Came in for Happy hour with friends...we were going to go to Fuhu, but they were closed on a Monday. When we arrived, nobody was in the restaurant with a listed 3-6 HH and it was just before 5. That should have been a sign, but we went in and sat at the bar. When the menu arrived, the HH prices seemed high, so we assumed it would be bigger portions...oh heck no...this is just overpriced small tiny portions. We both got a beer for 40% off...these were reasonable for the HH. Our server just did not want to work, or did not want to be there....or just plain hates his job because service was prompt, but his face really showed how he felt. We ordered the rigatoni alla grapa, that literally had 12 pieces of pasta...it was so small, we could not believe it for the 18 dollar price point. We hoped the meatball for 17 would be bigger...and it is not...you can see by the picture...this is just highway robbery. Beyond even the price, the food was quite average....so bring out average food...up charge the hell out of your HH and give small portions! If it weren't for our friends who smartly ordered the pizza and shared some, we would have starved that night. I mean, I eat small portions...but this is ridiculous. Wow! Insane slow service. Sat at bar because they said they sent servers home. What's up with that. 5 mins to get a water and 20 minutes later said you going to eat? YES that's why we're here. The pasta was almost aldente, but it was not. All in all a place to skip and I have no idea how they are in business. Way over the top expensive. Our bartender server was very nice and polite and I think he knew they were understaffed. So many people may not know this but Breeze has a private dining option. It was honestly a great experience! We were staying at Resorts World because my fiancé and now husband were getting married. We ordered the grilled octopus for the table as appetizer which was well done and tasted amazing. I ordered their chopped salad with grilled chicken that was an extra $19. The salad was very small so I was happy that I got the chicken, however I don't think I have ever had a more bland and understand piece of meat in my life. The salad tasted good even though it was small but the chicken was an absolute disaster. One person in our party had the bolognese pasta that looked good but very small. Football Sunday and visiting Eight Cigar Lounge, Brezza offers a small menu for the Eight Lounge guest. Side of Fries, Sliders and Tiramisu... all of it Delicious! Yes, expect "Vegas" prices, but I can't say enough about how each bite of food was as enjoyable as the last. Fries, crispy outside and fluffy inside; seasoned perfectly! I had the worst experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. We made a reservation for a group of 8 and service was beyond bad from the moment we sat down at the table. It took 30 minutes to get a menu and 1 hour and 30 minutes after that to get our food. Even after that time, one person in our party didn't even get his food. It was hard getting a hold of the manager and our server Hector was no help. We went up to the hostess at the front who checked us in to ask her for help, and she was in shock when we had told her we had no food at our table. Even the appetizers we ordered took over an hour to arrive at the table. When we asked Hector if we could please rush the food and get the bills early since we had plans at 9 pm and were running late to them, he never apologized or expressed any sort of empathy for our situation and instead said that he cannot rush the kitchen, which is understandable but why he would not even give us a menu until half an hour after doing nothing at the table is beyond me. It took him about 40 minutes after we asked for the bill early to get it as well. A nice add on is that we had to wait 30 minutes for bread after asking for it. Not only that, but when the food arrived it was very mediocre. We ordered the lasagna which was spiced oddly, small, and very overpriced (as is every dish on the menu.) Our reservation was at 6:30 pm and we left the restaurant at around 8:50 pm, running late to our plans at 9 pm just because of the bad service. The only compensation we received for all this trouble is one dish of the 11 dishes comped (the one that basically never came out) and the automatic 20% gratuity removed for large groups. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and would never visit again. read more

Side note, the Caesar had an anchovy dressing and the fried calamari was more beer battered than traditional bread crumb, but they both were still bomb. For the mains, we had the Bucatini Alla Amatriciana and Corn Agnolotti. The pasta is handmade in-house, and you can really taste the difference. I do think this place is a bit pricier per plate, for Italian food especially, but it's well worth it for the quality. This Italian restaurant is conveniently located at Resorts World. Reservations highly recommended since it gets pretty booked during dinner. We ordered the special grilled tiger prawns that came in a hot stone platter, it was tender and grilled perfectly. The lumache bolognese had a beef, pork and veal ragu, sauce was delicious and pasta cooked aldente'. The mascarpone mashed potato had a poached egg, guanciale and pickled peppers, it was one of a kind. The seasonal mushrooms was also a great side dish. Bucatini alla amatriciana is another great dish. Gotta have the white chocolate panna cotta for dessert a pistachio cake with raspberry tuile, it's smooth and velvety custard its my favorite. Brezza is a can't miss Italian spot at resorts world in Las Vegas. It is some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten and this was our second visit. We had Karl as our waiter and he was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful in making recommendations. I remembered the octopus from our last visit so I ordered that again. He recommended a fish dish that might be my new favorite now it was so late and citrusy. The beef carpaccio with truffles was out of this world we were reluctant to get cheesecake. However, the manager stopped by and said it was as good as his mother's and gave it to us on the house. I don't know his mom, but this cheesecake was seriously so good. This is a fun restaurant to visit to try lots of different things. The ambience has TVs at the bar so it is a little bit more casual however would be fine for a date night a business dinner or just friends hanging out. read more

My meal last night at Brezza was a great success on the whole. To start, some complementary Italian bread and butter was provided by the restaurant. In truth, this was the low point of the meal, as the bread just did not really grab me, and there wasn't that much of it either. Things improved quickly with the calamari appetizer that was delicious, and the restaurant even accommodated my desire for swapping in a more spicy pepper mix with the squid to the normal pickled peppers that usually come with it. My only (extremely small) gripe is the generous fried zucchini added to the mix could have been removed. Still, good stuff, and the portion unlike many Vegas restaurants was a more normal portion size that still allowed the diner to have room for their main course. The main course was a stellar rigatoni alla grappa, with the cream sauce deceptively spicy and rich - just perfect. The fresh made rigatoni was cooked perfectly al dente. Again, the portion size was just right, not skimpy by any means, but just small enough to allow for a small desert if one chose to partake, and partake I did. To wrap things up for desert, I chose an old Italian standby, the Tiramisu. This was definitely not your average version, however. The desert comes on a cart and is finished off by a server at your table. It is on the small side, which was just fine as I couldn't eat any more even if it were larger. Presentation and taste were exceptional. I would be remiss not to mention the Sanguinello specialty cocktail I ordered as my drink. The truth is, while I enjoyed the food plenty, the drink was the best thing I experienced. Take my word for it and just go for this one! It took all my willpower to very reluctantly decline ordering another when asked by the server. Oh yes, the server.... Service was perfect all-around, but my server really impressed with an obvious very detailed knowledge of the complete menu, and had the ability to make well informed recommendations that were appreciated. Ambiance of the restaurant was also very impressive - I would describe it as upscale intimate. So, while maybe not *perfect,* I truly enjoyed my time at Brezza, and can easily recommend it to folks looking for a slightly different (and highly impressive) take on Italian. read more

I recently had dinner here and while the ambiance was absolutely beautiful -- romantic, intimate, and perfect for a date night -- I felt that a few areas could be improved to really elevate the experience. The highlight of the evening was definitely the setting. The restaurant has a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels perfect for a date night or special occasion. It's stylish without being overly flashy, which really sets the tone for what could have been a great meal. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite match the setting. The steak, while cooked properly in terms of doneness, came out a bit dry and not as flavorful as I hoped. On top of that, the plating felt underwhelming -- the steak was placed on a mostly empty plate with just two small tomatoes on the side. For a fine dining Italian restaurant, I expected a bit more creativity and attention to presentation. Small details like a thoughtful garnish or side accompaniment could have elevated the dish and made it feel special. The pasta, meanwhile, was cooked well but lacked seasoning, so the flavors came across as somewhat bland. I had them put extra cheese shavings om top. A bit more depth and boldness in seasoning would make a big difference. Our server was kind, but they weren't very present once our food was served. After dropping off the food, we didn't see them again until we asked for the check (we had to ask another server to get our server the check). A simple mid-meal check-in or two -- just to ask how the steak was or if we needed anything -- would have made the evening feel more attentive and welcoming. We were there for about a little over an hour. In anycase, little moments like that go a long way in making guests feel cared for. One note for future diners: Brezza does not accept cash, only card. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something worth knowing ahead of time so guests can plan accordingly. With just a few improvements to the consistency of the food and attentiveness of service, Brezza could easily become a go-to spot for both locals and visitors looking for an elevated Italian dining experience on the Strip. I'd love to see these refinements in the future, because the restaurant truly has the potential to be amazing :) read more

Brezza is located inside Resorts World - the calmer side of The Strip. But depending on where you park, it can be a long trek to get from the parking lot to the building. Hey, you get your steps in and work your appetite before having a meal! My friends and I had reservations for Christmas lunch which was nice and quiet. The decorations made the place look festive without being gaudy. We got seated right away. The menu is simple with 1 page. They have appetizers, pizza, sandwiches, pasta, chicken, steak, fish, sides, desserts, mock tails, and cocktails. The service was great. We were given a bread basket. It had 4 slices of focaccia but it was basic. Some places have sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary, olive oil and Parmesan, onions. This was just plain with a side of butter. Chicken Piccata: Lemon, capers, parsley. This was average. 3/5 Roasted Brussels Sprouts: I wish they would've spell checked their menu ("brussles") before printing. Pancetta, chile flake, lemon. Not worth $21! There was no crunch on the Brussels sprouts and the flavor was one-dimensional. 1/5 Margherita Pizza: Tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil. Pizza on a more focaccia dough crust giving it a softer texture. 4/5 Beef Cheek Ravioli: Parmigiano Reggiano, European butter, aceto (Balsamic vinegar). Tasty! 4.5/5 Cappellacci "Oreganata": Cauliflower, spinach, lemon, garlic, capers. A good vegetarian option. 4/5 Lemon Olio Verde Tart: Lemon curd, nepitella (minty basil), olive oil, meringue. I'm not a huge fan of lemon-flavored desserts. This dessert was plated beautifully. The texture and flavor contrasts were great making it interesting and intriguing with every bite. Italian food has become my favorite food ever since most restaurants have started to serve gluten free pasta. We came in for a comfort dinner and it was the best meal we had when we were staying at Conrad. Restaurant is very beautiful and our booth seating was very spacious and comfortable. We had gf pasta and grilled whole Branzino as appetizers, also organic chicken and pork shank as entrees. Bottle of white wine to go with our comfort meal.
