we ordered that's not part of the restaurant week menu. The caviar is not fishy at all, instead it "melted" with the creamy steak tartare in our mouth and created this warm and fuzzy happy feeling inside you.....LOL. Thank you chef! read more

Came here for a birthday dinner for a friend. It sits right in the hotel restaurant area. The craft drinks were well even my mocktail was very good. We tried a few dishes. Had the oyster rocker fella which was very tasty and fresh. Also had the lobster spaghetti 10 out of 10. Due to a birthday they did offer a free dessert we all were very full so split it with the birthday girl. The unfortunate part of the night happened here as when I put my spoon in and started eating there was metal shaving in my mouth. I immediately spit it out showed the server and the resolution was to take it back and bring out another dessert by that point we wanted nothing else. We never spoke to a manager the server only stated the dessert is made in a factory so that could be the problem. There was no offering of compensation for me eating literal metal shavings. The manager that was floating around and spoke to us previously was no where to be found. We paid our bill and left but I would not recommend this place because clearly they don't care about their guest. Wasn't trying to get a free meal we showed up to eat and enjoy our night but I do feel something other than saying nothing and swapping out the dessert should have been done. read more

Walking in, it's just a shame that Resorts World developed its District Shopping Center and Restaurant Row in the way it did. It's very impersonal and these expensive restaurants feel tucked away and sleepy. Although it was a Saturday night between 7-10pm, the scene peaked at 7pm with a few parties present when we arrived, and quickly ramped down. Our tables were jammed into the corner in such a way that the servers had a hard time maneuvering around us. That said, the service was excellent and the staff worked hard to keep up with our group of 10. COCKTAILS: Old Fashioned Umami - I always appreciate an attempted spin on an old fashioned, but some of them just make me want the original, and this is one of those. Calamansi Club - Very good, lighter and brighter for sure. Midtown Manhattan - Best of the three, perfect drink. FOOD just didn't hit the mark: Caviar - I'm no expert in caviar, but I did not find their house brand distinctive. The eggs were mushy. Bluefin Toro - Underwhelming, surprisingly tough. Australian Caesar - Interesting spin with the pancetta and avocado. Uni Risotto - Underwhelming. The risotto itself wasn't the best and the uni didn't quite pop the way that special taste of sea urchin should for me. DESSERT - There was a snafu where we ordered 3 soufflés, but I guess 2 were snatched out from under us and there were none left in the restaurant. Our party leader became upset and I believe they served us all the other desserts on their menu (and some dessert wine) as a make good: Chocolate soufflé and the Caviar Ball - Neither were bad, but not memorable. Coconut Tapioca Pudding - Better Cheesy Cheesecake - Best presentation, with the apple relish "mouse" going after the block of cheese(cake). Again, I need to hand it to the staff who worked hard to keep the ship afloat. It's not easy to keep a friendly face when guests are becoming unhappy. I wish I had better things to say about the overall experience, but at these prices and in Las Vegas, you have to play to win. I came to Aqua on Super Bowl Sunday with a couple of girlfriends to watch the big game. We chose it because we wanted a place that was nicer than a typical sports bar but still had a bar-like atmosphere. We got a 3PM booth with a great view of the TV (though there were very few people there). They were offering a special game day food menu alongside their standard beverage menu. The three of us shared three items: Tuna Poke Nachos, Caviar Waffle Fries, and a Smash Burger. My favorites were the nachos and the burger. The fries were fresh and tasty, but I found the caviar dip a bit bland despite the caviar on top. I'm not sure I'd come here again for the Super Bowl, but I'd definitely return on a regular evening to try their standard food menu. I also want to mention how friendly the staff was. WSOP day 46 - Winding down. Time for the annual degen Golden Nugget 1/2 NHL no cap 10K buy-in with $100 min raise but first... The Caviar bar has been transformed into a full fledged restaurant where a third of the dishes still feature, well, caviar. Understandable since the restaurant owner also has a caviar "farm". The bar serves up a "Caviar Hour". Take advantage of it. A caviar tasting on a potato espuma for just over $100 is a good way to start but there is also an unpublished $50 off either the kaluga or osetra caviar, 30g with the traditional accompaniments; fresh made blinis, egg whites, yolks, capers, shallots, chives, and crème fraiche. While taking the time to properly make the blinis works, dive bombing and eating sides as you go, an even better idea. Yes, the shrimp toast with three kinds of caviar in crème fraiche and the wagyu toast with A5 seared wagyu and caviar are both good, the steak tartare two ways is outstanding. A creamy, classic steak tartar sat atop a pastry disc, two topped with a fried quail egg, two with a crown of caviar. This will sound crude but mixing both up with all the caviar and quail egg yolk is all kinds of good with each bite offering different amounts of yolky creaminess and bursts of oceanic salinity. Dining at the bar, the bartender is extremely friendly and accommodating. Side note: They have a selection of Russian vodka. When pressed if it was old stock purchased pre invasion of Ukraine, the manager standing at the end of the bar rolled his eyes at me and the bartender wouldn't answer. You do you. I opted for an growers champagne from the Grande Champagne region that was a perfect pairing with the caviar for $30/glass. A great quick bite before progressing to whatever the night has to offer. I wanted to try this restaurant as I am a foodie plus a fan of caviar. When I arrived, the staffs were very friendly. I was told there was all day happy hour at the bar seating. As it was my first time time~I figured why not as it's a good way to try out many dishes in smaller portion. Everything we had there was simply amazing. The chicken drumsticks were phenomenal. The oyster Rockefeller was simply delicious especially I've never really been big on it before. There were so many different dishes and each one was exceptional. A splurge at any restaurant is the caviar service, and I've tried several in Vegas at Mandalay Bay, the Cosmopolitan, Paris and the Venetian, to name a few. The one at Aqua is the best of them all. We chose a mid-range caviar. All the accompaniments were fresh and the blinis had just enough flavor to be a good caviar conveyance. My husband had the sashimi plate, about which he likewise raved. The ambiance is cozy, as it's a small venue just doors down from the celebrity-laden Carversteak. While small, it's still elegant and comfortable. And I loved that the caviar came served on a smoky, dry-iced plate, making it a party all on its own. The service was impeccable. We were seated promptly and had terrific service. We went early on a Friday evening so we didn't have much competition, but I would still suggest reservations. It lacked the bite you would expect. Desserts did not sound appetizing so I got the espresso yo self which was amazing! The service was good. Aqua is a place that looks fancy and is, but they don't make you feel less than if you're not dressed to the nines. I sat here solo one evening in the bar area and had a wonderful Branzino. My server was extremely kind and helpful in answering questions that I had, and overall the ambience is just very comfortable and clean. I definitely will come back here again - their seafood selection is quite delightful. I had passed by it so many times because I thought they only served caviar, but it turns out they have a solid menu. Definitely worth a visit next time you're at Resorts World! read more

Came here since I was staying at resorts world and I had already tried carversteak. Got the shrimp toast, the uni risotto, salmon tartar, miso cod. Shrimp toast was what you expect with some caviar on it. Rich buttery toast with shrimp paste on it. It was good, not great. The salmon tartar was standard and a bit on the rich side. The cod was probably my favorite. I think it has a yuzu sauce and that acidity was quite nice with some of the over flavors. The uni risotto felt like someone made a standard risotto (and not even well) and dropped uni on it. The uni didn't complement the risotto and there's no synergy. I would expect the dish to be creamier to match that of the rich uni, but nada Factor in the cost as well, no reason to come back here read more

Because I am no gatekeeper, I am going to let y'all in on one of the classiest establishments I've been to in a long time. Located inside of Resorts World, Aqua Seafood & Caviar is probably one of my favorite places I visited on my weeklong stay in Vegas. As we all know Vegas is known for numerous celebrity restaurants that don't often provide the highest quality food at a very high price point. One of the reasons I absolutely loved Aqua is because they offer a happy hour menu that is seriously unmatched. Starting at 4:00pm and ends once they close you can experience some of the finer things in life for a fraction of the cost. We started with the oysters, while they were a little small, they were fresh and delicious. We also went with the smoked trout sandwich, and Kaluga Blinis. All I can say is perfection! It was so fun watching the sous chefs prepare everything it was really like watching them create art. Aqua is a great place for date night or even the start of your evening for happy hour. You can trust and believe the next time I am in Vegas, Aqua will be my first stop. read more

My youngest brother gave me and two of my siblings and our respective partners the most sublime experience of having a meal at Aqua Seafood Restaurant and Caviar Bar at Resorts World in Las Vegas. Rarely does one have the opportunity to satiate both the palate and quest for excellence in a single setting, so this was truly a wonderful experience. The staff is gracious and attentive, were patient with our foibles, and willing to overlook our admittedly casual attire. Each course, from appetizer to entrée to dessert, was a visual feast before we even tasted the exquisitely prepared dishes, and this was definitely a very special treat for all of us. From the world travelers to the homebodies in our party, everyone was impressed and given an experience to treasure. When you don't want to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, what do you do? Well... if you are me... you book a reservation at Aqua. There were 3 of us and we had a lovely meal. The only real knock on this place is that (for the price and experience) it feels like you are sitting in a mall. Because.... you kind of are.... Resorts World has a weird Restaurant Row / Mall area that is big and feels a bit too open and bland... well... like a mall. In light of that... everything at Aqua is Exquisite. The Service. The Food. We started with a couple starters.... Tuna Toasty - oh.my.yum!!!! More of this please. King Crab Lettuce Cups - again.... oh.my.yummmmmmm! If you are on a diet, this would be a GREAT meal on its own. I mean... why share? For dinner.... We ordered... the Turkey dinner b/c it's T-day, the Black Cod and the Seabass. Let's get down to brass tacks.... The Black Cod is hands down .... The Best Black Cod EVER! Everywhere we go, we order Black Cod because it's just the most decadent fish (IMO). Aqua's version is melt-in-your-mouth delightful.... I would go back JUST FOR THIS DISH ALONE. The Seabass was solid and I would order this again too. Not as good as the Black Cod but let's be real.... it's a different fish entirely with different flavors and textures. It was Very Good and I especially like the spinach and mushrooms it was served with. The Turkey dinner.... it's turkey so there's not much you can do to impress. HOWEVER.... the sweet potato mash that it was served with ... were Magic! I don't know what they did... but this was the BEST sweet potato mash I'd ever had.... smooth, velvety, sweet but not. It was definitely next level sweet potato mash. The Dessert.... we ordered the Apricot Bread Pudding because I like bread pudding (I know I'm weird) and because it was the special for T-day. So Good!!! I mentioned to the server that this should be a regular on the menu. It wasn't too sweet, it wasn't heavy... it was a Perfect dessert to end the evening. Of course, I did pair it with a dessert wine - Sauternes which was The Perfect Pairing for this dessert. So maybe that had something to do with it too. We also had some wine with dinner. They have quite the wine menu so definitely ask for some assistance unless you know the exact wine you want. Definitely a Splurge meal. Well... for me it is. But I don't mind Splurging when it's "worth it", and for us... it was. Before gratuity, our meal (food and drinks) was $411. So... plan accordingly. read more

Located in Resorts World, Caviar Bar is a blast regardless of ordering Caviar or not.. Me and the girl buds parked at the bar as we were drinking that night. The mixologists were on point and super friendly. The dining vibe is high end contemporary classy which matches well with boujie plates. The service from the kitchen was quick and we were full quickly. Flight of Caviar - Good times. The bartenders were knowledgeable on the caviar and guided us through the flight. Shrimp Toast - Delicious and IG friendly. Truffle French Fries - My favorite type of fries were yum here. Lobster Roll - Fresh and tasty Wagyu Slider - You get two and they're filling and yummy. So I've never tried caviar before but I'm pushing myself to try new things, and I felt if I'm going to try it should be somewhere that specializes in it. I went during cocktail out and tried the Kaluga bilinis. It was so cute and amazing! I recommend trying it during cocktail hour if it's your first time. I could have had a ton of those, but this was meant to be a brief stop. I sat at the bar or was around 4p on Tuesday and so it was quite empty. The bartender took time to explain things on the menu and made cocktail/wine recommendations. I intend to go back tomorrow to try their caviar flight. It's that good! read more

It's a Monday night and it's empty, no customers. I ordered a Lobster Roll, and it was really tasty, except it was a tiny roll for $38. I also ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to go with it. I also ordered a Caeser Salad for $26. It took almost an hour for it to be served. It didn't taste right, so I took two bites of it. The bartender asked if I wanted it boxed, & told her it didn't taste right. She said sorry but didn't offer to take it off my bill. I tipped her 20%, but come on. You are slow and you couldn't serve me a quality Caeser Salad that cost me $26, and took almost an hour to be served. Thank you but will never be back again. read more

Really wasn't expecting it to be so blah . The oysters were just so so so and not much to them . My cocktail was good but overly priced the old fashion was ok . The lobster roll was delicious and the waffle fries were crispy and great flavor . Not so sure about anything else the salad was not anything special or the pasta plate. Wish I knew about the happy hour thing beforehand would have sat at the bar instead of sitting in dining area that just seemed cold not welcoming just little interaction with the staff I guess not much personality.We waited a while for our dinner and there wasn't many people there so it seemed like we were there forever . read more

The biggest "rip Off" in Las Vegas and that's saying a lot. My wife and I live there so we are accustomed to high prices. Along with that normally is fantastic food and great ambiance. At Aqua the food was OK and the prices were ridiculous. A double casamigos and soda was $60. I had no idea they were THAT crazy with their pricing and I had two for $120. I asked the waiter (Ben) for some explanation and he quickly grabbed the itemized bill and said that's the way it is. Total dinner was over %500 (not sure of the exact amount as he took the receipt) Ridiculously over priced. DO NOT waste your time going there.
