My party of 3 went out to an early dinner at Brezza, before heading to Howard Jones' "Things Can Only Get Better" show at Resorts World, and had the most incredible meal and experience. Ambience was lovely, having arrived earlier than most for a pre-show meal and being seated towards the windows with natural light coming through. The interior is beautifully appointed in light woods, white linens and unobtrusive table lights; giving clean, modern, yet unpretentious. We started with the calamari & cauliflower app paired with some bubbly, which tasted amazing (lightly battered & fried, served with an aioli that had a nice hit of heat). The cesar salad followed, which tasted fresh and was dressed beautifully with a light cesar vinaigrette and anchovy. The freshly made rosemary focaccia was a nice added touch to our service as well. We each got different entrees, but all were made with their freshly prepared house-made pasta, along with a shared side of corn for the table. All were beautifully presented, full of flavor and paired well with the Faust cabernet we ordered. The final ta-da was the cheesecake, which we all indulged in at the end (silky, creamy and oh so good). Although we had less than 1.5 hours before the show, we never felt rushed and were able to thoroughly enjoy our meals. Came in for Happy hour with friends...we were going to go to Fuhu, but they were closed on a Monday. When we arrived, nobody was in the restaurant with a listed 3-6 HH and it was just before 5. That should have been a sign, but we went in and sat at the bar. When the menu arrived, the HH prices seemed high, so we assumed it would be bigger portions...oh heck no...this is just overpriced small tiny portions. We both got a beer for 40% off...these were reasonable for the HH. Our server just did not want to work, or did not want to be there....or just plain hates his job because service was prompt, but his face really showed how he felt. We ordered the rigatoni alla grapa, that literally had 12 pieces of pasta...it was so small, we could not believe it for the 18 dollar price point. We hoped the meatball for 17 would be bigger...and it is not...you can see by the picture...this is just highway robbery. Beyond even the price, the food was quite average....so bring out average food...up charge the hell out of your HH and give small portions! If it weren't for our friends who smartly ordered the pizza and shared some, we would have starved that night. I mean, I eat small portions...but this is ridiculous. We dined here last night with a group of 9 and honestly the food was just okay. For the price, I was expecting a lot more. $36 for a kids Alfredo is kind of crazy lol. The adult pasta pricing was also confusing because it wasn't clear to us that protein was an additional charge. They did end up removing the protein charges from our bill, which we appreciated. Our subtotal was still $672 plus $134 gratuity, bringing dinner to over $860. I don't mind spending that much on a good dinner, but the food just wasn't anything memorable enough to justify the price. Probably wouldn't come back. read more

So many people may not know this but Breeze has a private dining option. It was honestly a great experience! We were staying at Resorts World because my fiancé and now husband were getting married. We were guests at the hotel as well. The service and food were so delicious. Everyone was very attentive in our private dining experience. The ambiance looked way better than the photos online. We went to Brezza for a business lunch and needless to say that I had high expectations. Service was great and fast. We ordered the grilled octopus for the table as appetizer which was well done and tasted amazing. I ordered their chopped salad with grilled chicken that was an extra $19. The salad was very small so I was happy that I got the chicken, however I don't think I have ever had a more bland and understand piece of meat in my life. The salad tasted good even though it was small but the chicken was an absolute disaster. One person in our party had the bolognese pasta that looked good but very small. David, our server, was truly a "brezza" of great customer service!! Had a wonderful dinner here with my dear girlfriends and we got so lucky to have David be our server! When you meet him, you will know! He has an amazing aura and a vibe that exudes enthusiasm and love!! David gave us excellent dinner suggestions and left our tummies content and full! The standouts for me at Brezza were: 1. Tuscan beef carpaccio - wrap the greens in the carpaccio like a taco! The dressing on the greens on top paired so well with the carpaccio! 2. It's pretty expensive but the ambiance, service and food were good! I'm gluten free and the gluten free pasta was delicious. Although Resort World is saying free parking for locals, we had to pay $40 each(2 couples).... I guess there was festival near them and so we got dinged. The restaurants should be able to get their parking validated.... We also went to a comedy show, hung out but the parking situation put a damper on things. Football Sunday and visiting Eight Cigar Lounge, Brezza offers a small menu for the Eight Lounge guest. Side of Fries, Sliders and Tiramisu... all of it Delicious! Yes, expect "Vegas" prices, but I can't say enough about how each bite of food was as enjoyable as the last. Fries, crispy outside and fluffy inside; seasoned perfectly! Sliders, juicy and with all nice thickness; also seasoned well and the caramelized onions add a nice flavor. Tiramisu... OMG, not enough good things to say. Every bite delectable. The pasta was almost aldente, but it was not. All in all a place to skip and I have no idea how they are in business. Way over the top expensive. Our bartender server was very nice and polite and I think he knew they were understaffed. Good Italian food and high quality! Our server, Lori, made the night even better as she was very attentive and on top of everything. For starters, we went with the a caesar salad and fried calamari. Side note, the Caesar had an anchovy dressing and the fried calamari was more beer battered than traditional bread crumb, but they both were still bomb. For the mains, we had the Bucatini Alla Amatriciana and Corn Agnolotti. The pasta is handmade in-house, and you can really taste the difference. I do think this place is a bit pricier per plate, for Italian food especially, but it's well worth it for the quality. We ordered the special grilled tiger prawns that came in a hot stone platter, it was tender and grilled perfectly. The lumache bolognese had a beef, pork and veal ragu, sauce was delicious and pasta cooked aldente'. The mascarpone mashed potato had a poached egg, guanciale and pickled peppers, it was one of a kind. The seasonal mushrooms was also a great side dish. Bucatini alla amatriciana is another great dish. Gotta have the white chocolate panna cotta for dessert a pistachio cake with raspberry tuile, it's smooth and velvety custard its my favorite. Brezza is a can't miss Italian spot at resorts world in Las Vegas. It is some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten and this was our second visit. We had Karl as our waiter and he was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful in making recommendations. I remembered the octopus from our last visit so I ordered that again. He recommended a fish dish that might be my new favorite now it was so late and citrusy. The beef carpaccio with truffles was out of this world we were reluctant to get cheesecake. However, the manager stopped by and said it was as good as his mother's and gave it to us on the house. I don't know his mom, but this cheesecake was seriously so good. This is a fun restaurant to visit to try lots of different things. The ambience has TVs at the bar so it is a little bit more casual however would be fine for a date night a business dinner or just friends hanging out. read more

One of the most unforgettable dining experiences we've had in Las Vegas. On Easter evening, we enjoyed a lovely night at Brezza with my husband and our kids. Cody, our server, was incredible and Mark ! Mark you were wonderful. They both made sure our evening was truly special. Cody helped us choose the perfect wine for our meal and Mark introduced us to a delicious grappa that we ended up ordering and loving for our end of the meal . First the service was outstanding, friendly and very charming. The place is chic, lovely decor and nice seating. The underwhelming part came with the food and cocktails. The cocktails were flat, not the best mixes l've had and honestly quite pricey. Same with the food, strip prices but not the best quality. I recently had dinner here and while the ambiance was absolutely beautiful -- romantic, intimate, and perfect for a date night -- I felt that a few areas could be improved to really elevate the experience. The highlight of the evening was definitely the setting. The restaurant has a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels perfect for a date night or special occasion. It's stylish without being overly flashy, which really sets the tone for what could have been a great meal. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite match the setting. The steak, while cooked properly in terms of doneness, came out a bit dry and not as flavorful as I hoped. On top of that, the plating felt underwhelming -- the steak was placed on a mostly empty plate with just two small tomatoes on the side. For a fine dining Italian restaurant, I expected a bit more creativity and attention to presentation. Small details like a thoughtful garnish or side accompaniment could have elevated the dish and made it feel special. The pasta, meanwhile, was cooked well but lacked seasoning, so the flavors came across as somewhat bland. I had them put extra cheese shavings om top. A bit more depth and boldness in seasoning would make a big difference. Our server was kind, but they weren't very present once our food was served. After dropping off the food, we didn't see them again until we asked for the check (we had to ask another server to get our server the check). A simple mid-meal check-in or two -- just to ask how the steak was or if we needed anything -- would have made the evening feel more attentive and welcoming. We were there for about a little over an hour. In anycase, little moments like that go a long way in making guests feel cared for. One note for future diners: Brezza does not accept cash, only card. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something worth knowing ahead of time so guests can plan accordingly. With just a few improvements to the consistency of the food and attentiveness of service, Brezza could easily become a go-to spot for both locals and visitors looking for an elevated Italian dining experience on the Strip. I'd love to see these refinements in the future, because the restaurant truly has the potential to be amazing :) read more
